I am the service manager at tires plus East Lake St. I got my vehicle fixed my brakes were supposed to be done they were not done right parts were not put on my vehicle was driven like that for three days my rear tire came off in the back I had my kids in the car and we got into an accident now tires plus calls me today and says we’re going to be responsible for your body damage but we’re not going to be responsible for your engine damage so my life was put in jeopardy the lives of people on the street were put in jeopardy and my kids life were put in jeopardyI can’t believe that I work for a company and give them all my life it’s put in jeopardy my kids life is put in jeopardy and they just act like it’s totally fine. I need help

Said my front brakes needed replacing. Got second opinion. Was BS. I just got front brakes two years ago and I drive less since covid. They were trying to take my good brakes, get me to buy brand new ones. Maybe they would put my good brakes on their friends car??????? There was a car same make and model just sitting in their lot. Maybe it needed front brakes??????

Super nice place. All employees working here are so great. I was stopped by here to get some air pressure on my tires and jump my car battery. They helped me so much and even call the towing car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is my Tires Plus and Im glad for their service. Im sorry they suffered at the hands of violent humans while darkness ensued May/June 2020. That experience was the manifestation of MILLIONS of hours of Grand Theft Auto played by our teenage and 20 somethings population. They lived their dreams at the expense of honest, civil, and, hard working citizens.May your business prosper, I will be back soon for a rotate and brakes.

I want there to get a oil change, and then also trying to figure out why the oil change light constantly shows up. Instead of just taking my money, one of the employees there said hey take it to the dealership to get the diagnostic oil change light fix. Save me a lot of money!! That being said I will go back to them to get anything looked at or fixed because of the honesty is that the employee gave me

I went to have an alignment done on 10 7 2020 I did not like the alignment I went back today on 10/9 2020 to have a realignment done and this Tech Guy is a real professional now I am very satisfied with the alignment.

Beware of the thieves! Ive been coming here for the last 5 years with no issues until today.I picked up my car and noticed a bottle of perfume was missing and they charged $68 for an air filter that sells for $38 at the dealership. I understand they need to make a profit but that is excessive. It was my fault for not getting a quote on the filter as I never expected it to be over $40 but to steal from a loyal customer is unacceptable. The manager on duty looked in my car for the perfume and of course its gone, just as I told him. He just apologized and said there was nothing he could do. I will never go back to any Tires Plus ever again. I do not trust them and they have zero accountability for their actions.

The service is good and they are fairly flexible in drop-off and pick-up options. They gave me the coupons automatically and dont hassle people for extra repairs. The only issue is that they are very busy so you need to plan way ahead when making an appointment

It was my first time i went there they charge me almost 800 dollars for just changing throdle body. Unbelievable I realize if i would go local mechanics they would charge me 230 dollars because the whole part was 89 dollars. Am very sad.😰

I got my service done on 9/15/19. Wally P. and his associates were great when I went in for replacement of four tires and alignment. Labor charges are a bit more expensive than other places, but I feel like you get what you pay for, so its fair! Would definitely go back for future services.

Since I wrote this review in April, 2016, Tom has left the store. Wayne, the president, was nice, but the mechanics couldnt fix the problem which involved new suspension for the car. I revise this review. For a number of reasons, I wont be taking my car back again. 9/20/16The store has a new manager, Tom. With Tom, I get great service. I also trust him. He gives me good advice, saves me money, and is pleasant. I think he is changing the store too -- the job of a manager.In the past years I have had terrible service with the old management. They would break and lose things and not tell. They wanted to sell stuff to make themselves money but not help the customer. As they say, they were crooks.I have really experienced a new store, especially when working with Tom. I would recommend Tom, the manager.

They are honest, and do a really good job. Im a car dealer and I do all of my alignments here. Price is good as well as service. Allen is amazing and very cooperative. I highly recommend them.

Had a flat, brought the tire in and they fixed it overnight for a very reasonable fee. They were busy so call for an appointment and mask up.

