Adam came out to make a service call and told me how to fix the ease fix without having to hire them (it was an easy fix). It was amazing. Then he refused to bill me. Not many companies would do that- I did not expect them to do that so it was a very kind surprise.
Ive dealt with a lot of vendors over the years and none have been able to provide the kind of top notch service Baldwin Supply has. Every single person Ive worked with at Baldwin has been professional, knowledge, and friendly. Downtime is really expensive where I work and Baldwin has gone out of the way to make sure we received the parts needed to get back up and running again.
