This is my second time using Summit Granite USA. Both times they were great but this time they were BEYOND wonderful. After finding out other fabricators couldnt get my kitchen measured for 8 weeks, I spoke with Jenny and Alex they worked with me to get a stone they had in stock. They came to measure 1 week later and within 3 weeks I have a complete install! Jenny worked with me to get great pricing and have her team hand cut custom radius details. Install guys were beyond professional and informative. As a real estate agent, they are my top referral for my clients. So if youre wondering if you should use Summit Granite, do it! They are great.

We love the upgrade to granite countertops. Their product selection was very good...so much beautiful stone to choose from. It was a pleasure to work with Jenny. She answered our questions and facilitated our project to completion. We were impressed with their countertop installation crew. They were professional, skilled, courteous, and neat.

This is the place to go! Top notch service. They truly care about their customers and the experience was wonderful. Jenny went out of her way at every step to make sure we had the perfect stone, measurements, and price. We love our new countertops! Alex and the team did a great job. Only issue I had was the price of the brackets, otherwise amazing! Buy the brackets yourself and the router and save yourself $600. Otherwise we highly recommend Alex and team.

Summit Granite has a large selection of granite slabs. With Jennys help we zeroed in on the perfect slab that coordinated with our cabinets and floor. What I thought might be a daunting experience turned out to be a breeze!As we did not want a back splash, we were concerned about the granite fitting snugly against our uneven walls. No problem - the laser measurements were spot on. The installers were professional and answered all our questions. They cleaned up after the install job quite nicely. I would recommend Summit to anyone.

Everyone we worked with was great and they helped us find the perfect slab. From the measurer to the installers, everyone involved was prompt and kind. Couldnt be happier with our new countertops.

My experience with Summit Granite was very good. Judson was helpful and patient and we found a gorgeous new quartz countertop. We love the sink too. The measure was scheduled quickly. It was helpful to come in and see how the slab would be cut as well. The install crew was very good. There was a slight adjustment needed on one piece, so they took it back and came the next day to finish. Our brand new faucet from Ferguson had an issue with cold water and the install crew helped figure that out even though it wasn’t really their problem. The results are spectacular 👏.

I cannot say enough about how great these people are. We used them 5 years ago when we had a new kitchen built. We looked at their inventory and picked out the piece we wanted. We also wanted the stone cut a specific way to show off the colors and grains. They did that perfectly.They were on time and their installers were very courteous and knowledgeable.I thought that was the end of it. 5 years later we needed another piece of that stone to put in the dinning room. Not only did they still have a leftover piece, Jenny knew exactly where it was. Unfortunately the piece was not long enough for what we wanted. Jenny said they could cut it a certain way and put a seam in it to make it work. It would look great. I was not entirely convinced, but since we wanted the counter to match, we said OK. It was not OK, it was spectacular! They did such a great job and it looks perfect!We are more impressed with what they did for us on this piece that it almost overshadows the entire kitchen they did 5 years earlier. I would, and do, recommend Summit to anyone who needs perfect kitchen counters. Summit is incredible.

The upgrade of our 15 yr old kitchen was quite involved. Our old countertop was surrounded by a raised bar that we never used and wanted cut down to increase the usable counter surface. We also had a 3 bowl sink we wanted replaced. As a result this was not a simple rip off and replace upgrade. There was framing, electrical, plumbing and drywall that all needed to be done. This all impacts the design, measurement and install of the counters. We had many angles and a large 90+ sq/ft surface that couldnt be measured from the existing counters. We shopped around at almost every granite supplier in the Milwaukee area including the big box stores, local stone quarries, kitchen and bath specialty stores, and local fabricators and stone suppliers. We looked at well over 500 slabs, talked to dozens of people and took quite a few quotes of short list choices. We chose Summit for a number of reasons, some subjective and some objective. 1) We decided we wanted granite instead of quartz or other surface for personal reasons 2) Summit did not have the largest granite selection, but it larger than most and had a great variety of slabs we found beautiful 3) Summits quote was not the cheapest but was reasonable and a bit below average for the level of granite we chose 4) Summit doesnt do the carpentry or plumbing but provided a reference that we worked with independently and were happy with 5) Summit does their own fabrication and installation and we were able to talk with many of the people on their small team (especially Justyna) before choosing them ... this gave a higher degree confidence than any other place 6) Jenny, the owner, was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and directly involved with us. She really cares and is personally and financially invested in the results. Points 5 + 6 where really the tipping point in our choice.The granite we chose had an extremely complicated pattern. Because our surface was large, our order spanned multiple slabs and had very complicated layout that included 2 seams (which was concerning to us). Summit spent a lot of time working with us to get the best possible use of the slabs and give us a result that highlighted the parts of the stone we found most beautiful as well as almost invisible seems. Our irregular, self supplied sink was also handled well. Overall, the measure and fabrication of our job was exceptionally professional and top notch. The installation crew was again from the small Summit team and where excellent. They added support and framing for our overhangs and the final precision cutting for our notch outs and cooktop on site. They were clean and professional and installed our large and awkward surfaces precisely and with no collateral damage.Overall, we are completely satisfied with our experience with Summit on this project and love our new countertops. Because we used reviews here in our selection, it seemed fair to write our own and share our story. Living space alteration is a very personal and expensive experience and we did our homework and feel that, for us, we made the right choice.

