Rented a cotton candy machine for a party and it was a huge hit! Pickup and drop off were super smooth, Bob answered all our questions and even made sure we had his cell in case there were questions over the weekend. We’d definitely rent here again!

We had the absolute best experience with this company! From start to finish we had excellent customer service! We were hosting an event for kids and I saw them online and went through their website which was very user friendly. I filled out the online questionnaire, and they promptly emailed me back. From there I sent out my budget, and list of items I was interested in, to which they quickly replied, and even called me on the phone to further explain some things I was unsure about. After I selected the items I was interested in, they sent me an agreement form, and we were good to go! So easy! I dealt with Karen throughout all of this, and her patience and kindness was so helpful and appreciated!The day we picked up the items they showed me all of the items, and even showed me how to set up some of the larger items! They also included detailed instructions on set-up and take-down, with YouTube video links to check out if we needed extra guidance (which we didnt because the instructions were so easy to follow)!Day of the event everything went so easy. Because they had already showed me how to set things up, it was a piece of cake to get everything assembled! We got so many compliments on the games we chose, and everyone was impressed with how fun and easy they were to use! Taking down all of the items was quick and easy.Upon returning the games when I pulled up to the door, they unloaded everything and were so courteous and kind.10 out of 10 I would recommend this company to anyone looking to host am event and rent carnival games (which is what we rented), bouncy castles, and so much more!Thanks you Fun Services for making our event so fun and special!!!

Great company! We got a bounce house, inflatable tube man and bungee challenge for a big party. They were prompt with delivery and set up. We had so much fun! Karen and Bob made sure we knew that we could call them directly with any issues. Thank you!!

Fun services is amazing! We use them for our Schools Carnival, they bring everything we need from carnival games, moon walks, cotton candy machines & supplies, nacho cheese & warmers, plus the prizes for the games!! They also setup the items & stay during our event in case we need anything! It is great to have one company handle all our needs. We have used them for about 6 years now, one year we had a huge snow storm, school was canceled, we choose to still have the carnival & they drove down for us!! They have always came through for!! Top notch for sure!!

Rented a bouncey house, some chairs and 2 tables. All of ehich where not in any kind of good condition. Paid top dollar for everything and when we went to return the items the manager or employee started swearing and complaining about the items being broken or missing. We assured him everthing was okay and in order and he threw a tantrum like a child, (very unprofessional) and told us we were paying for the items that where already damaged when we recieved them. Not a good place if you expect customer service or responsible business behavior.
