This place has an awesome personality. Upstairs in Midwest Mountaineering. Think 60% off new high end outdoors gear! Plus they have wacky signs all over and a fitting room that looks like an outhouse. And they fix gear.

Great store. Id say skip REI and shop here instead. They have a bargain area with quality gear on sale and the products they sell are quality name brand stuff just like REI. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the store.
