Quite honestly some of the best cookies Ive had in many years. Theyre fresh baked cookies are vastly better than their online delivery cookies. Thats not to say the online delivery or bad by any means, but once youve had the ones fresh to order theres no going Back. The peanut butter cookie rains Superior above all others in my personal opinion. And peanut butter cookies not even my favorite type of cookie, which says a lot.

The cookies are so good. The place has the cookies warm and milk. They also come in a cute box if you get multiple cookies. They are even good the day after.

They were out of the things I really wanted but it was close to their closing time. I was still very happy with the peanut butter cup and the m&m cookies that I got.

The SUGAR IS REAL AT THIS PLACE, I could smell it through my mask and it hurt my teeth... but them cookies though.... If you love a savory snack they the everything bagel cookie ..it is a must have the peanut butter are the bestest (I know thats not a word) in the whole wide world... I need a box for under my pillow.

Ordered recently, and while they did not have all the flavors I wanted at the time, Jason and crew were super nice to work with and accommodating. Delivery person was incredibly nice as well. Totally recommend.

Absolutely delicious!!! I loved every single kind I tried! I ordered a dozen cookies they come warm, soft and fresh! The chocolate chunk and smores were the best in my opinion!! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Went inside this location and ordered a 6 pack of Deluxe Cookies, 3 Oatmeal Chocolate Walnut and 3 Triple Chocolate. Promptly was served and left the bakery. I proceeded home and open the box to find a completely wrong order! They gave me 3 Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, and 3 Triple Chocolate Chunk cookies. That was totally wrong. I tried to call the bakery but got customer service instead. They took my information down to give to the bakery and said I could go and pick up the correct order whenever I was near the location again. That was helpful but overall that is ridiculous to have the whole order completely wrong.

SO GOOD!!!!! I make it a rule to come here only when it’s that time of the month because they are soo good and that just makes them better. Cherish every single bite because you’ll miss it when it’s gone! I guarantee that! The cookies are served warm, and the ice cream is perfect! The softness of the cookies makes them perfect. I had French silk ice cream, and it was incredible. I just wish they had that flavor every time, but the second time I had moose tracks, which was also very good. The peanut butter chip cookie was the BEST EVER. I love coming here! Although the place is super tiny. The crowds are in and out very quickly. It’s super convenient and the staff is very friendly and help you order. It’s simple. It’s ice cream, and it’s cookies. My experience was not good. The chocolate chunk cookie I received was hard and not very warm, I went back and the lady gave me another cookie that was harder than the first. The reason I am willing to pay $3.00 for a cookies is because it is supposed to be moist and warm. I did not get what I paid for.

Usually good cookies, but the delivery times are ridiculous. I live less than 20 minutes from their location and last time I ordered it took 2 hours and 15 minutes, and they got half of our order wrong. When you call they dont really know how long it will take, they told me 20 tops and it ended up being another 50.

There should be a no stars option. Had a hair on a cookie 🤮 Horrible customer service at this location. Didnt even get an apology. Their only answer was to call the customer service line.

Im torn on this place. The cookies are great and the service by humans is great but the website and delivery are just painfully broken, which ended up costing $16.I order my cookies and the order processes. And processes. Minutes go by. I get a text saying that I bought the cookies as a gift for someone, but this is not the case and I did not check the box that would indicate such a thing. Then, I get an email saying that the cookies were ordered and it gave me a tracking number, saying theyd arrive by 11:45, just as planned. I go back to the website and the order is still processing. After refreshing the page, I notice that the cookies I ordered were still in my cart. Odd.11:45 comes. I open the map to be greeted with something that would absolutely delight fans of Kentucky oriented cartography- Google Maps zoomed in on a random part of Kentucky. The map has no indication of anything relating to the order, whether that be the store location, my building, or the route. Is that where my order is going? Is it coming at all? Who is to say. The tracker, though, says its been delivered. I go outside to meet the delivery person and nobody is there. I circle my dorm building to see if its been dropped off at the loading area, which has happened before. Nope. I head to the neighboring building to see if its there, which again, has happened before. Nope. At this point, Im convinced that someone in Henderson, KY is being met with a very nice treat at my expense.Curious as to why I didnt get any texts after the first one, I check the number thats on the confirmation email. Its mine, but the delivery instructions say to contact my dads phone number. Chrome autofilled it during the sign up process but I corrected it. Not willing to go down without a fight, the number must have abused a JS bug and slipped into the order wherever it could. Oddly enough, my dad did not get any texts either, nor did he get any cookies. Perhaps they saw two numbers and got confused, so they contacted neither.Having given up on my first order, I order a second batch of cookies. Ten minutes later, and a full thirty minutes after my initial arrival time, I get a call from a number ending in 89. I have to screen my calls because somebody named Hasan put my number in an adult-only website. Hasan, if youre reading this, you should know that Best Buy is having a PS5 giveaway. Ill text you the skeevy link at your convenience. I pick up on a whim and I hear a man and a woman, the latter of which saying this will be her last one, likely referring to how many deliveries they plan to make, and the man says theyre right outside. I head out and theyre not there. I go to the neighboring building, the loading area, all of it. Nowhere to be found. No cookies either. I call the number back and it goes straight to voicemail. At this point its 12:45 and I need to study to make up for the lost hour.Finally, the second order arrives. Dillon, you absolute legend. I waited for him outside so I could wave down his car if need be. There was no need. The cookies were great and nearly washed down the bad taste left in my mouth by the whole ordeal. Never order delivery from this place. Absolutely terrible. Was never given a tracking number and lied about delivery times when calling to check on our order. Over two hours of waiting for our order with no delivery in sight. Unacceptable! Likely won’t visit this place or give them another dime anytime soon. Too bad because I loved getting insomnia cookies when I lived on UMN campus. Also never got off hold on customer service line to cancel/get a refund. Maybe you’ll have better luck ordering through Grub Hub/Uber Eats.