I helped my girlfriend pick out 2 new tires because she was afraid theyd try to oversell her with the standard scare tactics.Pro: The guy running the front counter wasnt a hard-sell.Pro: The tires were fine...exactly what we expected for the price.Con: They forgot to call us when her car was done, so we had to call them to find out her car had been done for an hour or so.Con: Her power rear doors (minivan) didnt work when she left the place (they worked fine just prior to dropping it off). They denied any responsibility in a VERY rude and dismissive manner. They didnt even attempt to come out and see if they could discover the problem.As it turns out, someone taller than her had bumped a semi-hidden power doors off button below the dashboard when they drove the car in for the tire change. Anyone even mildly versed in car service would have discovered this with a simple glance - I know, because I did, once she got home.So - the tires were fine, but customer service upon pickup was not simple non-existent, they were VERY rude. If I had taken the time to check the reviews before going in...well, I wouldnt have subjected her to that crap. Needless to say, when we go in for the 50-100 mile re-torque of the lug nuts, theyre going to hear a little more about it.

I cannot say enough great things about Ron and all the staff at Tires Plus. Over the past couple years I have had multiple tire/parts purchases, maintenance, flat tires, and vehicle breakdowns; many of which left me in a desperate situation. Not only have they given me great deals on my tire purchases, they listened to my concerns, were very timely in their repairs, and went above and beyond to help me out (even having one of their staff offer to stay late one evening if it meant my vehicle could be repaired before I needed it for work the next morning). These guys are great and feel like family! Every time I drop of my car, I know I can trust them to shoot it to me straight and take great care of me and my vehicle. Hats off to them!

I dont understand the negative reviews. I have been to this location half-a-dozen times and have always had extremely-positive experiences. Quick and more reasonably-priced than most other places that I have been to.Today Joe got me in for an oil change with less than an hour left in the day. Rear wheel was low and they checked it or for free and recommended no fix unless it continues.I will continue to come here, and have happily recommended it to my relatives.

Took my truck in to get the tires balanced in an attempt to track down a vibration at highway speeds. Because everyone knows when you have a vibration the first thing you do, before throwing parts at it, is get your tires balanced. They called me an hour later to report back that my truck needed $2,000 in repairs and that balancing was the least of my concerns and that they had not performed the balance as I had requested.Here is the problems that I have.1. As an experienced auto mechanic I would say about 25% of the parts they said needed replacing, did not need replacing and one of them was recently replaced. And only one of the parts could be related to the highway vibration experienced.2. They did not perform the only service I requested. I can replace all the mechanical parts at home. I however, cannot balance my tires at home. Which is the only reason I brought the truck into the shop.3. The price of parts was insane. I ran a price comparison for the exact part numbers and brands they had listed. The total markup for all parts was 307%. They wanted $915 for parts that i could buy on Amazon for $298. I understand they need to make money off parts but that just seems insane to me.Lastly, I am an understanding person, I get it if the truck needs some repairs. Go ahead point it out and let me know, I am fine with that, in fact I appreciate the courtesy inspection. But at least do the one thing I specifically requested. I thought it was clear when I called in and said How much does it cost to get my tires balanced and can I get them balanced today! that I really wanted to get that one thing done.Now I get to waste another couple hours trying to get a shop to simply balance some tires. Ill definitely be more frank the next time around.

I am so happy with the service from Adam, the manager at Tires Plus in Minneapolis on lake street. My experience so far has been A+ service and after I dropped my car off I forgot a book and Adam dropped it off to me on his way home (I live a few miles away) and this never happens in this day and age! Tires Plus you should be happy to have him as your manager! I will return!

