This is the second year we have used M&M Tree Care. Aside from doing excellent work, they have a good time working together. I cant say enough about this great crew. They were always careful cutting/trimming trees esp. around some of our ornamentals. They spent three days here cutting and trimming big branches and nothing was damaged. Their safe ethical work habits stand out and shows in their work. I highly recommend calling Zak and Brian if you need tree service. You wont be sorry using them and will have peace of mind when they are at your home.

M+M was once known for its service, quality, and reliability. Sadly, that is no longer true.It seems that they are re-organizing, and the new management does not manage the projects well.Numerous service dates promised, numerous service dates missed, numerous excuses given.Best to take your project elsewhere if you ever want it completed.(Had trouble with their snow plowing also). I can’t brag enough about this company. I had several stumps removed from my yard recently and mulch delivered for the last 5 years. The team-member showed up on time and was thoroughly professional. He did a great job really quickly, then cleaned up the yard after removing the stumps and dropped the mulch exactly where I requested it in the driveway. The mulch was so much nicer than I expected. The brown color made it almost look dyed but it wasnt. I have had this last batch spread for about 2 months now and it still looks great!Ive recommended them to several neighbors and have noticed the M&M vehicles quite often in the neighborhood. If not taking down unwanted trees they are spraying trees to keep them healthy and looking good in the neighborhood!

I came home to find a couple big tree limbs down on my house and driveway, I opened the drive but knew what was on house was more then I could do. While other tree services told me over a month wait, M & M came the next day to remove limbs on house and clean up. Courteous & Professional I was happy they came to my rescue!

Had one heck of a mess after a recent windstorm. Two giant pines snapped in my neighbors yard and fell into mine.This companys crew was very polite and friendly and cleaned everything up so well, there wasnt even a pine cone left on my property.

I had a fairly delicate tree removal. My house, my neighbors house and garage and power lines were all at risk for a large ash tree removal.Salesman Matt came out, explained what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and when. He was very professional and thorough. I of course needed a bonded and insured company. Unlike some other removal folks I didnt have to beg them for that information,. It came, in writing with my quote. Once again, very professional.Inside Ops man Zach called me to communicate a much understood rain delay. He is both pleasant and professional. Their crew arrived on the dot for the weather adjusted time I was given. That three man crew was so efficient and professional as well. Very talented AND SAFE removal experts in my opinion. I also had two 90 ft pines removed, stumps ground and slash hauled away at the same time.When they left my house, they left no trace of the fact that they were ever there and had removed three large trees.From professional sales, customer service and the physical removal of the trees that they did, I was incredibly impressed by their organization. (And no, i do not work at this company or nor had I previously known anyone that worked or currently works there.)Definitely they deserve a 5+ review.

From the initial estimation process and job scheduling to the final removal of the tree and stump, every member of the M&M staff was friendly, professional, and willing to answer our questions. The yard was immaculate after the project was completed and the office receptionist was so personable when I called to make the final payment. We had an ash tree that was obviously sick and hanging precariously over our neighbors garage so we called M&M to see what could be done. They were honest and forthright in letting us know it had to come down, and they did an excellent, efficient, and clean job when the time came. They needed to work around two close garages and power lines and had the tree down and cleaned up in a day. Excellent work.

High quality service. These folks can drop a full size tree on a dime. Excellent clean-up. One star less for a bit of a dust up about the scope of the contract. But we worked it out.

Don’t ever use these people!!! They are extremely rude, they came on my property without my permission left my gate open potentially letting my dog out and when I complained about this were extremely rude to me!

I haven’t had the work done yet, but wanted to write a review for the excellent customer service I’ve received so far. Zach and the people I’ve spoken with in the office have been awesome! Zach provided the most clear estimate, answered questions and was accommodating when I had to change the date twice. All set for June 3rd, I know they’ll do great work. This company is awesome highly recommend!

My sister did not want to provide a bad review under her name because she felt “bad” so I am going to do it for her. This company removed trees for my sisters family, they way out priced any other company, but because of the good reviews they saw on google they decided to pay more hoping for good service. First, the communication in the office was horrible, they didn’t seem like they knew what they were talking about and at first couldn’t even find her job after she accepted it. It must’ve “got lost in the shuffle??” And several calls went unreturned after leaving several voicemail messages. So besides the awful, unfriendly customer service that she received, the job was suppose to be done in 2 months and it took like over 7 months. Calling to get information does no good, and then they just showed up one day without notice. I also needed tree work done at my home and I used Hoppe and had no problems, and they were cheaper and great customer service! I was going to go with M&M also due to their good reviews, but since my family did not have such a good experience.... :( Glad we went with another company.....

