My niece and her boyfriend left their friends car that they borrowed by my house when they went on vacation so they did not have to pay for long term parking. When they returned, I noticed something was leaking from the rear passenger side tire and we determined the car was low on brake fluid. I added brake fluid that I had, that was still fresh and they took off. I recommended to them to test out the breaks and text me when they got home. They got cut-off by someone while driving and they went to step on the brakes and the pedal went to the floor. No accident, thank God but they were not going to be able to drive back to RI that night. We got in touch with Aris and he was able to look at it the next day. We had the car towed to his shop as they were still local. They needed to be back to the university for a honors graduation ceremony the next morning for 11 AM, so I gave them my car and told them I would drive this one back. It was a 2008 Ford Taurus-X SEL with 189K miles on it. Aris and his team checked all the breaks and were able to determine that the caliper was leaking break fluid and he replaced that and the pads for a reasonable price the NEXT MORNING. My niece told me this was a friends car so when I drove it back to RI the next evening, I was a little nervous. The car made it, brakes worked like a charm and it was all good. I didnt realize that this was one of my nieces best friends from freshman year. They had a graduation gathering where I not only met her friend who owned the car but also his parents and his grandmother. They were all appreciative of the ability to get the service done so fast at a reasonable price and return the car so quickly to RI. Her friend was leaving for Georgia to start a new job this week and needed to be out of their house the next day. For this family, Aris and his team were the heros of the day. Thank you Triple P!!!! Very knowledgeable team Marcus and Aris run a very honest shop and get you in and out very quick and easy. I came in with random noises coming out of my truck, they were very quickly able to determine the cause of the noise, got me a new belt, fixed the problem, and then gave me guidance on how to troubleshoot simple problems or noises on my own which was very shocking as a customer because I never got that from any other shop before, typically other shops will give you the run around and always find something wrong and always seem to add on more work than what you were expecting . Not these guys, Marcus and Aris and their team are very knowledgeable especially with trucks, they run a very efficient and knowledgeable team. I wouldnt use any other shop ever again.

Stopped by here to get my Jeep Wrangler serviced. Harris offered hands down the best pricing and transparency. Great guy with a great staff.On a side note, we found out my break pads were about to go and aimed at replacing them during the same service. Instead of trying to push a additional rotor service as most garages do (which in most instances is useless and overpriced) Harris went ahead and just did the pads. 🤘

I have been going to the guys at Triple P for the past 6 years when I found their shop. They have always been an absolute pleasure to deal with whether it be basic maintenance or performance and suspension work. They are more than capable of taking care of anything you throw at them. Another great thing about the shop is now that they are located on herricks road the new shop is immaculate. Always clean and state of the art equipment. They are strong believers in doing everything correct and using the proper tools no matter the cost. I have nothing but great words to say about the shop and the customer service they offer. Will always be my go to shop and my biggest recommendation.