This location is horrible! I had my truck dropped off after hours by a tow company who told me to put my key in the box, apparently it was the box for the next door location. Fast forward to the morning, I call around noon because I had not received a call yet from the location. Whomever answered the phone was extremely rude, stating there was no key and was acting as my truck being there was an inconvenience to them. I was trying to explain while being talked over that the key must be in the box next door but I have a spare I would be willing to bring over. The man on the phone continues his attitude and puts me on hold. When he returned to the phone call he again continues to insist there is no key. I tried to speak and tell him I did not appreciate him yelling at me, which he denies he was doing. He had stated earlier in the call he had an estimate ready for me, I asked for the estimate, he again put me on hold. When he returned from hold he asked for a phone number and stated he would call me back with the estimate. I decided I was not going to put up with his poor customer service, so I called the West Lake Street location who stated they would tow it to their store and help me out for free. FIVE stars to them. I called the customer service line to complain about the East location, they stated it is a stand alone franchise location so they cannot do anything about it, so I left a compliment for the West Lake location instead.

I went into tires plus with 2 flat tires believing I had to replace them both for over $150. Due to the new manager and his great knowledge it turns out I only had to replace one tire. They patched my other tire at no cost and got it done within 2 hours! I would recommend this location if you need speed and accuracy.

I am very, VERY happy with the service we received from this Tires Plus. After I stopped to help a friend with a flat, I found that she needed a new tire. About a half-hour before closing, one of the workers, I think his name was Santana, drove us out in his own personal vehicle to my friends car (stuck on Hiawatha), picked up the wheel, brought it and us back to the shop, replaced the wheel, then brought us back to the vehicle, put the wheel ON the vehicle, and they did not charge us for this service. The only charge was for the tire and the labor for putting the tire on the wheel at the shop. GREAT JOB.

They are bad with scheduling, and moreso, I didnt trust them. I got new tires there, and got the regular litany of things they found with my car. Of course my alignment was off, so they had to up-charge.Though I wish I would have gotten a second opinion on that. They offered a discount, then tried to rescind it the next day and up-sell me to a more expensive package. I felt like this is the sort of place that is not honest, but rather just tries to sell you on services you dont need.

Paid $80 for an alignment. By the next day I realized the alignment was very off. Theyve been dodging my calls for three weeks now. Im going in torrow to confront them. They will try to sell you the unlimited tire alignment plan for $180, but its a scam so dont do it.

I had an appointment to have new tires put on next week but as luck would have it I got a flat tire on Friday. I called and they told me I could drop off my car Saturday morning, even thought it was last minute and there were no open appointment times, and they would get the tires on over the weekend. They had my tires put on and ready for pick up a few hours later. The service I received at Tires Plus was welcoming, they provided helpful advice and got the job done faster than I expected.

This place cant get it together. On Tuesday I scheduled an appt for 5pm Wednesday on their website, then at 7am on Wednesday I get woken up by a call saying they cant do that time but can do 9am on Thursday. I get there at 9am on Thursday and they have no record of my appt. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I just wanted to thank the people at Tires Plus for being so helpful and nice. I had a noise that 2 other places had not been able to find, Mike found it and repaired it. Thanks to Tom for getting me in quickly and helping me out.

A long wait for a tire patch, but it was the day after New Years. They were very honest with me about the time it would take (two hours) to get me in and done. The price was fair and they were respectful to me. It wasnt a negative experience in any way, except that I had read so many negative reviews that while I was waiting, I actually called another place to see if they could fit me in. In the end, I was patient and paid a very small amount for the tire repair. I would not bring my car here for major repairs, but for a tire patch ~ AOK!

I came as a walk in and I asked if they could mount two tires on my rims and put them on the back of my car. I was told they would do it for $47.00. I waited 3 1/2 and finally I talked to the guy at the service desk and he said oh the mechanics didnt tell you? I said tell me what? Oh we cant put those tires on because one had a nail in it and it is against federal laws repair the tire. I asked do you have a tire in that size? He said maybe we can find a used one? The mechanic comes back and says oh we do have a used one but the guy at the services advised the mechanic to check the tread depth. The mechanic stated the tread depth on each of the tires so the service guy says well we would not be able to sell you the used tire and that because my vehicle is 4 wheel drive that I need all new tires and quoted me 480. I said to him I was not prepared to pay this amount today and then he said do you have $450. I said to him I just told you I dont have that type of money at the moment. He goes on to say I have go by federal laws and I couldnt live with myself if something happened so the I can do for you is to sell you a new set of tires to replace the ones you have.This place sucks on customers service, and not to mention I sat there until close and they refused to do anything besides sell me 4 new tires!

