I like the old location better. Easier to get in & out & better parking. The customer service was awesome, looked up & found part great, accurate. But then off to a different warehouse to pick up part. Not super handy. Yet another location for billing/accounting.

These guys are crooks. Over charged, slow service, trying to screw you out of as much money as possible. We have had 2 fuel pumps fixed in the last 4 months and, each time they have given us our trucks back, they have broken down with the same fuel pump issue. Just got quoted for another fuel pump- they want $650 just for the pump- this price, I am assuming is to make up head way from all the mess ups and money lost from previous fuel pump jobs they did for me- which must have clearly been done by an amateur, or it wouldnt have happened multiple times. You are better off smashing your big toe with a hammer to fix your commercial truck woes. Oh, by the way, we use these trucks to make money too, so keeping your clientele abreast would be high priority if I owned the out fit. Clearly a company that doesnt care about their customers, just their balance sheet.

Great place to get what you need

I brought my company bus in because the battery was dead on Monday morning. It took them until Wednesday afternoon to even look at it. Thursday was doing tests on it. Friday I called and it was suddenly fixed and ready to pick up. The entire time Danielle said she would call me when they had any updates- she never did. Not only that, but she wouldnt answer the phone for the number I was given and I needed to call the shop floor directly to get any updated information. I went to a different auto shop (for a different repair), they opened the hood and was confused as to why someone left so many wires unplugged and completely mismatched.The same kind of situation a few months ago- took them several days to look at it, several more to fix it and then suddenly bam it was done with no communication.This place is unprofessional and you should avoid bringing your vehicles here.

We have had our box truck in to Boyer a few times, each time its a disaster. They tell you all parts are in, they are not. They tell you it will be 1 day to fix, it takes 3. The fix usually does nothing. All this with pathetic customer service, we wont be back!
