We chose Ben & Jerry’s as our wedding dessert. We aren’t fans of cake and got married in the middle of July. This was a delicious chose. We were able to select 4 different flavors for a 100 person event, the serving staff stayed for about 2 hours to serve everyone ❤️ Scott responded quickly to my questions to make sure everything went smoothly!

They deserve 0 stars. Saw them speaking on the news how some people dont deserve their ice cream. Never buying from them again.

I couldnt believe I waited this long to visit my first Ben and Jerrys. U got a pint of the salted caramel core and ice cream will never be the same again. Loved every bite and cant wait to stop by again.

An exceptional Ben and Jerry’s that had a host of delicious flavors and friendly staff. I partook in the triple caramel and the fudge brownie, both of which were excellent. One thing that took my eye, at the time of this writing, was that all of the spoons were wooden. Definitely eat here. Hope this helps!

My family has been a huge Ben and Jerrys fan for a long time and we were super excited when we found out they had a physical location. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, I really do, but I couldnt even give it 3. The ice cream was flavorless and stale. The waffle cones were fresh but everything else felt old. We would have been better off picking up a pint at the grocery store. Staff was very friendly even though it was busy.

I grew up loving Ben & Jerrys ice cream. But now Im lactose adverse. This place has gone out of their way to cater to people with dietary needs without sacrificing the flavors theyre known for. So happy I can eat frozen deserts again that taste just like ice cream.And for those who can have milk their normal versions are still amazing! 😀🍦🍧

Of course B&J has good ice cream. Service fast and nice. Store clean. No inside seating some outdoor seats. We got ours to eat while walking around the lake

Overpriced for ice cream. Might as well walk over to the Whole Foods across the parking lot and buy a pint. It’s not like they’re making it onsite.

I appreciate that the store is set up for social distancing and everything is carry out. Between the scoop flavors and the freezers full of prepacked pints, the selection is quite large.

Thought the malt was above average in cost, and outside tables, chairs and surrounding area- filthy

The ice cream is never a let down. Parking sucks but people were being socially distant. Great service too.

Rude workers. We were the only only ones in the store with two workers and they did not address us for more than 10 min. The waffle cones were stale. I would never go back!

All your favorite classic Ben & Jerrys flavors as well as quite a few traditional ice cream flavors. Have a good array of options for all tastes and a good few non-dairy options for those in need of them. Dont love the way theyre presented, as I personally like to also see the ice cream through the glass to make better judgements on what looks tasty, but make it work well for the space given. The staff were also quite nice and made the experience a good one.

A Phish Food shake is hard to beat. My only complaint is that the piece of junk recyclable straw stopped working after three pulls.

Tried a smores flavored ice cream in a wonderful dipped waffle cone. Both were super tasty! Everyone behind the counter was super friendly and it made for a wonderful date night.

I have only been here twice, but both times the employees have been very helpful and nice. To help you make your choice, you can sample any of their flavors that they have behind the counter. You can get your ice cream in a waffle cone, bowl or cup as a shake. They also sell prepackaged pints some that are non-dairy and they also sell ice cream cakes. For any Ben & Jerrys fans this is a must stop location.

Overpriced, but decent ice cream. They did give my dog mint chocolate chip ice cream (chocolate is toxic to dogs), which I believe was an honest mistake as I had ordered vanilla. By the time I realized the mix-up, my dog had already consumed 75% of the ice cream. It was $4.64 for the dog scoop, which was only $0.14 less than my small cup that was considerably larger.

Love that Ben and Jerrys has non-dairy options! Perfect stop during these hot summer days.

Delicious ice cream and an ever changing array of options! Pricing is as expected, but worth every penny. This is bustling in summer evenings.

The variety of flavors was great. However, I was looking for a more memorable experience but I was disappointed that the price of a pint was the same as a two scoop cup. You can just go to the store and get more ice cream. That being said, the service was great

I was a little surprised by the drive from where I live, and didn’t even know there was one around here, but I used a Groupon and ‘built’ a cake. Very impressed with cake & quick service-paid the tax and gave a good tip after I showed Groupon. Will definitely go back again and next time I will try some of the ice cream-yum!

The young employees are rude and condescending. The little boy was not helping customers, he was just flirting with a group of girls and giving them free ice cream. The 2 girls working made us all want to walk out.
