As a last minute help to a friend, I ordered some VERY short notice print jobs to be done. FROM OUT OF STATE. They were considerate. They were fast. They were efficient. They communicated exceptionally for me to be thousands of miles away to coordinate this.I’m appreciative and so is my friend.
The worst experience that I have ever had at any store. The man in charge spoke with such arrogance and was watching a movie the whole time on a laptop behind him. He was surly and seemed almost annoyed that there was a customer in the store. I needed a photo scanned. He lied and said that the store did not scan photos. He said theyd only be able to scan photocopies of a photo... Which is absolute nonsense. I then left and did this easily at FedEx. Ive heard complaints from others about this very employee. I really expected better service from ups. Extremely disappointed.
I had the best experience with Emily and the staff at this UPS! They printed last-minute studying material for me within 15 minutes of placing the order. Thank you so much for everything! ☺️
Emily is the best! Their customer service is top notch and its why I will never go to Fed Ex again! She has always been so outgoing, kind and pleasant.
I dread running errands! The convenience of having this next to my office is the BEST! I love this location Emily is AMAZING! She is always so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The best customer service of any UPS Store Ive ever been to! Thank you guys for making my errands a little less annoying!! Its clear this location is a favorite of everyone and Its probably because the employees are eager to help customers and they are very efficient. Highly recommend this location!
I waited for 25 minutes while the person in front of me made a phone call trying to figure out how to fill out paperwork and the associate with her didn’t ask to help someone else but just waited with her because he didn’t want to work. Turns out there was another employee there the whole time waiting in the backroom. When I finally was helped, I went to drop off my package with a prepaid label snd scannable barcode he acted like they couldn’t scan it even though the directions clearly stated take to UPS - no printing needed- in order to charge me to print the label. They also weren’t wearing masks.
Give Erik Sanchez a pay raise! He went beyond my expectations to help me print out a CenturyLink return label when CenturyLink couldnt even help me. Mad props to him 👍
UPS did not try to satisfy me after I complained that the delivery man showed up at 11:58 a.m. I was not expecting my delivery that early today. I went to the restroom. My dog barked, to let me know that someone was ringing the door bell. When I got to the door bell, the delivery man was gone, leaving a note on my mailbox. The representatives gave me a lot of apologies and an explanation of UPS delivery policy. My contention is that I was not expecting the delivery until tomorrow according to the email last night. This morning, I was notified that I could expect the delivery by 3PM today. Instead of the representative told me that if I wanted to pay more money, I could get a time-delivered service. My reply was that it wasnt going to make a times worth of difference as long as the delivery practice is place. The company seems to care nothing about customer satisfaction or quality improvement. And to make matters worse, the representative feigned that he would try to get the delivery man back to my apartment. It has not happened for me in the past, why should I expect it now, especially after all of the defenses and rationalizations. I am not going to do business with UPS anymore, if I can help it...
The Staff here is always outstanding! I love love having this store so close to my work the convenience to stop in and drop off my Amazon return and buy stamps is amazing! I definitely would recommend Dawn and Emily are the best!!
Walked-up to the store at 5:30 PM today. An employee was locking the store, he lied about the operating hours and walked away.
UPS used to be one of the very best courier service companies in my area. Delivery was on time as promised, customer services were great and almost everyone i know was very satisfied with how they conduct their businesses. Things changed. UPS went from best all the way to worst. Now even smaller courier companies are more reliable. I witnessed only in 2017 three packages of mine somehow got lost within UPS. They found days latter and apologized. It was too late for apology. Damage is been done so apology or excuse was not enough. All those three times i made sure to report to UPS customer service. All i heard was apology and unintentional errors.
Convienienty located the manager Findlay was great he gave me the information I needed to save money money on a shipment I was sending overseas. They are coviniently located in the skywalk and this is a plus for regular shoppers in the downtown area. The also have large MFC printers, boxes and other shipping supplies.
Probably the slowest process I’ve ever experienced. The staff seems to be understaff and undertrained. I had programs printed for my wedding and they told me one day that they will be done the day after and they weren’t done until 2 days after. They don’t seem to ever answer their phone because I have called 3 times and no one picks up. Every time I place an order someone else calls me the next day asking what needs to be done because no one writes notes. I’m waiting on my seating chart for my wedding and they told me it would be done on Monday but no one in answering... terrible customer service.
Never going to use UPSever again. Paid double the price ($15.66) for a USPS flat rate envelope which would have been $7.38 at USPSone block away. I had thought they charged me extra as they mentioned itll arrive in 2 days but it took 5 days. I wouldnt have mind if $7.35 took 5 days but $15.66 to mail from MN to LA and taking 5 days is ridiculous!PS: Despite the below comment, no justification has been provided as to why they charged me double. And no, it was not going to a PO Box.
