We love this Barnes and Noble. Great selection of Manga for my 13 year old. They also have an in-house Cafe with ample sitting. The employees that I have encountered have all been helpful.

Itd be nice if they had more things in store but times change, deal with it. Always love spending time here.

The last 3 times Ive gone there they havent had the book I wanted??? The people who check you out are friendly but each person there I have asked to look up a book for me acts like they are being put out. Very rude and short.

I never thought I would be raving about a corporate book store, but with Amazon taking over the world its time to recognize how nice it is to walk into a real book store and really shop for books, but also magazines, some records and movies. Nothing beats the customer service of a real human, even if we have wear a mask and not see our whole faces. I know Barnes and Noble has been struggling like many retail stores, so please people dont let it go. Go check out the staff picks and the newsstand. A wise person said you dont know what you have til its gone.

I am all most every day in Barnes&Noble. I like it. The stuff is friendly. I am enjoying to have a cup of coffee, to have a little talk and to read my favorite magazines. I am buying them. I am buying some interesting to me book s too. It is so nice during pandemic a places like this to be open.

This is a large B&N that is very clean and organized. They do a great job of putting out recommended books. They also have Bicycle playing cards and many other games. With coffee and snacks available, its a great place to chill.

I come to this location all the time and see plenty of people with their own choice of cup to use for their beverage. I was with my family enjoying some reading time when A lady (blonde hair in which I would assume is the manager of Barnes & Noble) come from the other side of the building and told me I’m not allowed to use my choice of cup for my beverage which I bought the beverage from their establishment. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is still the old style Barnes & Noble...it has a much cozier feel than the newer stores.

We enjoy roaming around Barnes and Noble looking for new books to read. The staff was excellent today. My son was looking for science fiction books and a staff member showed him a new author he didnt know about. The gentleman was very approachable and my son was happy to talk with someone that had knowledge of the genre.

Went for a calendar today, but, great book/gift store for every budget !

This store is always well kept. Staff is helpful, but not like annoyingly watching over you waiting for a question. Very good selection and surprisingly not to busy most of the time. Great place to get a new book or vinyl.

I love to visit the Barnes & Noble. I could spend hours in there looking. They have great deals on older books and a wide selection of new books. I also appreciate the magazine section and the cafe. You cant beat visiting the store to purchase your books.

Had a great experience. Visited both the cafe and the store. There was plenty of room to browse, and bookshelves were well labeled. The staff was friendly. I went there to get a new crossword book, and they had a huge selection! It was nice to be able to browse the puzzles before buying as opposed to buying blind online.

I had gone online to see where I could by a Amazon gift card, and barns and noble came up as a possible location. I have never bought, or even looked for an Amazon gift card. When I walked in, there was a older lady at the counter, and I asked her. She said no, we dont have them here, why would we, they are our competitor, well, not sure i would know that, but she was rude, and loud. Very unprofessional in my eyes.

My experience was excellent. It was amazing to find what I needed and the coworkers were nice and appreciated for me shopping in their store.

It was a relatively decent day for a visit to the bookstore, & as I have recently developed a bit of an interest in Tulpas & Tulpamancy ( find out more at Reddit dot com r slash Tulpas I think is the URL ) I wandered into Ridgehaven unaware that the Help Center was understaffed & there were already a number of customers waiting ahead of me.Undeterred, I walked around looking for something to do instead. I did find some books on Jimi Hendrix, a coffee table book about UFO abductions, & I did enjoy the music overhead which I believe was Joanna Newsome, but I didnt actually have much time so eventually I just left without buying anything.

Love this place. Huge variety of books, magazines, mind games/puzzles. Love the coffee shop inside. Can spend hours in there on a visit with my teenagers.

This is one of my happy places to go to when I need some inspiration and peace. There are always staff around to help and give some suggestions, which is always appreciated. Ive discovered some books I never would have read by the staff suggestions. I love sitting in the cafe and having a treat reading my new purchase or talking with my family.

Staff is incredibly friendly and get you checked out/directed to what item you’re looking for very quickly. Their story times ( Monday & Tuesday @ 10am) are soo much fun and I love that they always have an art project planned for the kids. LOVE this location.

I have always liked the Minnetonka location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like where the magazines are located. I really happy that you can still purchase music there. Parking is a challenge some times but if you can go at odd hours it can help. Also some days are busier than others. I just cant wrap my head around the 24$ a year to be a member so I havent joined yet. Now if they dropped it to 10$ a year I might consider it. To be honest Im sure that there are persons that the member ship works for that will purchase many books. Over all a nice place to shop. Then go have a coffee or something sweet to eat.

