The worst online store it’s a William Sonoma !! I ordered Philips 5400 on July, the delivery was showing September 1-3. I checked the order status and someone canceled it without my permission. I called them, their customers service is hard to reach . And they weren’t sure who cancelled it. And they didn’t send me any email about that . So I ordered again on August 4, and delivery showed the beginning of September.Today is August 20 and I checked my tracking info, and they pushed delivery to November 29!!! I haven’t received any email about that and we will move out from current address on November. So it’s a waste of time!!! And I can’t reach them to cancel my order… they are absolute mess . The service at Williams-Sonoma is very helpful and kind in terms of the approach they take to both giving you time to peruse the selection of cookware and food items that they have, yet also not being shy to engage in long conversations about the products and food stuffs that they like best. Everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful.

Shopping for a gift for my mother, no idea what to get her when Robert approachs and asks if he can help. Not only did he steer me toward an amazing gift idea, he spent 15 minutes wrapping it because he overheard my daughter and I talking about meeting my mother at the mall for dinner and he wanted to ensure she had a bountiful gift.This is where it goes to the next level:We forgot a small box of popcorn on the counter amongst the big boxes of gifts and didnt realize it. An hour latter while were wrapping up dinner with the family Robert shows up at our table with the box of popcorn we had forgotten. He searched EVERY restaurant in Ridgedale mall on a Friday night to find us..... Every Restaurant. He had already blown us away with his help in the store and taking care to wrap our gifts......but WOW.William Sonoma is an excellent store but this review is really for Robert and his above and beyond efforts.

Good location, always very clean and well-stocked. I only docked a star because the last time I went here one of the employees followed me around the store and continuously asked me questions. There is a fine line between polite attentiveness and just badgering customers, and this place leans towards the latter.

This is one of my favorite stores! I just bought their coffee to try and its delicious!

Great customer service

Very kind and helpful staff, clean store, great selection.

They told me I could buy a few salt products and return the ones I didn’t open. When I went to return the ones I literally didn’t open in any way, the supposed manager told me he couldn’t accept “food products” and dismissively said I had to live with $80 of salt while using the voice of what sounded like his favorite actress. Wish I was kidding. Like a four year old, committing sales fraud.

This was a big disappointment. And Im really sad to post this. I used to love this store. Its extremely overpriced and the sample counter they make you feel like they dont want to serve you. I did not feel welcome here and Im surprised theyre in business still.

Great service here from everyone.The products themselves are of the utmost quality.The prices are not very low, but you certainly get what you pay for...Any kind of tool or accessory you can imagine its probably available here in some form or fashion.Worth a stop if youre at Ridgedale!