Excellent service. Vary kind welcome on a busy Sunday, got detailed infos on options and cost in case my flat tire couldnt be repaired. At the end, the tire could actually be repaired, so I got the lowest cost deal. Recommended.

If your looking at all to get your care maintenance do not take it here. I took my car to get a tune up. A week after picking up the check engine light came on. When to Oreillys first to run the code. Got cylinder 4 misfire. Called Tires Plus they told me to bring it in. They told me I shouldnt be getting a cylinder misfire after getting a tune up. They said the first thing they would check are my spark plugs and wires which I just had replaced with the tune up. They told me to leave the car with them overnight and they would call me the following day to tell me whats up. They called and told me that the did not getting the cylinder 4 misfire code. The code and engine temp senor out of range. The said I needs a engine diagnostic test. So I take it to another mechanic and guss what THREE out of the 4 spark plugs that were put in my car were cracked. I feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me to get me to spend more money there. It seems pretty suspicious that that I had 3 cracked spark plugs. As I said steer clear of this this place and take it to an actual auto shop.

Do not bring your car to this store. I dropped my car off tonight to get my winter tires put on. I have two sets of tires for my car for the winter and summer. I purchased both sets from the store along with another set of tires for my wifes car, all within the last two years. I purchased the lifetime balancing so I can swap my tires every summer and winter. I had a 3:30 appointment and dropped my car off at 3:30, walked home and waited till 6:15, then walked back. They hadnt even looked at the car yet or started the work. The manager said I was going to call you when it was done. I Said that was 3 hours ago couldnt you have called and let me know?? The manager didnt think it was a big deal because I was waiting at home, but failed to realize that I had other obligations and figured he could put it off until 7 instead of making his appointment time. This isnt the only time Ive had problems at this location, Im glad I bought the lifetime balancing and the one year for my alignment, because when I put my new tires on after winter they had to be rebalance them twice and do the allignment over, because the first time they did the work they did it incorrectly! Additionally they did not put my lug nut caps back on and I was missing two, didnt seem like a big deal to them but now I must go purchase some myself. Do not bring your car to this store! I kept bringing mine there because it was convenient, never again. Now my winter tires are still not mounted and balanced, an extremely simple task, yet Ive spent over $2000 at this location and they couldnt give a care in the world to make it right.

Called ahead on the phone to let whoever answered the phone know we were coming in. I arrived and stood in the lobby waiting for someone to greet me for 15-20 mins before I walked in the back and flagged them down. They were all standing in a circle talking and laughing. They looked at me and gave me the hand signal he would be with me shortly. I waited another min and then proceeded to walk out and took my business down the street to CarX where I was greeted and so far have received excellent service. Don’t do business with people who care more about their conversations than helping customers.

So I go in at about 11:30 am to get a tire patch so I can go out and run errands before going to work. They said it was going to be a want but wouldnt tell me a guestamation of how long it will be, all they could say is it would be a wait. So I go ahead and wait. At 2:30 pm they havent even touched my truck, granted its a easy 15 minute job and your making 20 bucks. I finnaly just called a local shop not even a block away and they got me in as soon as I pull up. Word of advice, dont go here if you want timely service or even a semi honest answer.

I called the store at noon about a tire. No one picked up, so I left a message. They got back to me a half hour later. The representative said that they have the tire, but that he wanted to check to be sure.In the two hours that lapsed from that phone call, the Firestone on Ford Parkway completed the tire replacement. I politely declined the services of this less-than-punctual location.Next time, I will pay better attention to the Google reviews of a business.

