The employee attended to our needs in a timely manner and was able to match an odd color perfectly. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products he sells. Will definitely use Sherwin-Williams again.

I reached out to the Milwaukie Sherwin-Williams location due to the Clackamas store recommending me to since they did not have the paint I needed. When I first reached out, since they did not have the quart size I needed, I was offered 50% off a gallon size instead since they had it on hand. I only needed a quart size, and also overheard that the gallon was currently on sale anyway. I asked if I could get the 50% off the price the gallon was currently at then I would take it since it would have basically been the same price as the quart size. They said no they couldnt do that, what they were doing is increasing the price of the gallon back to full price then wanting to give it to me for half off.I did not need a gallon of the paint to sit in my garage and go to waste so just requested the quart size be ordered from a different store and Id pick it up at their location, which was the other option that was offered to me.I was then given to the Manager, and he said it would all be taken care of, and that I could pick it up the next day, the quart would be $27. I said ok and that I would be ready when they called to come and pick it up.No call the next day. I called and asked about the quart and they said it had been busy but wasnt in yet, and again reassured me that theyd call once it had arrived. It has been over a week now, I never received a call from the Milwaukie Manager or any employee that the paint I needed was in. At this point, I just was going to tell them never mind anyway not worth my time.I was trying to surprise my daughter with getting her room done in time for her birthday, clearly that didnt happen! I will likely start checking out other places to buy paint for my house going forward due to poor customer service from two Sherwin-Williams locations within 3 weeks, but the Milwaukie customer service and zero follow-through was the worst.

Nick from Sherwin Williams was FANTASTIC. We are renovating our new home, and it is a really big project - we were a little overwhelmed to say the least. But Nick was extremely helpful, knew his product, and was all around just a pleasure to work with. Its amazing how that interaction turned our day around, and we couldnt recommend a place with better customer service than this store offers. Thank you, Nick and Sherwin Williams team!

As a painting contractor we have been coming to this store for the last 16 years. We get great service and we love the products. Emerald is our favorite paint line of Sherwin-Williams, both interior and exterior, as well as the Emerald Urethane for trim work. Great hours and they are open on the weekends which is great for our company.

The sales guy was so helpful with things I may need and looked up my account to know what I needed to match my old paint. He even carried out my paint to my car. And theyre 40% discount was wonderful.

Painted our house with S-W paint 4 years ago. Have not been back since. Good paint tho.

Friendly and helpful staff.

One phone call found me all the product I needed and another call got the sales associate out to the curb to help me choose the color that matched my vehicle the closest. The associate then brought out the products and took my payment at my drivers door. The whole process took maybe 20 min.
