This was the worst move Ive ever had in 40 years of being a dependent or active duty USAF.They used 2 pads in the entire truck. None of our brand new furniture was padded even though it was on the high value list. The warehouse manager stated they are too busy and didnt feel like going to the back of the warehouse to get furniture pads to protect the furniture I had just bought my wife. They literally had items from my garage like beat up file cabinets stacked on top of high end, American-made furniture without a stitch of padding.We started the move with 3 cribs and now have 1.The general manager stated she didnt have time to walk through the door into the warehouse to ensure her people werent being lazy and destroying expensive furniture.Many items were lost in shipment as well.In addition, we asked them to put furniture together over and over again, and they put one bed and the dining room table together, and thats it.If you are military, I highly recommend a full PPM if you are told this company will be moving you. Get Pods or something similar and hire people to help. You cant do as bad as this crew did. I will only be doing full PPMs from here on out and dont think a mover could have done a worse job if they tried.

Efficient. For my fellow drivers who are delivering to this facility, ask for Gunner. The Man does not stop. He was worth every penny to unload your truck.

Absolutely terrible. The ladies who packed our items were friendly and hard working as was the driver who came and picked up our household goods, but they had no rhyme or reason to their packing. Items of all types were thrown haphazardly into boxes together, and valuables were packed in with non-valuables against what we requested - including part of our daughters American Girl doll collections (as seen in the photos). Worst of all, our single major/main request was that our gorgeous, 8 foot long, wood dining table be handled carefully and NOT, I repeat, NOT be taken apart in any way, shape or form. I told the pre-move assessment gentleman, the three ladies who packed our goods, the driver who picked up our household goods, and the move coordinator, and guess what? Once they got to the warehouse, they took it apart to make it easier to pack for transit. It is a custom table, and they just started unscrewing all kinds of screws and eventually ripped the top of the table off the base, which you can see from the photos. Absolutely despicable, unacceptable and horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Brandon and Gunnar showed up at the expected time. Although we had them do more than what was expected, they didn’t complain and completed the loading in a timely fashion —- apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the garage was around the corner They delivered the next day on time They were professional and nothing was damaged during the process.

Nice people great workers facility lot is a little jammed up but all in all a great place

Ethan and Vincent did a fantastic job!Hauled all of the shipment upstairs quickly and effectively, ensured I had possession of all of my items. Also, saved me lots of time by setting up my bed!Overall, very professional and would recommend to others!

I had 2 days of packing. On day 1 too movers from Bismarck had to come help due to low manning. They haphazardly packed my items and did not protect stuff that should have been protected. They also failed to properly inventory all my boxes. On day 2 they sent Donovan and Denver, who not only packed everything left, but repacked every box the previous crew packed and checked to make sure all personally packed boxes were protected enough. The day 2 crew was amazing. And through it all Jody was very responsive and understanding.

The team was led by Kristi, with Javante and Thomas. The packers were very friendly, professional and actually cared for our belongings. I have heard stories of other packers that did not. They were very detailed with each box description which will make it easy during unpacking. We are happy with this crews work.

Earl and Donavan were our movers and they did an amazing job. They handled all of our belongings with care and put everything together and even helped me put a table together even though they didn’t have to. Strong men with a stronger passion for their job. Highly recommend this company and even highly recommend those two men as well. Great job fellas!

Aaction movers just finished our second move for our family and just like the first time they did an amazing job! Quick, efficient, never said anything was an issue (even the really inconvenient things to move) and were pleasant to work with. Booking was a breeze. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was done, even when we had to put them on hold to go close on our houses. If I ever move again I would hire them for a third time!

Some things were broken, not holding them to that fault. They dropped a dresser down the stairs and damaged a wall. Took months that finally get payment for the damage repair. When truck showed up with my HHGs from storage it was all just tossed into the truck.

We moved from Florida to North Dakota recently. Our Salesman left something to be desired, however the truck driver who delivered our things, Zack Hamm was absolutely amazing. He really went above and beyond. He made sure to keep us updated about his arrival time, put furniture together and helped place it in our home and was very professional and thorough! If we ever move again, well be requesting him by name! Never has a move been so fun, easy and relaxing. He made sure that we had absolutely nothing to stress about and had every tool or solution to anything we came across in our move. This company should be hiring Salesmen with Zacks experience in moving because aside from our salesman, our experience was perfect!

