They always have what I need. Any time I cant find something at my local grocery, and dont want to give Amazon money, I call Natural Food Shop, and they have what Im looking for literally 100% of the time. The energy in there is always very welcoming and pleasant, and I am very grateful for the people that work there. They are the real heroes! Great prices, great selection, great atmosphere! Oh, and they have a stamp card so you get a discount every $100 spent.

The times are all messed up. And i arrived a little bit before 5pm door open sign still on. Online says close at 6. I always come to this store. They couldve let me purchase the 1 only item i needed. They didnt want to service me remind you its not yet 5. They couldve took me. Knowing that there information was Not my fault and me being a loyal customer. No sit not today. Didnt try to resolve or satisfy the customer. You guys failed. And totally lost a loyal customer. I will not be coming nomore. The effort was 0.Them getting off at 5 was there focus.not focusing on the customer . Killed my spirit today

I was needing some help with a few things in my life and found them all here!I searched google to find a store that didn’t have that “corporate” feel to it and happened upon this shop. I went in not knowing what to get for my toe nail fungus but was directed to exactly what I needed. The owner had a plethora of information and even guided me to a few more essentials; lead water filter, organic sage, and an array of natural oils for my diffuser.I will definitely be coming back!

Newly rediscovered. Havent been here since 80s under Ms. Rices ownership. Still the same wonderful store that has everything you need (or they will probably order it for you) with superior knowledge of products and - something Ive been looking for all around Milwaukee - BULK HERBS at super reasonable prices. The gentleman that waited on me was so kind and helpful and went out of his way to print out information on bulk herbs and an herb I was particularly interested in. I really love this store. Much better than Whole Wallet hands down. Personalized service and - you get the idea. And no, Im not related and dont know these folks other than Im super glad theyre still there. To your health!
