Its storage. Not glamorous, but clean enough and with decent sheltered / drive up units. Watch the lot / driveways, though - REALLY uneven grading that will wreck your car if you drive too fast. But again - its storage, not a racetrack.

Decent prices and the lockers are dry (for now), but the lanes are REALLY tight. Hard to get a truck through. Some of the locker doors are in desperate need to repair. They seem to be secure, but they’ve obviously taken a beating and can be hard to open/close at times. Not a bad option for the area, but there are others.

The person I talked to is Jake a few times. He is a very kind was able to answer every question with knowledge and grace and very patient since I did have some out of the ordinary questions. Will be coming i when we finish moving 100%. I don’t usually write reviews or look through reviews seeing as to some comments may be false do to probably jealousy or immaturity. I am very good at reading people and my gut feeling says if you have want great service ask for Jake.

Awesome customer service.The representative that helped me on September 27 was awesome. It was very close to closing time yet he stayed late to accommodate my needs.The storage space he recommended was exactly what I needed the next day.24 hour monitoring and hours of access, limit unwanted visitors in the middle of the night. Although I had just a few couches and a couple of beds with frames, it helps to know there is a high level of security.I would highly recommend this facility for any of your storage needs.

Sam,She has always been kind and understanding to my needs. Always a smile on her face when I come to pay my bill. She is so friendly when giving me a reminder to pay my bill via phone calls. Personally I feel she deserves a raise. I make sure she is working when I come, she is that awesome of an employee. You are lucky to have someone on your staff like her.

I would really like to say that, at first I thought the price was a bit high from the start. But when the time came to check to my storage, I was going to cancel, but as i said upon check in the front desk attendent Ashley made the whole situation worth the money I am spending.She took her time explaining how things go, and made me feel comfortable with placing my property in Public Storage. This location is messy and the man who works here is rude! I found out about this company from my mother she rents in West Allis. This location was nice and clean and the lady who works here is very kind. But when my boyfriend and I were looking for storage closer to our house. We figured this location would be good but when he went no one was there and the sign said 930 he came back at 11 and no one. I called multiple times that day and left voice messages and no answer. We went back the next day and finally caught jake and he was so rude and didn’t have common knowledge for being a manager. Not to mention when we looked at the property and got a tour there was garage all over! I was tempted to pick it up for him how shameful. I usually don’t write reviews but I saw all of these good reviews for jake which doesn’t make sense because it’s not what we saw or heard from other people who rent here. So I wanted to make sure there was a real review on here . I hope this helps someone like it would’ve prevented us from waisting time. 🙇🏼‍♀️

I stopped in today and Ashley showed me my space and had everything prepared. I was in and out real quick and it was great!!HOWEVER: AFTER 6 MONTHS, MY FEE WAS RAISED FROM $60 TO $100. I PAID IT FOR A YEAR AND LEFT A VERBAL 30-DAY NOTICE, BY VOICEMAIL. I MOVED THE CAR AND THEY CONTINUE TO BILL ME. AND AFTER THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE NOTICE AND AGREED TO DELETE THE FEE, I WAS BILLED AGAIN AND NOW THEY WONT LET ME PARK AT ANY PS STORAGE.

Jake is a joy and he is hilarious and suuuuuuper cute. Come see him for your storage needs. Highly recommend.

I have to say the ONLY reason Im giving this place 5 stars is because of the amazing property manager Sam. She is so caring & was there for me to talk & listen when I was going through a hard time. I was about to have my things auctioned but by the grace of God I was able to borrow the money the day of. When I called to say i was able to pay, Sam was genuinely excited & happy for me. She really cared about me keeping my things. She did her job above & beyond by making me feel like a person & not just a number while still being professional. By far the BEST and NICEST person Ive dealt with! Thank u Sam and keep being you! :-)

Sam was very helpful and took the time with us to go over everything. Was very patient even when it was so close to closing time. She was very patient with the customers that came in while we were there, and they would give her a hard time, she remained calm. She was very professional, yet herself, which was very nice to see. That is one thing I dont like, is going into places and having to deal with someone who acts fake because its their job to be professional or has an attitude. Sam was none of those things with us.