I have just had an exemplary customer service experience with this UPS location. I have never even set foot in the store, but via email and telephone an incredibly helpful employee named Angela just helped me get a 60-page document printed and entirely prepared for mailing. Above and beyond the call of duty!! This woman is definitely an asset to your shop.
As the new owner of this store we appreciate the patronage of our customers. With new staff on board we seek to provide you excellent service. Thank you for your consideration. We appreciate your business! Randy
Polite staff and efficient service. They always seem to have a positive attitude and you can feel that when you walk into the store.
The UPS Store in City Center is always really helpful. I have come to them for a handful of services - including 3D printing - and they have always been really professional and easy to work with. I always have great experience when I stop by this UPS Store.
Probably seems to be the operative word at this store.I was downtown for a weekend-long event, and had the idea to print up some posters. Not a critical or sensitive task -- I called a few places to see if there were any print-shops up to the task. This UPS store was the only one that seemed able and willing to produce them quickly, and told me we could probably get them in tonight on a Friday. Sounded good to me, so I sent over the files.I came back on Saturday, talked to the same woman I spoke to over the phone. Posters werent there, so she said that theyd Probably have them by Monday. OK, no big deal.I came back on Monday, this time theres a young kid behind the counter. He cant find my posters. Tells me theyre probably around here somewhere, and that hed have the manager call me on Tuesday. The manager calls me Tuesday morning -- its the same woman I spoke to on both Friday and Saturday. She doesnt remember me. I explain the situation -- that Id sent files on Friday afternoon. She cant find them. Tells me they probably got lost somewhere ... and that if I can re-send the files they can get it done the same day.I tell her to forget the whole thing. Not worth it anymore. In any case, if youre okay with vague commitments to time, about four probablies along the way, and a staff thats selectively helpful, this is your place.
Unfortunately this store is the slowest UPS Store I have ever been to. I work close and have to go here frequently for convenience, and it is almost always a very slow, frustrating experience. Most employees seem to be untrained, causing very long wait times. Only the manager seems to know processes well. Give yourself plenty of time, even if there is no wait.
Charges $2.50 for amazon returns if you don’t have the label yourself. First store I’ve had to deal with a surcharge for a return.
Chronically late to open. 20 minutes, 1 hour. I suggested an edit to opening hours - 9a.m. Let me be clear, thats not when they supposed to open. Thats when you supposed to show up if you do not want to waste your time.Edit: I hope your employee is doing OK. I have a talent to show up on a bad day.
Just contacted the store for some information about services. Dawn was incredible helpful and friendly. this is my second excellent experience with this store.
Ive had nothing but trouble with this store. I took in two items to be boxed and shipped to two different locations. For relatively small items, they cost me a total for $50 to package and ship. Then, I find out a week later (once the packages were delivered) that they put the wrong labels on the wrong boxes and the items ended up at the wrong locations (Item A went to Location B and Item B went to Location A).After finding this out, I began calling the UPS Store to get it resolved. Ive had to call every day for a week now, each time I had to re-explain what happened to the person who answered the phone, and each day they told me that someone would call me back about it the next day (and no one ever called, I would have to call them).Very frustrating that this issue, caused by their mistake, has yet to be resolved. I understand that mistakes happen, and had this been dealt with the first time I called (or had someone actually called me back when they said they would) I wouldnt be nearly as upset. However, Ive been actively trying to get it resolved for a week now and I feel like theyre just trying to put it off and hope Ill go away.If youre thinking of getting something shipped from here, just go back to Google Maps and search for the nearest FedEx.
Great experience. Fast and Polite Service.
Friendly staff and very helpful! Convenient location as well
I always have a good experience here. If you didnt, you probably walked in there with a bad attitude.
The manager Emily is racist and has discriminated against me on multiple occasions.Emily has went over and beyond to display her hate for black people. When I spoke to the owner Randy, he had no interest in hearing about her racist treatment and harassment with me. Instead he mocked her behavior.
Really friendly staff. The package I sent got to Venezuela on time. I recommend this particular UPS Store very much.
Blonde girl is rude
Their services has been very useful for my office needs. I commend them for the great service that they offer.
Quick and efficient service. Polite staff.
Be aware of the hidden prices
Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I have sent several things from here and gotten my passport photo taken.
I confused to reach the store and called to store number. She answered me very nicely. That makes me I like it.
Amazing staff! So helpful!
Fast and friendly service. I would come here again for any shipping / packaging needs.
Reliable
I dont know where this UPS Store is supposed to be but 40 S. 7th Street is City Center. I wound up going to Office Depot where they had UPS shipping services.
The new management has really been an improvement to the store!
They do not open at their opening time!!!!
