I have been here before, had a good experience, and decided I needed another tune up. I went to drop off my car when I saw that no one inside was wearing a mask. I understand that its your business and you can do what you want, but youll be getting into my car and sharing a space in a tiny office with me while I sign paperwork and make the payment. I know its going to cost a bit more and maybe not be as good of service to go elsewhere, but Im not going to risk my health.

I had a really positive experience here - I came in with a minor problem, they actually looked at it REALLY fast and when they were done 15 minutes later, they said it was on the house! I will definitely return here for my future car needs. Thanks!!! I was referred to Flanery Brothers as they were covered under a warranty policy to fix something an out of state shop had done work on. I went in and they looked at it and fixed it within 30 minutes, and didnt even charge me because they said it was a pretty easy fix. I dont know a single company that will do work for nothing, and I certainly dont expect them too, but obviously speaks highly of their ethics to not overcharge and rip you off (especially because Im a woman and often get spoken down to in regards to auto repair stuff). Needless to say this place has my business for all oil changes and needs in the future!

I needed help getting some rusty plates off my car and a quick oil change. I called them in the morning and it was done by mid-afternoon, and they didnt even charge me for the labor for the plates. Easily some of the best service and prices around.

Flanery Brothers is helping the community by doing a promotion for free oil changes for laid off workers. They were professional, timely, and allowed for a no-contact pick up when my car was ready. We will definitely be going back!

I brought my car to check for a fluid leak. The guy told me small leak on transmission not big deal olus it will cost hundreds of dollar. He recommended to change muffle becaise to him it was in bad shape. I went ahead and let him change muffler for a 514 dolar repear. Next week car leak was worse, i went to different places for opinion and was told the axel was leaking and needs repear. Very disappointed at this mecanic for talking me into no fixing the real problem. Do not recommend this guys.

They are very clear in explaining what needs to be worked on and if its a big job they will break it down into different sections from most important to something that may be okay to wait on for a while. They are very reasonable pricing compared to other Auto shops. They work hard and are fast while making sure you are mobile.

These people are amazing! I was impressed a few years ago and was instantly in love with them.

They are the best. I took my 2004 Mazda 3 in with a noisy engine that sounded like a bearing was failing. They were able to pinpoint it to the A/C compressor assembly and pull the belt so I could drive my car. They didnt charge me a thing. Their estimate to fix the A/C, including labor, was what the dealer wanted to charge me for just the part. Ill definitely be taking my car back to them.

Awesome service for my oil change. Didnt feel pressured to buy or fix anything that wasnt needed. They did a free check engine light for me - other places wanted $100 for the machinery needed and it just ended up being a non-issue and they reset it. Definitely going back here for future services.

Friendly service. Very local, none of the chain-auto repair shop attitude. They worked on a car issue for two separate visits and only billed when they have solved the issue. Price was very reasonable for the amount of time they spent diagnosing and repairing the problem.

Ive since moved and still take my car there. They are exceptionally honest and have a great reputation in South Minneapolis. I have an older model car (1995 Mazda 626) and theyve kept it running very well for me for over 11 years -- it runs so well that Im not ready to replace it yet. Ive had many different things on the car repaired that have worn out due to age, and their prices have always been very reasonable, and they always call with an estimate -- no surprise charges! When I check their repair prices out with car-savvy friends they always say thats a good price for that. I trust them to do the work well and charge me fairly and would recommend Flanery Bros. to anyone!

Poor communication (never once called me, I called them multiple times over 2 days to get information), put in a part without my permission, and failed to fix both issues I came in for. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt that it was just an off day, but I felt like they didnt really care about my experience. Wont be going back.

They took me in on moments notice when I had a MAP sensor issue, when my usual go to place was booked, and they even test drive it afterwards, which my usual place never did. And they charged me $20 cheaper too. Theyre probably going to become my new go to place.

In August, Flanery Brothers replaced the timing belt in our Civic. A few months later, our check engine light came on, and a scan indicated that the camshaft position sensor was at fault. Flanery Brothers replaced the sensor for free because there was a chance that it could have been disrupted during the timing belt repair. No charge for diagnostics, parts, or labor! Its very rare to find a company that stands behind their work like that.

I took my car in for reattaching of the bumper, and got a free service! Great neighborhood auto shop!
