My son arrived at this place in the spring of 2018, just weeks after we lost my husband to cancer. We were a mess! From the very first phone call to admission to weekly phone calls with his therapist to family week and graduation I knew I had him in the right spot. The work is tough - for the clients and the family - but it is powerful, necessary, and life-changing. They, unfortunately, was not the only treatment facility my son attended, however, this place is the only place that has always felt like family and I know without a doubt that they love and care deeply for each and every person trusted to their care.

I’ve purchased multiple shades for antique and new lamps from this shop. They are helpful and have a large selection in stock, but can also custom order shades. They also carry a fun selection of finials. I highly recommend!

I have been coming to this shop for lampshades and lamp repairs for over 10 years, and although ownership has changed recently, the staff still provides the same excellent, personal service. Repairs have resumed and the quality is first-rate, with impressive turnaround speed. The staff could not have been more accommodating, providing exactly the non-standard length of cord, new socket, and different type of plug I needed--and all handled with such a positive, pleasant attitude. Highly recommend!

I needed new lamp shades for two large ceramic lamps and wanted to modernize them. They had the perfect shades and helped me by putting the shade on my lamp with a bulb so I could make an informed decision. The staff also gave me helpful information about an antique shade I have that is damaged, and they werent just trying to sell me things. Great store...shop local!

Dont get me wrong, they have a lot of lampshades, but I wasnt able to find what I wanted. Many of their shades were more old-fashioned. They need to get some more modern styles.
