It was my first time in States in trucking and i came here for pickup. My appointment was at 8 am and on the door there are phone numbers to call and get the door . and after waiting enough time when i tried to call them 2nd time for information they didnt pick the call. After 5 hrs again i called them and they told they are having some technical issues so they are not loading my trailer.So anyone wants to come to this place for pickup make sure keep extra food and water with you. Because they will not let you enter inside, you just have to call them which they will not pick.And also keep your trailer clean or you can do it here by yourself.Thank you,Take care.Have wonderful pickups.

Had a 8am appointment time, arrived at 7:20am, was assigned a dock door right away. Loading only took 40-45minutes. Shipper came out with seal shortly after loading was finished. Paper work is in the back of the trailer for the driver. From arrival to departure was only an hour tops. Good experience, many thanks to the people there for getting us on our way quickly.

They no idea what they doing there . driver s save your time, dont take loads out of there

They make pasta here. Unless you’re looking for a job or picking up a trailer I definitely do not recommend visiting. They are a big supplier and they’re usually busy all through the day overnight is near dead I was there and I was the only truck dropping and picking up trailers.

Some of the driver writing down that is a long wait time is because they show up late for their appointment, because this plant is not a warehouse, is a production facility, second the product going to canada has to be carefully loaded and takes from 3 to 4 hours and the shipping office let the brokers know the wait time, so all the drivers complaining about wait time is because they dont like to wait and only like to whine about it, and most of them are going to Canada!

Had to wait all day until a 6pm appointment. Then after making me wait all day they didn’t have enough time and I had to come back the next day. I am not the only review complaining about this kind of behavior. They really need to fix their scheduling.

10 hours waiting stil no door they dont care your appt

Very easy to get loaded. Pretty quick. There less then an hour. Pull in the north drive. Straight up close to the building. Should be able to get 3 trucks in there, as long as everyone pulls all the way up. Walk back down to shipping office, on the corner of the building You pass pulling in. Doors are just ahead of where You stopped. Guys are very easy to get along with.

They will lie you nicely and then after 3 hours, still not loaded, looks like they have more brakes time than working time. Out of my hours evening before thanksgiving and no one cares. Shipping manager was very friendly but at the end of the day it took them so long to load the only one truck at the dock!

Shipping and receiving is the west entrance. Or second entrance from hwy 100. Pull up to the overhead stop sign park. Walk back down hill to shipping entrance door. When the train comes theyll make u pull out of the door. Crazy layout. You have to wait for the train to unload for shipping to resume. 6 hour load time

Excellent working environment for individuals willing to put in the work. I absolutely love working here!

It’s going to take a while to get unloaded...

The entrance is in between the shipper and Rainbow Inc. Parking is on top of the hill and in front of the docks. I was told they are a bit behind. Hopefully I do not have to claim detention pay. Make sure your trailer is clean.

Both times loaded in east garage door docks and its a joke had to back into a dark hole poorly lit the 2nd time the 1st time straight line it having to pull across 4 lanes of live 7am traffic not safe very difficult for otr trucks wouldnt recommend this dock to my own worst enemy if he was a damn good backer its a joke plus they park there personal cars in there leave trailers expect you to drop your trailer to close the doors and then they want you to sweep your trailer and then they inspect it if theres a speck of dirt they make you sweep again and if you were there first and another driver comes in with a clean trailer or a quick sweep they put you on the back burner and load him up and then your sitting there clock ticking away this is not a good place to go plus the dock sups arent helpful when you ask what the number should start with they say figure it out they expect you to have all this info and if you have to call dispatch to get the right info cause theres was wrong they again will skip over you Im on my way there now but missed my appointment time pick up is 8 days late break down at home and do to very unsafe ice roads company was pushing me to hurry up Ive decided I no longer care and will not get the load Im going home for the weekend

This company is by far one of the worst places i have ever worked. The management team have no idea what their doing. If you are ever offered a job there, run the other direction.

They will take your one full day in loading the trailer

Waiting for load around 7 hours. Office and warehouse is not connected at all. Customer service make appointment for 11am, warehouse saying 4pm.Rude and unprofessional workers.

5 hours waiting to get loaded and they told me to come back next day. Totally unprofessional!!!
