Jessica was awesome. My friend & myself came looking for foundation for a special event. We’re grown adults who know NOTHING about makeup, but Jessica felt out our needs & price points, answered our questions, and never mocked or belittled us. My friend has allergies to many makeups, and Jessica helped point us towards products she could safely use. Thanks Jessica!

I don’t wear makeup at all, but came in here to get foundation matched for a theatre production. Jessy was so kind and explained everything as she went, even going so far as to encourage me to try a sample of the foundation first when I mentioned my skin was very sensitive. That is A+ customer service, and I’ll be back when it’s time to buy! Thanks for making my first experience at Sephora in MANY years a great one!

I went to Sephora a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to fill out the survey so, Ima make a public review. I had a great experience there. It was my first time as Sephora and the staff were very nice and very helpful. I left feeling great. I was even having card troubles and one of the staff there was so patient and understanding. The fash was that, if Im saying it right, Emileu recommended for me, has done its job. My face feels clean and soft. And if Im reading it right, it says, Just-ne, also helped me. Both made my shopping experience great. Thank you both again.

Wont accept a return, because its not within the 30 day policy which is no where printed on the receipt. Was given an eye roll and a look up our policy online. Rude sales associates will keep me from coming here again, Ulta is across the street.🙂

Have come to this store a lot before and have ALWAYS had a good experience. Went in again today to get my boyfriend cologne and got helped by a guy named Chris who was EXTREMELY nice and helpful!! Will for sure go back to him for help in the future

Went in to get some lipstick stain. Because wearing a mask everywhere its impossible to wear lip gloss or lipstick without it making a mess. from the moment I walked in they were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Haven’t been in a Sephora in what feels like ages! With the pandemic and all I haven’t really worn makeup much lately and needed to pick up a few things for my upcoming engagement photos so I stopped in hoping to pick up a few basics. To my surprise they stopped stocking my holy grail eyeliner but Justine was able to save the day and recommend another option that worked well for my comfort level of doing my makeup! Justine made me feel so comfortable I felt like I could ask advice on a dewy setting spray and was once again grateful to receive advice! I never felt judged or bad about not know what products to invest in and felt like they really had a good grasp on what products were on the sales floor and they weren’t too pushy about it either, which feels nice when not knowing for sure what to get. Thank you Justine for all your help! Will definitely be returning to this location again when I’m in need of more recommendations!

I have been an Ulta girl as long as I can remember but this Sephora helped my bestie and I with so many things tonight and gave me samples, great deals, gifts with purchase and points! There were so many checkers and people available to help! I might be a Sephora girl moving forward!

Tried doing a return that I bought during quarantine and never got to a store till now. They didn’t except it because it was passed the return date which I get but I thought I could get store credit... on top of that my friend and I were approached multiple times and felt followed for being the only customers in the store. I usually always shop at this Sephora but now it’s time for me to find a new one...

Even though I walked in and didn’t need any assistance when she was checking me out she paid attention to my purchases and saw that I was buying some glam glow- she told me to hold on a minuet and went around the corner and grabbed a different box which had my exact purchase in it plus some extras for $20 less!! I was so happy to save money and try some new products!Thanks Cathy!!

I had an awesome experience. The artist I worked with, Safia, was so helpful and friendly. I was in and out of the store quickly and with the exact products I needed....and a bunch of fun samples.

True helped me and she was as knowledgeable and quick to make good recommendations on a new foundation and lip stain. She gave a sample of Tatcha Kissu lip mask for my flaking lips which I love and will return today to purchase😊

This location has 1 employee who legit rude. She walks around with a mean look, not helping anyone. Outside of her, everyone else is great!

I came in **with my mom** on my birthday to spend my money and gift cards. I knew what I wanted and I know my way around the store (because Ive spent a lot of money here) so I politely told the lady I know what I want and went to grab it, but this lady was quick to hop on her little earpiece (while my mom was standing nearby her waiting for me) and tell the whole staff to watch me and I was getting followed and harrassed by several staff members when I just wanted to look around and shop in peace. This lady came up to me again and was very rude and pushy that mom stepped in. I was excited to be there on my birthday and spend my money but your employees blew it.This is not my first bad experience and its the last straw. I will never spend another dollar at Sephora.

I have not had good experiences at this store. It is very cramped and the staff are really hit or miss.If i go here with my girlfriend, the staff are pretty decent and helpful.On the other hand, I have gone here to look for gifts for my girlfriend and the staff completely disregard my presence. I have even asked for help looking for something my GF likes, and they do the bare minimum and treat me like a waste of time.While almost every other location has been nice, the Ridgedale, MN sephora has not been the greatest.

Super nasty mean employee. Unnecessarily rude. Everyone else was very pleasant. She was horrible. I want to avoid this Sephora just because of her horrible customer service.

These ladies are amazing. KT is always very helpful and patient when I have nonidea what I even want or need. Today she supplied me with a new face regimen sample kit and Faduma helped me pick the perfect cheek palette and Dee checked me out with all my goodies. Thank you ladies!

These girls are outright disgusting with their attitudes. You really arent a professional. Though I may have a few questions, its not a conclusion that I dont know what Im doing, lmfaoo. You dont have to stand there and act like youre the expert. Lets face it, none of you are. Those fake high pitch greetings. Stop it. This store has a distasteful environment. Once I get names Ill post who those disrespectful workers on here. Such a shame to have such people represent a beauty store.

Just Why? The foundation my daughter wanted is ONLY available within a 100 mile radius of our home at THIS Sephora store. My husband took her to be color-matched and get the foundation while I was working. After finding a sales associate at the register, they had to ask for help. The girl at the counter had to radio for three different associates before one could be found to help. The associate that color matched my daughter did so by applying a whopping TWO colors of the foundation line to my daughters jaw-line. And then sent my daughter home with the absolute lightest color saying ti was a definite match. For reference, my daughters coloring is on the darker olive side and she has been asked multiple times in the past if she has Hispanic, Middle Eastern, and/or Southern Italian ancestry (none of anyones business, but people are rude). She in no way is Ivory in skin tone and this can be seen with the naked eye in all light situations. Both my daughter and husband had their doubts, but both deferred to the professional associate. I was under the impression that Sephora has a color match TOOL that they used, not just lazy associates. Unfortunately, we are now making a second trip--this time Im going--to return and exchange this ridiculously too light color. UGH! If you can possibly go to ANY other Sephora, SKIP THIS ONE!!!

Been to tons of Sephoras. Make up ran out while on vacation here in MN. Thought it would be like all the other Sephoras and these reviews are bogus. No. No, they are spot on. Worst Sephora on the earth. I walked around the store for 15 mins no help at all from the people that worked there. 2 customers saw my frustrations and the helped. 2 more customers also joined. We just started helping each other. Eventually, I just left. I plan to bring my go pro camera next time. I want the world to see this terrible place. Stay away. If here at this mall walk to JC Penny and go to that Sephora.

Walked in, walked all the way to the back to the store, all the way back up to the front, stopped and looked at many items all the way. No greeting. No help. Meanwhile multiple sales people stood around and ignored me. This is not like past experiences at this and other Sephora locations. Very disappointing.

The terrible manager even walked over to the African American girl and asked her why I had even asked her a question and then started talking loudly about me.
