Great experience! The owner was honest about work that needed to be done and even worked with me to find a more adorable quote! I had problems with my brakes for about 9 months. Literally wasted $2,500 getting them fixed over and over within that time. Went to Monte’s, they found the problem right away and was finished with my car within 2 hours at the most!!! Turns out my calibers went out lol. ONLY THING I CANT STAND, THEY DONT EVERRRRRRR ANSWER THE MF PHONE! But I love it here for the most part.❤️

They lost my clutch that I had to replace. The labor prices were good but ladies they WILL try to scam you so take a man with you .

I went in for an oil change an they charged me $100 for car 🚗😒 NEVER EVER WILL I BE BACKHow ever its been over 3 years ago never had the time to do review so now Im.

I asked for an estimate and they fixed it without my permission, they didnt do a good job, I took it to them to fix one problem another time and when I got it back they created five more problem plus he over charges me

We have taken many cars there and he has done a great job fixing them. He is fair and reasonable. He is trustworthy.

I had a great experience here. The owner was very accommodating and did not try to get one over on me. Everytime something was wrong he showed me so I could be assured about what NEEDED to be done. Nobody tried to upsale me on products and services that were not needed. Also, throughout the my time there the owner educated me on some issues about the car, as well as some cheap alternatives repairs. At the end of my visit I left very happy. The owner had great customer service, the mechanic did great, and I did not break the bank which is great for a college student like me.

My daughter purchased a 2007 Toyota Highlander back in August 2018. We had it mechanically inspected and found that it needed a new timing belt. We negotiated a good price of $500 to fix. She paid this on top of the purchase price. Since then it has needed a new alternator, battery, alternator belt, AC belt and and a complete exhaust replacement including the catalytic convertor. Monty assured us he had done all the routine replacements on this car but that was not case. Even the supposed new battery was defective and had to be replaced.

I paid to get my car fixed only to get it back worse than when I picked it up. The guy Alex told me I have another problem with my car other than what I brought it in for but the paperwork he gave me says the work he should have done which is not done. I asked to speak with Monte the owner I was told he was aware of the situation and would be there soon after waiting for about 50 to 45 min. I called the shop number and left a detailed message about what happen. I have yet to get a call back its 2 days later and Ive been calling but no answer. If you go here I would advise you test drive your car before paying. I will not be going back. I spent 530. To get my control arm and the rod fixed. when I asked him why the wheel and tires are not matching in direction (Alex) he told me thats a separate proplem not what he was to fix and that I should b happy because he gave me a deal.

I am so dissapointed I dont recomend this place to no one I usually take my car there to get regular oil change and I took my car there 3 weeks ago but recently I herad my car needs brakes so I took it this other shop that I know so my brakes got replace but the mechanic notice there was no brake fluid going thru the lines so he check the brake fluid tank and saw there was motor oil in there so some how buy mistake were I take my car for oil change they add it in the wrong place or I just dont understand but I am so mad now my car was left at the shop but I am never going there again😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Went in with grinding brakes, assuming the worst. They found that it was just some dirt grinding around, cleaned them out, good as new, only charged for the inspection. They really could have screwed me there, and Id have been none the wiser. Guy who helped me out was kind and honest.

This is the worst shop ever i have seen i wish today i could rate 0Star but i can’t i left my car yesterday and they did the stamate and today when i come back they tald me they gone charge me more than $100 becouse of the damage they couse in the process of repairing and also what they were fixing only cost $18.00 while they charge me priviously $150 for labor, sorry but iam telling the neighbourhood this area is the worst.
