Highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your next move. Janet was our moving planner and put together the estimate which was spot on. She explained how everything worked and answered all questions. She returned all calls/emails promptly. Our moving crew consisted of three movers, Todd Jr, Russell and Michael. These guys were fantastic. When they first arrived we went through the house to verify everything that was to be moved. They started the move right away and did not stop once until the last piece of furniture was on the truck. Great care was taken with our furniture. After they took their lunch break (not charged to billable hours) they arrived at our new location and unloaded the truck quickly. All furniture/boxes where placed in the rooms we wanted them in. This was our first experience using professional movers and we will definitely use this company again. Helpful advice - be ready for them. They move quickly and if you have everything ready you will save money. This company is fairly priced and well worth the money. Moving crew friendly and professional.

We moved items from one office to another. I appreciated the ability to conduct the estimate via phone/Facetime - especially during the pandemic. I wasnt happy with the service. Boxes arrived at the destination sideways and upside down and one box was burst. I saw a worker throwing boxes. Also they borrowed an Allen wrench set and it was returned with 1 missing. A better title is a few juveniles in a truck. Not very professional.

That did a great job, they were fast and handled the entire process very well. Some damage was done to some vinyl flooring, they submitted pictures to the office and the guarantee worked great as well! Thanks, we will use them again.

Two Men and a Truck did not shrink wrap all of my furniture and did not handle it with care. They tell you they will do this when getting a quote but do not do this in reality. So, if you do use them for a moving service, watch everything they do like a hawk when handling your furniture. They severely damaged multiple items of furniture that they moved for me.Ever since filing a damage claim, I have had poor communication with them. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Furthermore, they have not returned any of my voicemails that I have left ever since I moved. Every time I call their phone number, I get the voicemail system. If I could give Two Men and a Truck zero stars for their poor customer service and communication, I would. I would also recommend seeking a different moving company.

Amazing! It was a 90 degree day and these guys worked so hard, explained everything they were doing, and were more than willing to help with extra last minute things. It made our moving day experience memorable and fun. This is the best money we have spent!

The service is horrible! When I moved into my house I was going through a lot personally, economically and emotionally. I lost my husband and my sister within one year! I needed a moving company I could trust to make my move go as smooth as possible. I was given 15 minutes notice that they were at the storage facility, when I arrived they were sitting in their truck waiting. They didnt start moving my items for about 30 minutes after I got there. I was billed for 45 minutes for nothing! They were slow to work and took twice as long as a previous mover. In my home they damaged freshly painted walls with scraps, cuts and black marks while moving my furniture. Nicks and scratches on my furniture! I contacted them by phone and email with pictures of the damage. No response. Bad customer service. Poor quality service. I want my money back!

Literally decades past the time in my life where it was “the way moving was done”, I will sacrifice close personal relationships in pressuring friends and family to help me complete my next move before ever considering using Two Men and Truck again.It wasn’t:-The pervasive smell of marijuana that hung in the air all day-The coercive manner in which my wife was made to sign paperwork well before the job had been completed-Catching someone rifling through unboxed items that we expressly indicated were not to be moved-The wildly off the mark estimate that was twice the number we had quoted to us for a move to the same neighborhood just a year ago-The constant asking “do you need us to move this?” and the accompanying eye roll, audible sigh, and attitude that met every affirmative answer, despite the fact that each item was supposed to have been included in the estimate-The manner in which furniture was haphazardly placed with no attempt to reassemble disassembled items-Ignoring our pleas to focus on larger items that I ultimately had to go back and move myself, despite those items being included in the quote-Forgetting piano legs back at the old home, as well as door guards, blankets, and 5 rolls of stretch wrap-Taking advantage of the opportunity to “play” on gym equipment instead of loading that item, which ultimately was one of the items I needed to move by myself-Taking the time to pad and shrink wrap an air hockey table, and then never bothering to load that item onto the truck-Lying that our bed had been reassembled, and covering up that lie by placing the box spring and mattress on the frame-Asking to borrow some tools, just grabbing other tools without asking, and then leaving all the tools scattered throughout the homeOr-The dozens of water bottles and Gatorade bottles that were strewn about both homes.It was the fact that despite 6 calls, several voicemails, 3 assurances from corporate, 2 assurances from local personnel, no one ever bothered to call or email us back (2 weeks and still waiting).

Movers Who Care? Think again. This company could CARE LESS about their customer service. Not only did we have a horrible moving experience, but after 4 messages to the local office (no one EVER returned any calls) and three to the main corporate office, they made zero attempt to discuss or fix the issues we had with our moving day. I just wanted someone to listen to me and offer a fix for the horrible experience we had. We spent $4,000 on a move that was completely unacceptable- way over priced for what you get! TRUST ME-USE ANOTHER COMPANY! Zero concerns for their customers or their goods, and the lack of professionalism was appalling. There are plenty of other companies out there who probably care about the quality of their service.

I cannot say enough great things about the crew that helped me and my family move! They were kind, courteous, conscious, careful, and worked their you know what off! Last but not least, they had to do it all in 97 degree weather day.I will call Two Men and a Truck again!!!

I almost NEVER complain about a business. But the service I received from Two Men and a Truck Golden Valley MN location was absolutely despicable. Not the reputable company I thought they were. :(Was quoted a move with 2 stops (storage unit and final move location) to drop off big pieces of furniture. Was quoted 2.25 to 4.5 hours. When the movers arrived they refused to move anything but what was going to the storage locker. Stated they needed to go home because they needed to work in the morning. I asked if I could reschedule for a time that the services quoted could be provided. They said no, I was already being charged for the hour drive to my apartment and the hour drive back. They broke the exit sign outside my apartment door.Services quoted (2 stops and up to 4.5 hours) were not given. I paid nearly $450 for less than half the work to be done which was quoted and agreed upon. When we contacted the Golden Valley location, we were told there was nothing they could do.I would highly recommend not using these movers. They will show up, refuse to do half the work because this wasnt our move we were given this job last minute because the other crew is running behind I cant be working much longer, I am supposed to work in the morning.We will be filing complaints with the BBB and Minnesota attorney general.

Had Kevin & Chris move my my whole household smoothly; no problems even with bringing items like a treadmill down narrow stairs. Enjoyed working with them and can happily recommend them.

Handled a really heavy commercial Nordic track with care and readily accepted some last minute changes in stride. Used Two Men before in 2 different states, same experience. Highly recommended.

I went today to Two Men to purchase an oversized box to ship an unwieldy item. Instead of just selling it to me, seeing how overwhelmed I was with the project, THREE people took it upon themselves to carefully wrap it up for me and carry it back to my car. This was a major project (I had no idea what I was getting into) and I cant begin to say how very grateful I am to them! So kind and so caring! Thank-you so much!!!

I would never use them again. I contracted them to move from a townhouse to a single home from Plymouth to Coon Rapids area. The movers were so extremely rude. Manager woman ended up coming to my house to apologize. They also did damage some of my furniture and did not use padding/wraps as I expected them to. Horrible company..never never never again

Not a big fan of paying these guys $125/hr to drive a truck. Thats basically what it amounts to because their clock starts ticking once they leave their facility in Golden Valley and you also have to pay them to drive back to their facility. I moved some inventory from a small storage facility to another a couple of blocks away but did not want to deal with the headache of renting a truck myself. Our move was just over two hours including travel time, so I paid about $150 for the move and $125 for the guys to drive back and forth to the shop 30 minutes each way.

The team was on time and managed to complete the job in less than the two hour minimum which saved me $125! Great job and thank you.