Went in for an alignment with an appointment. Was called back saying that the car could not be aligned because it needed new control arms and sway bar links. Total $971. Took the car to my regular mechanic, who it turned out had an alignment machine. They reported that none of the parts on my quote from tires plus needed replacement, and that the car was able to be aligned properly. This was either an egregious error or theyre operating a scam.

Worst customer service. I was the only customer to be helped. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes while they discussed behind the counter. And when they finished, a phone rang and he picked up talked to them for another five minutes. I could not stay any longer and had to leave the store and i will never go back again. It is the worst disrespect to ignore customer standing right in front of you. AVOID THIS PLACE, take your money to a place that welcomes you.

Im confused on all of the bad reviews, but I had a great experience here. I dont remember any names, but they were all genuinely happy, even though I came in a 7 am. I will definitely come back to this location again.

This Tires Plus has been horrible at every experience. I have taken my car in for two different things at this location and they didnt fix either. I paid over $300 for a repair that wasnt even necessary. My issue kept happening. I brought my car in 3-4 more times, some of those times included leaving my vehicle overnight. They still werent sure what the problem was and tried to charge me more money for possible repairs. They said they would call me the following day with pricing, but never did. I ended up bringing my car elsewhere. When I told them what I was experiencing, they knew exactly what was causing that before a diagnostic was even done. They fixed the issue on the first try. I later brought my car back to this Tires Plus because the location is convenient for me. I brought it in for a low tire. They said they fixed it, but my tire keeps going low. I will be bringing it in elsewhere to have that fixed. My boyfriend also went there recently and was there way too long for an oil change. With proper inspections, an oil change shouldnt take more than an hour. It did here. Front desk guys were nice to me during my service and gave me a discount, but seemed to have poor customer service with my boyfriend.

My wife had an appointment for an oil change. Came at her with a list of lots of unnecessary repairs.$80 oil change and air filter. Are you serious. Stay away from this horrible place. Prices are too high, and they were not fast.We like to stay local, but these prices are too high.

Went in for an oil change after work and the employee working the front desk said that there was only one person ahead of me and that it would only be a half an hour before they could get me in, so I decided I would wait. Well then about an hour and a half went by and I decided to take a peak out the window to see if my car was in the garage yet, and to my surprise it was not. I tried not to let it bother me, but after another hour of waiting I finally decided to ask what the problem was. Turns out they had forgotten about me. After about 4 hours of waiting, I was finally out of there with an oil change that ended up costing me more than the stated price. Never going back and unless you like a 4 hour oil change, I suggest that you avoid this place at all cost.

My car was overheating. They said it needed a thermostat. I let them try that. That wasnt it. Next they said it was the radiator, so they replaced that with a new radiator. That wasnt it. Then they said for sure it was the water pump, and they should probably replace the timing chain while they were in there. So I let them try that. That wasnt it. Next they said it was the EBV valve, so they replaced that. That wasnt it. Then they decided it was the head gasket and its easier to replace the engine than to fix that. So I junked the car and got $250 for it. It had 116,000 miles on it. They didnt charge me for the EBV valve, but I paid almost $2,000 for all that work -- eight times what I could get for the car when they were done.I live down the street and Ive gone to this place for years. Something happened a few years ago and they just arent doing good work anymore. They used to give me so much service for so little money that I wondered how they were surviving. Now they give me so little in return for so much money that I wont be going back.Were they scamming me? Well, it isnt possible to distinguish incompetence from corruption, I guess, but I was suspicious when they did the pressure test on the radiator and found nothing, but the next day figured out that a crack in the radiator that was causing my problems. How could that be?