Companies like this are a rare find! After experiencing another strong thunderstorm this week, we had a large hickory tree down covering a sidewalk in front of our property. Not only did I receive exceptional customer service over the phone, the day before a holiday weekend, but M&M Tree Service was able to remove the tree that same day! There was even a follow-up call to inform me the work was complete and every step that was taken during the process.They truly dont make business owners like this anymore. Cant express how refreshing it was to work with M&M. Highly recommend!

I called M&M Tree Care to have a stump removed from in front of my house in Milwaukee and they would either say they dont do work in the city or never returned my call. Carlos picked up when I called, came out that day to look at the project, quoted me a great price and did the job the next day!!! The work was excellent and he left the place spotless. Id recommend him to anyone for tree service!!!!

I had an exceptional experience with M&M Tree Care. They removed a mature tree from my front yard. They were friendly, conscientious and professional. There was no damage to my yard and they cleaned up every stick and leaf. They also completed the stump grinding process with no damage to my yard and treated 2 remaining trees to prevent the disease that damaged the tree that was removed. I won’t hesitate to use their services again. Great work!

We used M&M several times over the last 8 years, One job involved removing 8 large trees from the property. They were prompt, clean and reasonable. I dont know what happened since our last job with them 3 years ago. We had them out for a quote, and were waiting for a confirming call which never came. Called back...waited again for a date....no call. Called again and crew finally came out. Crew was very good, efficient and clean. We were told we would have a stump grinder out in 1 week. No call after 10 days...called again...no call...called again...no call. Finally cancelled after 3 weeks...and our flower beds are now coming up. Its going to be a mess. We have recommended them in the past, We can not recommend anymore.

These guys were great, on time, professional, very friendly and courteous. I still cant believe they were able to take trees down over my new house without making a single dent in the yard. They also had extremely competitive pricing. My only regret was I didnt plan ahead and have cash to tip the guys bc they deserved it.

Its been a while and being a newer home owner I wanted to make sure the 2 small trees we had planted got the proper care.One was an Elm tree and the other aApple blossom.They were treated every year and now the Ash tree has branchesbare and falling to the ground. Im waiting for a professional (Arborist) and hopefully will get good news. I decided to use this company due to the fact that my parents always used them for our tree needs when I was a kid. I must say that they did a great job as far as the actual removal of a tree in our front yard but their communication is poor. The job was done at a random time, I had no idea that they had come out until I randomly noticed that the tree was gone. I’m also concerned as to why when I mentioned that I would need to go to another tree service due to them having a booked schedule I was told that I could not do so due to “well your job has already been accepted” and was also told that I would need to pay an additional fee in order to have the tree removed within the next two weeks. Also, I am very concerned as to why the actual bill is $100 more than the estimate.Again, poor communication.

While we had to wait almost 2 months after our estimate (backlog of jobs due to storms and wet weather) to have them trim our 6 trees, it was well worth the wait. The M Team consisting of Zach, Lazaol, and Jake, professionally and carefully managed trimming large limbs and branches from the trees. They were experts in competing their tasks without harming our lawns, flower beds, and they did an amazing job of cleaning up and deposing of all associated debris. Their prices were very competitive. We highly recommend this business for your tree trimming needs.

I had a tree that was rotted and threatened my back fence. Not only did they come out promptly, they have some of the coolest equipment I have ever seen in the 83 foot lift that can fit through a standard 36 door. So cool! The tree went down quickly, safely and with little mess for me to clean up. Would definitely call again!

I called at 7:40 a.m for snow removal...a lady answered took all my info said shell let the guys know basically making it sound like an appt. is being set up. I call back at 10:35 for an update a lady says their booked. I explained my situation etc. and she says that was their answering service. I lost any chance of snow removal because by this time ALL companies are booked. How unprofessional for the lady not to say she was the answering service? The lady in the office at the end of the conversation says she tried to call me. Why not tell me that too begin with? My phone works fine and shows no missed calls. Dont rely on them or, make sure you ask if its the answering service youre talking to first.

All work was great except the stump grinding of bushes I had removed. It was not communicated to me that I would have to finish the cleanup, obtain dirt and prep the soil for future plantings. I would have contracted for a finished planting bed had I known.

1/17/2020 3:15p.m.Saw 6 M&M trucks going south on 76th street by Tower Ave speeding. 2 of the trucks drove though a red light. They do not care about safety!!!
