Customer Service is top notch! Great facility; clean and everyone is very friendly. You can tell they love helping children.

Due to covid, we were unable to get the therapy we had hoped for. We were billed incorrectly, but Orthotic Care Services corrected the bill.

We had a helmet for my son. The nurses/doctors were very friendly and good at their job, I would give them a solid 4 or 5 stars. Their billing department was not and I would give them zero stars if that was an option. They had us pay a lump for what should have been the portion insurance didnt pay on the first visit, however our insurance paid more as we had less of our deductible left than quoted. The billing did not return calls. My insurance paid their portion in mid june and I just got refunded the $1000 that we overpayed today 10/8/19. Because my HSA money did not get refunded for several months I had to choose between not paying other medical bills or paying them with non HSA money which means I paid 30% more as that was post taxed income not the pre tax hsa. I would recommend not paying a dime until your insurance company tells you what portion they are not paying.
