Love this place! Great service. Never been turned away due to them not having a motor or parts.
Best service ever! Asked for a quick turn around and got it. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing repair service. The staff is there to take care of all the issues.
Fantastic and timely service despite how busy they were
Anytime I have an electric motor that needs repair, this is the place I go. Boy do these guys know their way around an electric motor all right! 5 star service.
I love this old school place. I ordered a motor and they dropped it off the same day before the ink dried on my P.O. I realize that we can not expect this type of service all the time from everyone, but WOW thats incredible service! Thank you to the people at EMR!!!
These guys are phenomenal! Extremely quick turnaround, knowledgeable staff, and expert technicians.I needed them to repair a 1960s P&H motor for a crane/hoist. They rewound the motor, and installed new connecting leads. Look no further for your motor repair needs!
Ive been buying motors from EMR for years. They know their stuff. Never a problem.
Good group of no nonsense people when it comes to repairing items Ive brought there. If they can repair it - they repair it. As for the complaints about time, they seem to be very busy the times I stop by but can rush something if you ask.
EMR has come through again! Liz was great over the phone.Order was fast and complete. Thanks guys
Friendly and honest advice. Thank you
Great company, great staff and very knowledgeable!
Had exactly what I needed
Open till 5 but everybody leaves at 4... dont waste your time. lack of enthusiasm is a must to work here.
I have visited EMR twice. The first time was to have the motor for my lathe checked out after the fuses blew. It took more than SIX weeks for them to even look at it. It was a good thing that I was not in a hurry for it.$35 later, the motor had no issues, thankfully. My second and FINAL visit was to get a fan for a 7.5 hp Baldor motor. I took the remnants of the old fan with me so that I could get a close match. I was helped by John at the service counter. And by helped I mean lectured on how Baldor Motor Co. keeps really good records and if I had the Spec number from the motor he could look it up but he just doesnt have time to measure my parts....So, John, whos job it is to address the needs of the customers who come into the business that employs him and sell them parts that pay help his wage, doesnt have time to look up a part to sell to a customer.Right. Got it.I informed John that I didnt need the lecture.I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE EMR IN THE FUTURE. FURTHERMORE, I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, WHO VARY FROM INDUSTRIAL ARTISTS TO BUSINESS OWNERS, NOT TO USE EMR.
3 days for estimate. Was very high. Repaired in 3 hours for 1/3 the estimate somewhere else.
Excellent service and repair.
Receptionist is extremely rude.