First off Steve at the front desk yelled and got mad at me. Here is the story. Last year, despite bad reviews, I took my car there to purchase 2 new tires. They were professional. Got the job done. They were knowledgeable. 4 stars. It wasnt Steve. A few weeks ago one of the new tires went flat from a very slow leak. So I went back, asked them to fix the leak and I purchased 2 more tires. So now I have 4 new tires. Unfortunately the leaky tire started to leak again. So either they didnt fix it or there is some other problem. When I went back to have them fix it again, Steve was at the desk. He said they were busy and couldnt do it that day. I said ok, thats fine I wasnt driving that car anyway. He said i could schedule the next day at 3 but they were busy and it might take a while. I calmly said well it supposed to be fixed the first time, and then he yelled at me saying I KNOW! I DONT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND WERE BUSY I told him to calm down and told him there was no reason to yell at me. He said he wasnt yelling, and was clearly angry. He voiced some more opinions at me and I left. He wasnt pro at all. I was kind of shocked. So I called the Tire Plus on W Lake to schedule and they were super cool.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Tire plus just lost a client. How do you ignore a customer that is asking you a question? And how do you just nod your head to answer a question what happen to professional customer service. I had to turn around and decided not to do business with people like that. Remember were not forced to do business with you and I am sure thats the not what company pays you to do. Just leave the job if youre not happy.

I was nervous due to poor reviews but overall it was a good experience. Only issue for me was that I was told it would take an hour to put 4 new tires on & it took 3 hours & I had a scheduled appt vs a walk in.

I stopped in on a Saturday to have my tire tread checked and was advised that I should replace all four tires and that they would order a set and install them on Sunday. I arrived for my appointment Sunday and was told that they did not yet have the tires I ordered and I was rescheduled for Monday. After the technician inspected the car on Monday, he called to tell me that in fact two of my tires had plenty of tread and that I should order two matching tires instead of a new set. I was told they could have the tires in 90 minutes. Hours later, I was told that in fact they couldnt get the tires in that day and that I should reschedule for Tuesday. At this point, I gave up and will be buying my tires elsewhere. All of this was a huge inconvenience for my family since this is our only car.

Outsome customer service. Guys I always bring my vehicles here for oil change, tire replacement, and many other services. Just give them time.

Twice we have gone to Tires Plus to get tires on our jeep replaced.We should have learned our lesson the first time when we discovered that they had not sufficiently tightened the lug nuts on our wheel.We discovered this while on a long road trip. Had we not we could have been in a very serious accident.Well, it happened ag ain three weeks ago. We had to have emergency tire replacement due to a blow out and this was the closest shop we could take it to. So we did. Well, a couple days ago we noticed that.....one of our wheels had loose lug nuts once again.I will not, under ANY circumstance, bring our vehicle to this place, ever again. I dont trust them not to kill us.

I had an appointment for a wheel alignment. I was going to wait because I had an appointment and it would only take and hour or so. After 30 minutes I decided to leave and I was promised it would be done in a few hours. 2 1/2 hours later I came to pick up my van to find that they hadnt even started it. They were still working on the truck that was on the alignment rack when I dropped off my van. Still had an hour or so before they would get to me. Nice. They should have told me when there was a problem with the schedule so I wouldnt have to waste my time. This is the third time I have had to deal with their issues. Time to look somewhere else.

Love these guys. Had tires put on in winter yay! No longer spinning in the same spot for 5 traffic light changes on the incline on 28th street. Maybe it was the tires or maybe the lack of Minnesota nice to push someone stuck out of the gazillion inches of snow.Anywho, stopped in to have them have a look-see on my car. They honestly admitted they couldnt fix my clutch and referred me to the awesome transmission place next door.I recommended this place to 2 others,who love them too!!!

Leading tire and auto repair shop in Minneapolis, MN Thats a whole lot of BS! I asked a quote to put on 2 tires that I bought! The guy was an A-Hole over the phone and kept me on hold for a while before telling me itd cost me $70! Dont Support this place! Let them continue in there own spiraling failure!

They keep getting new people all the time so I dont know who is who. I went in for a full inspection and they screwed up my car. At the beginning it wasnt shaking now its shaking and all over the place this is the first time i am having this issue with them. So they are getting F-. I am not taking my cars back there anymore...

