Came here to get a nostril piercing, second one was 15 minutes early was able to be seen right away. Super friendly movie walking in the door the guy named Brad super funny made the process go very soon very easy I got my second nostril pierced by Eric he was fast and efficient.. he made sure that I was happy with where he placed it and the selection of my jewelry plus the prices are perfect. this is my second time visiting the shop for a piercing I definitely will be returning.

Awesome experience! Called quarter to noon and was able to get in at 1:30pm to get my nose pierce! Wonderful piercer( forgot his name)! The application was smooth and didnt hurt at all compare to the other 2 shop that I got my piercing done. Highly recommend !

Although the tattoo artist I had is very, very talented! I was disappointed when I went to set up another appointment with him only to find out he moved to a new studio. After several attempts to reach him at the other studio and through email with no response. I called twin cities tattoo back to see if another artist could keep working on my sleeve. I was told that no one would be willing work on my sleeve out of respect to the artist that had left. Part of me understands their position, part of me is very disappointed with this parlor and the tattoo artist who ghosted me. If he decided he didnt want to work with me anymore he should have replied to one of my emails or returned a phone call and simply said so.

I had a wonderful experience! Our piercer was so funny and nice! My friend got her n!ps done and it was really quick and easy. Also great prices.

I went in there to get a piercing; NO ONE was in there. It took a minute for someone to come out from wherever and when he did I said “Hi, How’s it going”.. he mumbled something under his breath and walked to a back office. He came out of the office and walked back to wherever he was in the beginning. Still hasn’t said anything to me besides his mumble in the beginning. At that point, I had been there for 10 mins and barely was spoken to. Id rather not get poked with a needle from someone that didn’t even want to give me a simple “hello”. Very poor service.

I would advise to stay away from here. Me and my best friend wanted simple matching cherry tattoos with certain shading and he basically did the exact opposite of what we asked for and the line work is absolutely terrible. Not to mention he way overcharged us and now I will have to go get it fixed elsewhere anyways. The customer service was terrible as well from the moment we walked in they were talking to us as though we were uneducated. Should’ve walked out but I guess I learned my lesson.I am so embarrassed of this horrible tattoo

Very clean place, and the guy who did my nose ring was very nice and really cool. I really suggest going to this place for your tattoos and piercings.

Whoever I spoke with on the phone was very rude and vague. I was inquiring about switching jewelry out and he got an attitude with me for simply asking questions about the possibility of coming in.

I have been seeing Roger Smith exclusively for my tattoos for seven years. His line work, attention to detail, and professionalism is outstanding. In addition to being a talented artist he is a wonderful human and conversationalist who never fails to put me at ease during our sessions together. I find the whole experience relaxing and I love his art. Cannot recommend Roger enough! The shop is clean and neat and the other artists are talented and friendly as well. First time tattoo and I loved this shop! Very clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. So happy with my finished product. Got my first tattoo here and I hate it. It was a simple tattoo and yet got messed up with an extra line in a place the tattoo was supposed to connect. He wouldn’t do my tattoo in the circle shape I wanted so instead it’s an uneven oval. They tattooed to deep and left my tattoo raised.

The owners where really nice! They quoted me and my friend amazing price. They didn’t rip us off at all. Clean, organized, and amazing layout! Free parking right next to the store! We walked in and took us right away ! Definitely worth it been to other tattoo places hated it how they treated me and ripped me off. Definitely worth going here you won’t regret it at all!

I came in hoping to find a barbell that would fit my hard to fit ear piercing. They had exactly what I needed and gave me advice on how bend it and make it fit so well. 10/10 would come here again.

Just finished two awesome chest panels that Mike did a fantastic job on. I have spent many hours in the chairs at Twin City Tattoo and have been 100% pleased every time with the work completed, the cleanliness of the shop and the great conversations with Mike and Eric. Mike has always worked collaboratively with me on choosing and creating designs that appeal to me - old school Japanese. Mike has designed and completed numerous pieces including my full sleeves as well as a great samurai on my leg.Thanks Mike for always doing a fantastic job.

Eric has been nothing but fantastic to myself and anyone I have recommended him to. While his attitude may have turned some visitors off, I absolutely adore his honesty and to the point method of going about doing business. He is honest, if he cant do something, hell say so. He gives a realistic and affordable price for the work you want done and has a way of making you feel relaxed and comfortable about being in the chair. As for his art, it is fantastic and I will continue seeing him as my regular tattoo artist.

Brought my minor daughter for a piercing. Doesnt say ANYWHERE on their website the rules for minors. Drove all the way down there in rush hour traffic, only to be told, VERY RUDELY, that we needed her birth certificate in order to pierce her. He just kept saying over and over Its state law! Its state law! Its state law! OK, great. Im glad there are regulations and state laws to protect people so they can safely get piercings. BUT BE POLITE! We wont be back and Ive called them out on FB too so hopefully others wont either! You want business, put your rules on your website and DONT BE RUDE!

I havent spent a lot of time in here, but the two times Ive been in were great. I just wanted to stop in to get a new larger piercing. The two people I spoke to were friendly and helpful and gave me useful advice. In other tattoo places that Ive stopped in, people were just too cool for you and it was like they were doing you a favor talking to you. In TCT, they were friendly, helpful, generous, and totally human. If I ever need a tattoo, Ill look at them first. (Note, I was forced by google+ to choose quality, even though I didnt get a tattoo).

I got five tattoos done by them and my tongue ring done too. I love twin cities tattoos. I will be coming back knowing it been 7 or 8 years now. Bring my husband too. I did cheat on twin cities tattoo and got three tattoos done by AA tattoos. Lol i love both shops

Sarah and Levi did 4 custom tattoos for my friends and I and they turned our perfect. It was hard to describe what we wanted, but they did it better than I imagined. The place was really clean and visually interesting and the techniques were super sanitary and safe. They did a full clean/sanitization between each of us which was reassuring to see :) I would highly recommend to anyone, 3 of our friends are going there based on our experience and Im more than happy to support such a great shop!

Came in sunday 6/11 walked in and my friend got to get his first tattoo from Roger. I was completely blown away by what he did on my buddys arm. I had to schedule an appointment for a cover up. Roger drew up a tattoo for me and I was very happy with what he drew and how it came out.Roger is a beast

I got my first tattoo done there last year. It looked good when it was fresh but after it healed up i notice the mistakes. Its just a simple black tattoo but i will have to get it touched up $$$. I will go somewhere else. The owner did my tattoo. I regret not waiting for the right person but she wasn’t there that day.

I have a lot of respect for Mike and Im going to get some work done by a friend but I am going to have Mike redo the color first cause I do not let one artist touch anothers work. And if it wasnt a friend doing it for cheap cause of the friendship Id be having Mike doing the work but when your as good as Mike is you pay for it. Its like this, If I want a steak I dont go to McDonalds I go to outback. Anyway just showing you some respect.

DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE. I got nipple piercings by mike a few days ago and he was disgusting and perverted the entire time i was very uncomfortable. And on top of that, he put in too thin of a bar, which can cause tearing in the nipple. Will never return.

My first time was okay i got my nose done and i went back to get it redone and its just been a run around second time not so great
