The staff was incredibly helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and making sure I understood how the process worked. I had never bought paint before, and one of the staff explained everything to me and helped me find what I needed. Super great paint too- very high quality and beautiful colors.

I have always liked the quality of their products. Over the years they have developed great color ”families” that are fun to explore ( their online color selection process is fun and sophisticated). The sales associate was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly - all assets in these times.

Watch out for discounts. They are not the same online and in the store. Even for exactly the same products.

Great paint and great service. I used Duration repaint several rooms this spring and I love it. Had one issue with a color match, but they were apologetic and resolved it right away. I’m sticking with SW for every project from now on.

They took the time to make sure the project i was working on, was using the appropriate paint and that i was going to be happy with the results. i appreciated the time she took with me, my project turned out fantastic thanks to them.
