Sienna was most helpful and very nice! The man I called & spoke with on Sunday, about 1pm was nice, but the floor plan confused him too. Free locks! Fantastic deal on first 3 months of rental! Climate controlled! The only thing I dont like is the layout or floor plan and total lack of directional signage. Each unit is numbered of couse but what a nightmare trying to get to and from my 2 units to the office or dock! There is even a dead end, reminds me of a corn maze or fun house. Post maps, give everyone a floor plan, color the aisles, do SOMETHING PLEASE! Deserves 5 stars if they make the floor plan user friendly.

I just got off the phone with Andy from their call center and I am amazed at the service I was given here. I called to see if I could get my storage space earlier than what I had reserved it for. The phone rang a few times and thinking I was going to be sent to voicemail I was actually sent to Andy at their call center. He explained in full detail that he answers the calls when the staff at the office is not able to and at the time I called he also explained that it would be around the time that the staff is on lunch. He took a message and my information and relayed it back to me in full detail to make sure he had all the correct information. I haven’t even been established yet and the service I’ve received is outstanding! Thank you so much! I am eager and even more happy that I chose Layton Park Storage.