I would give this company a 0 star rating if I could. As a military member, I do not get to choose our movers, but if you have a choice DO NOT CHOOSE this company. Avoid them like the plague. Our goods were scheduled to be delivered on base on May 3. We found out May 2 that they can’t deliver until May 24th. We are now forced to come out of pocket on rental furniture or a stay in a hotel off base and wait up to 30 days for reimbursement, which isn’t guaranteed as they do not provided a definitive list of what is reimbursable. As a family of 6, this is getting expensive fast. On top of that, there is only one number to reach them, which has gone to voicemail 3 out of the 4 times I called, with no timely call back. I’m still waiting to hear back from Jody at the Minot office. I found it disgraceful that it’s ok to inconvenience military members when such treatment would never be considered acceptable for their civilian customers.

The ladies packing were very nice but werent really doing a good job. They took forever and things were mix matched all over it didnt make sense. I would not trust them with my belongings. Not recommended

AAction Movers provided swift & professional service and was a great upstanding benefactor for my permanent change of station and outbound assignment. The standard of excellence and quality of service provided by Donovan, Ethan, and Vincent specifically was un-matched by any other provider I have ever had from previous moves, and the new standard set is going to simply unsurmountable for future movers unless they send their best. I would highly recommend this crew and company for any move.

THE WOST!!!!!!!!!!!! They were professional and kind enough when packing our stuff, however they packed essentials they were told not to pack. Also, the truck only took half our stuff and they had no plans of scheduling a new truck to pick up our belongings. My husband had to track them down on foot and ask them to come pick up the rest of our belongings. It has been almost four weeks and they still have not crated our stuff to get to us and have been unresponsive to inquires. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! not to mention I am without half my house hold goods. They over book and under deliver. We would have moved ourselves if hey couldnt handle our shipment.

Worst movers Ive ever had, and Ive pcsd 4 times. Broke several pieces of our furniture, dropped 6 boxes off a dolly while I was watching them, mislabelled many boxes (parts, screws mixed in with toiletry items, hair products mixed with living room furniture. We had to open every box in the house to find everything for just one room), bowling ball placed in a box with glass. Overall terrible, do not use them, and I will file a claim for the thousands of dollars of furniture they broke, and will recommended the Air Force no longer book with them.

Their warehouse manager has anger issues but they have good tonnage, low tariff discounts. Big lot if a hhg driver rolls into town late at night

If you can get yourself a different moving company do yourself a favor and dont walk, RUN away.Unfortunately for military, we dont get to choose who packs and moves our belongings, so we were stuck with them.The first day, they didnt even show up. They had an attitude when we called to ask for an estimated arrival time. They out right LIED and said that their drivers had just left the warehouse and would be to our house within 30mins. 1.5hrs later we called their main headquarters who called them and then found out they canceled because we have too much stuff.The next day 2 packers showed up bright and early at 8:30am. They stayed at our house until 5:30pm and by the time they left, they had only packed 40 boxes. So 8 hrs of labor (plus 1hr lunch)x2 people means in 16hrs of labor they only had 40 boxes to show for it. To put that into perspective, I packed 32 boxes in 4.5hrs by myself while taking very detailed notes of every thing in the boxes. The next day, they somehow managed to pack 105 boxes between 8:30-2:30, which shows the first day they were BSing.They packed boxes horribly. They packed a 10lb brass Egyptian head with jade Buddah statues and didnt understand what the issue was.Make sure you write down everything you care about because they write very generic descriptions that you cant file a claim on. $800 jade Buddah, Egyptian stones, were written as decor.One girl Kristie was very sweet. The other girl Lexi, was very sour.It was rather obvious Lexi didnt care we were trying to keep things organized. She was putting stuff from our gym in woth our master bedroom. Seems like no big deal, but when we get to the new house and open a box were going to have to walk around to 3 different rooms because of the way she packed.If I asked her which box had a specific item she caught an attitude. When I decided to leave her alone and ask after the fact she smirked and said Oh I wish I could show you, but its already on the truck.I suggest before they get there write down every single thing that you care about a d keep youre own separate inventory. Better yet, if I could go back in time - I suggest a ditty move.When they are done boxing, they dont give you the opportunity to go through and count boxes. They just take everything. At no point in time do they give you the opportunity to inventory what they are putting in what box, they hurry and rush you on the second day to get your boxes out. Each of my friends that has used them has ended up with at least one thing missing. The things missing just so happen to never be on the inventory list. Thats suspect.I was in the military for 8yrs and have been with my husband (whos also AD) since 2005. Never in either of our careers did we see such a shady job done. Its very obvious that when they are there to sho through what they are going to steal, not help move you to your next station. Im very broken hearted because its very obvious when we get to our destination things are going to be missing. If they arent, by all means Ill update you that I was wrong and that they are just sloppy, but I wouldnt get my hopes up.Theyve proved themselves consistent.
