I had a overnight delivery but they didnt delivered to my home address and said some reason that their system showing my zip code 55423 as a Minneapolis. Even though I am living in Richfield. And they suggested me to come and pick up form shipping center. I have waited 1 hour and they said that my medicine is with some driver and I have to wait until he comes. What the dirty service you guys are doing. Why the agent is keeping our medicine if he cant deliver it.I dont know what is the meaning of paying extra dollar for overnight delivery?Atlast they get my package and the front desk guy is yelling us. They were saying why you ship medicine in FedEx why cant you buy from Walgreen ? We didnt went there for his idiotic advice.First please teach them good manner and ethics.

They generally are very efficient. Usually there is someone in back to come up front and help to expedite things. They are much faster than UPS.

Paid money for overnight delivery and the shipment was not delivered saying that address is wrong which is pure lie. Another shipment was delivered at the same address. The driver didnt even attempt delivery. They are simply changing the status. Why we have to pay extra money for something they cannot fulfill.

Super helpful staff. They helped me figure out some complicated shipping while I was only in town for a couple of days. Oversize/overweight shipping is just next door. You can ship anything here to anywhere and the staff will be happy to help.

There were multiple people waiting and she finished her break early to go out of her way to help everyone. She was extremely kind and caring; top notch service no doubt. Give her a raise!!!!

Despite a mix up with my package (not a big deal) Im giving 5 stars for one employee in particular. Ronald is a stellar gentleman and very friendly. He went out of his way to try to reroute my package to a more convenient facility for me to pick up after a missed delivery sent my package almost an hour out of my way. When my package ended up in transit instead of being held at said facility, he personally called me minutes after I received the notification email. Overall, Ronald made my experience with Fedex pleasant and expedient despite minor setbacks.

Amazing customer service today from Julie! I had driven an hour from Wisconsin to ship 400 ounces of milk to be processed for premature babies. In my hurry to get the shipment packaged in the cooler properly I left the prepaid shipping label AT HOME! This time sensitive shipment would all be thrown if it wasn’t able to get out in time. Countless hours of work for nothing. Wonderful angel women Julie helped me use a photo I had saved of the shipping label to get this on its way ASAP. She Allowed me to forward the picture to her email and was able to print from there. Cannot write enough how helpful this was going above and beyond. Writing this I feel does not do justice what she has done.

They made it super easy to ship internationally at the drop of a hat. And even recommended a cheaper option. I love honesty.

4 trips to have a package sent to me from the airport 4 hours of my time employees didnt know the companys policies and would not let me pay in cash had to open up an account and leave my credit card on an open account Fed Ex needs to change there policies about this and I had to have 3 forms of ID

Its great to have a location where you can drop off packages for expess overnight late in the day when necessay.With that said, I called the 800 number on the Google map listing to simply find out the last drop-off time for an Express package, which should have been a 30 second call, however I was dispatched to a general call center who could not find the store or answer my question so I was put on hold for 5 minutes before the call was dropped.Whats with not having a phone number that patches me through to the actual store when I press 9 like every other FedEx store that I have Googled and called.I still don not know what the dropoff deadline is!!!!! Rediculous.

I sent an urgent ducument to El Salvador. It was guaranteed to be delivered in five days maximum. On day eight it was still in an office undelivered. I had to send someone to pick it up in person at a location that wasnt FedEx, but a courier service that claimed they had given no guarantees. $94 was not refunded.