Went there for the first time to get an oil change and the staff were very enjoyable to talk to. They gave me a coupon when I forgot mine.

Tires Plus is a good place Discount Tires reasonable prices and theyre quick get your oil changed and rotate your tires the service there is very good they get stuff done fast and you dont have to wait very long sometimes you can get in without an appointment but I recommend scheduling an appointment its probably better Ive been there myself personally and they took good care of me I highly recommend Tires Plus they do some mechanical work too

Bad servises, Tire Plus dont care about the quality of their service. I brought my car over there for a lest three times. They are not professionals, they could not figure it out what happened with my car, I just not spender money, it is time and frustration, now my tires are completely worn after their repair, I lose control when I drive it. It isnt all........

Ive been getting my tires here for many years. Ive always had good service and sometime over-the-top great service.

Horrible service. At 3pm, they said they could put my new tires on, which I already had in my backseat, by 5pm. 530, i call and they say they have it up in the garage being worked on and itll be done soon. 630, i get a ride to the shop and my car is sitting in the parking lot, not even touched. Needless to say, i took my keys, declined to make an appointment for another day, and left. I get if things get busy and it cant be done, but dont lie to me and say its being worked on. 1/10 - will not return or recommend to anybody.

I went in for a tire quote, and they said it was going to be $900 to change four tires. I went down the block to Car-X and for nicer tires and more service on my car, it was $200 less.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF--AVOID IT!!Tires Plus charged me over $500 for a front brake job. Less than 500 miles later, it started leaking oil. Brought my car to them 3 times!!! I was told there was no leak, and if there was, it wasnt too bad.I had to bring it to a compentent mechanic (Rons Auto in Mpls). Turned out it was the master cylinder that was supposed to be brand new, that was supposed to have been replaced when they did my brakes.

They are a scam. I went there for an oil change but they never did it. i checked my oil after 2 days and was very dark and black same as before oil change. i have to redo it and pay again at a different shop.

Had a flat tire due to a leak by the bead (I dont think the place I had mount that tire put any lube on), they remounted the same tire on the same wheel for a whooping $30. Seemed rather expensive considering the minimal labor required by the task

I went in to get my front tie rods changed and they told me that I needed an alignment, this was THE DAY AFTER I had bought new tires from them(they told me I needed tie rods). You would think after buying 4 new tires from them an alignment would come with the new tires, NOPE, you get a free alignment check WTF??? I know when my car needs an alignment, I dont need you to check, that is the dumbest thing Ive ever heard. By the way, the tie rods were quoted at $210, and they wanted to charge me an extra $130 for an alignment. Rip. OFF. He did give me a discount on the alignment though, after I told him I was quoted at $210, he took $50 off the alignment service. I get it, I know the sales industry, and Im sure they are on commission, BUT, you have to explain whats going on, show them whats wrong, give them solutions, explain the benefits, and give the customer the decision to make AND then they will be happy to pay more for an added service because it was their decision in the end. I was mad that it was something I didnt ask for and was being expected to pay an extra $130 for!The front desk guys were interesting, they were over in the waiting area watching TV with us, goofing around behind the front desk, making ill remarks about a guest who had been in there for several hours and was very publicly upset about the situation.

