Manager wouldn’t do an exchange or anything. I won’t be shopping pac sun ever again.

You have to be buying something for them to even acknowledge you. They don’t say hi, they don’t help, they just stare and say nothing until you put your items on the counter.

Very good store. It has a different feel to it compare to the other Pacsun in MN. Its bright unlike the others where its dark. The fitting rooms are nicer than others. The employees are super friendly and nice. They are willing to help you with anything. Not to mention all of them are handsome and beautiful.

This place used to be fine. In the past year or so the place got really popular. The workers are very rude and the place is too crowded. I swear there’s no more good clothes anymore, it’s all too busy and everything is getting bought. Don’t like going into here anymore. MOA one is better.

Workers were rude. They were snarky to both me and my friend. We were just there looking for a T-shirt. Management really needs to up the game on ensuring floor personnel are providing good customer service.

This store has been closed each time I tried to go in. Always closed for break! Just shut down already! Waste of time!

Workers are rude I was in a fitting room & an employee knocked to check if someone was there after saying here several times he still opened the door and got mad when he finally realized I was there and said Its not my failt you didnt say anything. On top of that, the store is a complete mess with clothes all over the floor, nothing folded all while employees just sit on their phones.

The workers were completely rude to us. Making rude comments when we were asking a question. Will not be back.

Nice clean store helpful staff decent prices. As for mobile payments Samsung pay works but Apple and Android pay do not.
