Ive ordered two violin cases. They sent the wrong color BOTH times. I ordered graphite blue. They sent LIME green. :(

Great guitar store! The selection of acoustic steel string guitars is excellent - reminiscent of the Podium from long ago. Lots of Eastman acoustics and jazz guitars and Cordoba nylon string guitars as well as some great high end steel string guitars. Super low pressure environment - It felt like there isnt a sales person on staff.

Not including the communication issues, this is an example of the best kind of customer service. The owner clearly cares about service and the needs of his customers. I am happy with the result and I appreciate what the owner did.I purchased a Hiscox case but upon inspection we saw it was defective. They ordered another and I was told it would arrive the following week. I got a call a couple days later with a message that it wouldn’t be coming for 3 weeks, which was unfortunate but acceptable.I went into Fret Central with only a few days left before my trip expecting my case to be there. I was told the case was on back order and they had no idea when it would arrive. They should have conveyed that earlier.It didn’t come in the time they said it would and that was a problem since I was going to be traveling soon and needed a good case. Another problem was that there was no communication about the status of my order when it went beyond the 3 week mark.The owner Chris stepped in and solved the issue. I walked out with a higher quality Hiscox case and the offer to keep it for no extra charge or I could return it when I got back from my trip and collect the original one I ordered.

Go elsewhere. Terrible in the communication dept. Owner never calls back. they charge you a restocking fee and dont tell you ahead of time.