Always happy to be there - either to get a moment of serenity, to find a novel gift, or to search for bargain buys. Very kid friendly as you can feel free to read a kid book to your little one(s) at the reading area, or have them play at the toy train table. Always encountered nice staff, good environment, and usually kind fellow customers as well!

The staff were very helpful in my book search; every employee I saw stopped to ask if they could help me find anything. And they dont give you directions to somewhere in the store, they walk with you to the location. Also the black bean soup was delicious!

I love books. I love to read. But thats another story. The people at Barns&Noble are great because they help create a shopping environment that makes you feel like youre not shopping. They have integrity built into their customer service. They always say thank you. I am old school and I like that. I would go there every day if I was a speed reader with more money. Best place for the oddities you need in life. Always have an abundance of Harry Potter this and thats. All movie sound tracks. An just the amazing phenomenal customer service by each an every person working there. Love stopping in for an hour or 3.

A good bookstore with somewhat high prices but not unreasonable. The selection is the high point and the deals are always pretty good. The staff is a little rude sometimes, which is a bit of a disappointment.

I have always loved this store. Large selection, good bargains, cafe and large movie, vinyl and cd area. Its like walking back in Time with flavor and a modern twist.

Going to a real book store is very special! Books expand your mind. Books open doors to knowledge in a way that no other form of interaction can do. They can teach you how to do things. Most importantly they teach you to think and reason. Look at information and decide for yourself what is right and real.

Pretty cool place. The displays all over looked great overall. Place looked organized. One of the staff members was very helpful in finding a specific book and even asked for the detailed information that I didnt think to give. They didnt end up having it in store but she offered to order it which was nice. Lots of Harry Potter things and they had a decent amount of vinyl records as well. Also had a coffee shop but I didnt get anything from there. Would go again!

If u get a reward card choices between Amazon versus Barnes & Noble...Barnes & Noble has great prices & friendly employees to make your visit worthwhile! Plus u dont have to wait a week to get your usually more expensive purchase(s) if u dont have Prime🎶😁

Everyone is courteous and helpful. The cafe is such a nice place to hang out and visit. The only disappointment is how the metaphysical area has continued to diminish over time.

It is very warm and cozy and a very welcoming place. We love to shop/hangout here. Wide selection of books. Nicer location, lots of space. Decent sized cafe location for sitting, benches and other areas for sitting as well spaced throughout the store. Seems to be that the toy section is taking over the store. Staff is helpful and friendly.

This is the most beautiful B&N that Ive ever been in! The restaurant food is delicious and inexpensive. (Dont miss the burger) and there are comfy chairs all over the place in little groupings! They dont sell reading glasses, so dont forget yours!

I went there with my baby neice and older sister tonight and hung out at their cafe for a bit. Although it got kinda annoying because of my neice who is a baby needed so much attention, it was still fun. Thanks to the bookstore though; when I would get super annoyed and wanna lose it, the peaceful quietness of the bookstore was somewhat able to calm me down and get me back into the zone of my book! 😸

Atmosphere is homey and the smell of coffee ☕ inside helps me study.

Barnes and Noble has a special kind of annoying magic. No matter how empty the store is, there is always a super slow moving line at the register. ALWAYS. Store is fine otherwise, decent employees, lots of books to sell, um, I mean its a Barnes and Noble- I dont think anyone is going to be surprised by what they find here.

I called ahead and they were very helpful in holding a book for me. Checking out was painful. They have. Lengthy pitch to get you to join a book club that they just won’t stop, even after you’ve said no thank you. They also buried the lead, that it’s $25. I only went there because I had a gift card. Otherwise I buy used books exclusively.

Long line and only 1 cashier but lots of employees wandering the store.... also didnt have the book my daughter wanted but she found something else. I dont like sitting in line for 10 minutes or more waiting to spend my money....

Semi typical book store. You can get a little lost if you are unsure of what exactly you are looking for, but the workers at the easy to see help desk can help you find almost any book, DVD and so forth, as long as they carry it somewhere, either online or in store.

Fun to browse through the books and enjoy the environment of a big book store now and then. Never busy. Nice people.

Barnes and Noble itself is a rather extensive bookstore. A media section and books ranging from centuries old to brand new decorate the shelves. If you need help finding a book, staff is helpful and kind. Also a solid gift store, with various board games and other fun nik nacks to give to a friend or relative. The coffee shop attached adds to the store, a warm drink and a new book is quite a combo. Overall, a great book store.