Its a very small place close to the university and always busy. Cookies are fresh, warm and taste amazing. Dint get a chance to try their ice creams, the options looked really good.Its open till late night which is a bonus when you are craving for late night desert.

Ordered a cup of ice cream that came with cookies and crumbled candy. The picture shown online was not true to size at all, and cost around $8. I left a support email and got a response saying I should receive a coupon for some free cookies, but never received the coupon. Overall the ice cream and cookies were very good but disappointed with service and $/serving.

Normally super solid, but we went there tonight and had horrendous service. They refused to scan my loyalty account, rang our transaction through really fast and then said he could only have done it at the beginning. The cookies I got in a bag are mooshed to hell.

This place has amazing cookies, but the wait isnt worth it. It generally takes 1-2 hours before they arrive. I believe their customer service over the phone is sourced out. So, when you call youre speaking to someone who is not actually at the store. All they can do is check the status of your order online. I have ordered from here during different times of the day and have mostly gotten the same result on delivery time. I did complain once and was given a coupon code that had expired. I have even tried calling in advance to ask how long an order would be and they always say 40 minutes. It is not 40 minutes. I would give them five stars if they had better delivery times and customer service.

I ordered a cookie cake for my daughters birthday party, and it was good. It just was not as good as their actual cookies. I guess I expected it to be a little softer than it was. I love this place, though. I may not do the cake again, but the cookies are so delicious.

Cookies and ice cream, can it get much better? Insomnia Cookies offers a nice selection of warm and delicious cookies. If you need a little ice cream in your life, they also offer ice cream sandwiches or just scoops. Our kids had a great time picking out combinations that would be tasty together. Dont plan on staying too long though, the shop if very small and only has two seats. Otherwise you will have to snag some seating at the store next door. They also offer cookie cakes, which I cant wait to try on my birthday.

Been twice in the past week 😬 ive only gotten the chocolate chunk both times, and theyre pretty good (first time i went, they were STRAIGHT outta the oven and super gooey.. delicious). its not a place youll wanna sit down and eat because theres just a couple stools by the window, and theyre usually occupied. the service is rather lackluster, but the employees probably spend most of their time selling cookies to drunk college students at 2 AM, so i get it.

Ordered a six pack on a Saturday game night. Called an hour after ordering and was told my order was “just leaving now”. Called forty five minutes later and was finally told it was just leaving now but the late delivery was due to traffic after the football game, even though my order hadn’t even left the store yet. Be honest and just tell me you forgot my order.

Cookies and ice cream are excellent. Just overpriced. They are open late for the college kids that line up outside to get a late night cookie fix.

Had my first Insomnia Cookie today after lunch. I had a deluxe peanut butter cup. Holy cookie! It was warm, it tasted fresh, it was gooey, it was... out of this world delicious. I think it was the best cookie Ive ever had.I understand that Insomnia is open late and also delivers. Its a great idea near the college. I wish I had had one of these in my college town.Theres a small case in the front near the register that shows the cookies they have available. I dont see how you could go wrong with any of them. Theyre amazing! Expect to pay about $2 per cookie.

I love their cookies BUT they didn’t add points for any of my purchases for over 2 months. They just said the point system is broken for over two months. I go there so often and sure I got at least 200 points. Choose an alternate guys. Anyway they’re expensive. Try to save up by going to another place.

Maybe options that I’ve never seen. But just the basics. And they ran out of the 1 option I wanted the most. Again, the ones I had were plenty good. Not good enough for me to make a trip back.