WORST CUSToMer SERVICE EVER!!Went in to have my battery put in and get my oil changed. Initially thought the price was decent but once they had the car in the back, I was told they had to replace a few things otherwise they couldnt put my battery in. I expected that theyd add a few things but this is not why I had an Horrible experience there.The guy at the front desk was completely dismissive and disrespectful. I would ask him a question and he would ignore me. So I would stand there and ask again and again. At one point, he even told me I interrupted his lunch and for me to wait ?!!! So I did, thinking... Okay let him have his lunch ( why are you eating lunch at the front desk and how am I suppose to know you are on lunch). Anywho, after waiting for sometime, I noticed he finished eating and was laughing and hanging out with another employee. Completely nonchalant about it (once again ignoring the customer he just TOLD to wait). The other employee saw this and asked if I needed help.This complete and utter degrading experience went on and on. He was so argumentative about the price and wouldnt explain a thing. I wanted to use a coupon and of course that was a no. Even though, it said right on the website I could. So he argued about that. I was late for work and had a child I needed to take to daycare. So I asked to leave.He wouldnt let me just pay and leave also. Since he had my car, he basically told me you would have to listen to me if you want your car. So I did. Ugggh! He was speaking to me as if I had was a child.And when I asked for his name...Guess what? He refused to give it to me. Of course, thats after ignoring my request to know his name for about 10 times. I started recording his voice so atleast I can show it to someone.I plan on reporting him to corporate. Absolutely, THE worst customer service I have EVER experienced. He needs a new career and should never be allowed to interact with customer with his bullying attitude and degrading demeanor.

I wouldnt reccomend buying more than tires from here. Oil changes an anything else you need done will be over priced in my opinion. They do give free air year round though so thats a plus. I didnt notice any ASE certification plaques that matched any of the mechanics name patches who were actually performing the mechanical work on the cars either.

DO NOT GO HERE IF VALUE A DOLLAR. This place will try to rip you every chance they get. My family has given then several visits and on every single visit they told them they needed stuff they didnt. Let me preface this by saying I am a former Automotive Service Manager. The last visit is what ended any chance of ever returning. My mother brought her truck in for an oil change, they indicated there was a pretty severe oil leak. This truck parks in the same spot all the time and has for years, not 1 drop of oil on the concrete. However, the very next day there are now oil spots on the driveway. I havent had a chance yet to see what they did as I live 75 miles away. But here are a few things I have verified.1. They told my mother she needed front brake pads, rotors, and calipers to the tune of nearly $900. I looked at the brakes and there was at least 50% of the pad remaining, they were also wearing evenly; meaning the calipers were still good and the rotors were not below spec either.2. They told here she need front wheel bearings, estimated $650. These bearing were as tight as the day the truck was new.3. tried to sell her a serpentine belt $90. She bought a new belt for me to put on. When I removed the old belt there was not a single crack in the belt and the ribs were like new.4. They tried to sell my father a transmission flush at 50,000 miles even though the maintenance log that came with the vehicle says to do that at 100,000 miles.5. Back to mom, they told her her tierods were dangerously loose, this was a few years ago and she is still driving with the same tierods, and yes, they are still tight.I could go on but I hope you get the picture. I hope this helps someone. And an FYI, with nearly 15 years in the auto repair business I have never replaced a brake caliper. Techs try sell you this because it makes their job easier and they make more money.

I called to get a quote for tires and they hung up on me. Its a fairly common brand sold by Discount Tires, Walmart and Sears but this guy had never heard of it. When he realized that I wasnt interested in what he had in stock but would have to order the tires he hung up on me. I guess I wont be buying them there.

TERRIBLE customer service.the first time I went there was a few months ago. I went in for an oil change, and to have some very specific things in the front end suspension looked at, but there was an apparent breakdown in communication between the desk and the wrench. the individual i spoke with soon after had no idea what it was i requested to look at. upon picking my car up, it was somehow behind another car that was being worked on, so i had to wait until the other car was all done (several hours) to get my vehicle back.but this week i was trying to come in for some more work and called in on the phone. Joe was so rude, that i simply refuse to do business there even though i live just down the street. theres plenty of FAR better places within a stones throw that will have no problem treating you like a human being, instead of someone who is an inconvenience.STAY AWAY!

I feel like theyre not super knowledgeable about what theyre talking about when it came to my vehicle. They just gave me a quote for something that was kind of expensive and I was skeptical and I went to a different place they disproved the diagnosis. I wouldve spent and unnecessary $270 for something I didnt need. Very disappointed.
