When I received a request for banners that were needed within 24 hours I panicked. I didnt even know if it was possible to get vinyl banners printed that fast. I am surprised with all the positive customer service reviews.I called to ask about printing some invitations. The woman I spoke to was rude and very short. She said I couldnt bring in the paper I had already purchased, and then snapped when I asked if they could provide the appropriate paper (no). Generally made me feel dumb for calling. She cut the call off by asking me to send her an email instead. I would get your invites printed elsewhere.Maybe the other staff is more helpful.

Close to impossible to describe the level of satisfaction weve received from Minuteman Press for many years!
