Of all of the storage units that I have been to Across the state of Wisconsin, this one has to be my absolute favorite. The young woman that I dealt with was a definite bonus. Easy to talk to and personable. If it comes down to needing a storage unit on the north side of Milwaukee I would definitely put this one in for consideration.

Beyond irritated with these people, we rented from these people about a year, got a letter ( that was sent 13 times to my wife smh ) about a price increase that would start with October payment, didn’t really even need the storage any longer so we decided to let it go so September would be the last payment, so She called about all the letters etc. because that was really annoying and was told the manager of that location would be notified of the intent to vacate and about so many duplicates of the same letter being sent, so we went and got our belongings and that was that ......UNTIL my wife started getting calls, emails and letters about owing for the unit B220.... We have told several different people the same thing they all claim they are going to notate the account and forward to a manger Etc ... We no longer rent from you correct the error . Should of been that simple right ? WRONG!!! Several more calls and emails later now they are billing us $193 ( received email this morning) for the unit with all these crazy fees added on and now a lien ... a lien on what exactly I’m not sure since we don’t rent from them anymore but ok . Never had these issues with P.S. Storage . Definitely beware before renting. Called today got another person who noted the account and is “forwarding “ the info to a manager AGAIN smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ If it’s not handled after this I will take further action against the harassment and the entire ridiculous situation because they won’t get another dime out of us . Nor will they keep stressing out my wife with this nonsense . Some thieves cause only a crook going to keep trying to get something that isn’t due to them .Update : We vacated the storage unit and do not occupy it . Check your customer service and the way you do business then you won’t have to worry about the tone of someone cause it will match the situation every time . And then right after the review these people have illegally authorized $100 out of our account (2 months after vacating the storage) . Like I said beware .... because you thinking we owe you and you sticking your hands in our money is two different things . We don’t owe you and even if you felt you were owed you have no right, was not given permission or authorization and the amount doesn’t even match none of the figures sent . Like I said some crooks . The Bank has been contacted and other parties will be on Monday .

The girl in the office was so helpful and nice to my wife. And the place was easy to get to so unload all our stuff. These guys were great!

The attendant was friendly and professional and the storage unit price is reasonable.

I wasnt aware of this place until someone told me about it. Its a nice alternative to bigger more expensive storage facilities, they have specials and reasonable prices. Its a place worth checking out.

If I could leave them negative stars I would! This place is filled with thieving liars. They made a payment with a card (that was my mothers card) used in 2015... ONCE....unauthorized might I tell you....they of course went and lied saying I authorized the payment card was only used once....after my mother did a claim through her bank...and of course they lied and said it was authorized.... (remind you..it wasnt)..so the bank did nothing further...it am starting a few other claims with them and they are sticking to there guns..of course.....and illegally saying I authorized it. My mom is currently living with me since she was evicted and a stroke in the month of april.......Due to the lying thieving people here.....it asked the manager to auction off my storage and refund the money...and she said I would have to go in person and make the payment. ..for starters Im in texas....and dont have the money to Fly there. I dont have a vehicle....Due to the divorce. I am trying to keep my head above water...while there people screw me... $226 taken out of my mothers account.Do not do business with them...I have been a customer with them since 2014...this happened two months ago..and still nothing...because they wont do the right thing...legally....and as decent human...all I know is....I know the truth...and I know God saw and sees what happened. And he knows I am in the right...either there miscommunication or there actions were done on purpose...God saw everything.....Dont do business with them....check out other storages. Please...I am only trying to save you the stress and mental abuse from your bank account being compromised.