Jenny Jiang, is a liar and a cheat! Steer clear is this business at all cost: We decided to try them over another vendor because the sales person was very nice (I’ll leave his name out). We were told at signing that our quote would not have any seams if able, because of the textures and pattern work. 2 weeks prior to install we were told that they can’t do it for the price and needed $200 more to have extra people at the install. Then 3 days prior to install she wanted $9200 for the install when the quote in hand was $4100. I obviously said, “we have a contract in hand, stating no seams” Jenny continued to swindle the price around and I ended up at the West Allis location for a refund. She continued her un-ethical practice by telling me the salesperson have offered their commission and that his car is broken and must walk to work…. Sharing his private life and misfortune to drive up the price. I demanded an immediate refund and canceled our contract. When I asked for her business card to have her full name she refused to give it to me; with an obvious hiding of information; proves even more that this operation is beyond shady. Do Not have your work done here and please search up her name and you will see several examples of her character. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.The below response from the owner is false and a lie (that is written from Jenny and not the sales person because the sales guy was super nice and he did everything he could) … I had a contract in hand, that said no seams! I would never slander somebody to try and get a lower price. That is below my character mindset. I did bring in a rough drawing estimate, but at no time would I ever agree to seven seems of a pattern that would look like seven pieces of a different puzzle. This is the end of the review… please make up your mind for yourself, however there is no way I would ever choose to do business with Jenny!

Summit Granite has a wonderful selection of granite. We were able to choose our stone and select how it was going to be used in our kitchen/sunroom. Jenny, the owner, is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is some issues that came up with scheduling/installation. In the end, it was not a big deal. Jenny worked with us the whole way to make sure we were satisfied in the end. A large kitchen/sunroom countertop installation can be a stressful process but Summit did a great job in the end and we are very satisfied with our new granite! I would recommend Summit for your next countertop project!

The sales process was very smooth. Unfortunately the rest was not good. I ordered in late April. When instalation day came they had lost my back and side splash. They offered me a $125 discount on a $1800 plus order I declined. I was told that they may be able to find more matching quartz to cut a new back and side splash which was acceptable. When they came to install the backsplash they had cut it 1/8 inch too short. I did allow him to install it otherwise I would have had to put my bathroom project on hold. I asked the installer to tell the owner that it was cut wrong upon his return. No one even bothered to call me and explain how that happened or to apologize for the error. In addition I asked that they not cut the matching quartz I purchased for a shower seat until after the contractor had the chance to build it. To my disappointment when delivered it was already cut. One more minor problem, one of the two sinks was missing a stainless steel overflow ring. I was able to get a new ring. They did however call me a week later to ask for final payment. When asked about an adjustment for all of the mix ups and problems they declined.7/2/2020Update, I received a phone call from the owner after my review. She was very interested in making things right. We were able to come to a compromise.

Yes, instead of just samples or pictures of stone, Summit Granite has On Site the actual stone entire slab from which our counter tops were created! Cheryl our Consultant, and Guide was very patient and helpful in coordinating our kitchen remodel. She is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Her recommendations for our kitchen remodel were spot on. The installers were prompt and very professional. They made sure that all cabinets and appliances were properly connected and in working order, and also cleaned up all debris from the remodel.It just doesnt get better than this. Great company, great products, and great service! Josh, the sale manager, went to great lengths to help us in choosing good material and design, coordinating the installation, and even replacing the kitchen sink plumbing by himself. The owner is very engaging, from allowing cutting the final price to calling the installation team making second trip to finish some re-designing. Much of their work was done when we were out of town. I am very satisfied with the work and greatly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and expertise.

The job was done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. The barley made any noise while they were here which was very considerate. I will definitely recommend them

Summit staff worked with us patiently to resolve an installation issue discovered during the counter construction. They called in their designer and installer together to ensure the best outcome.Summit staff are very friendly and professional. The designer carefully took down our requirements. The installers were so organized. They took care of our carpets and hard wood floor, cleaned up all the debris and maintained a high standard and work ethic throughout the installation.Best customer care ever!! Fair prices and a good selection. They have a huge warehouse that you can walk through to browse at slabs of granite. The people working there were very helpful and respected out privacy when we wanted a few minutes to browse the options by ourselves.Take into account the extras. Edge finishes cost extra, sink and faucet costs extra, and removal of your current countertop costs extra. But, even with the extra fees we ended up with a great deal on a very nice granite counter. Id recommend this place.

I LOVE our countertops! I can not say it enough! I absolutely love how they turned out! We were about to purchase somewhere else and I went into Summit and found THE stone I HAD to have. Jenny (owner) was amazing and so helpful in making that happen. John came to measure & create template and did a perfect job because it fit like a glove. Our peninsula has lots of quirky angles. We wanted one piece, no seam and they made it happen. I was able to go in, get my template and create my countertops how I wanted them. My husband and I are very particular people and needless to say Im very pleased. Installation guys were polite and friendly and patient with our need for perfection.

A number of years ago I used Summit to install kitchen granite and was completely satisfied. So, when it came time for granite in two bathrooms I went back to Summit. The people are fabulous to work with and I highly recommend this company.

It was a great experience. We really got good deal. Ladies was awsome.

We had our countertops installed by them a few years back. they never properly attached the sink- they didnt properly drill the holes to attach the clips. Instead of repairing it, they want me to pre-pay to fix it in a few weeks. Id say, if you want to work with a company that doesnt stand behind their work, and doesnt install properly- this is the right company to work with. If I could give a negative 10 star rating I would.Update: We had another company come look at the problem. As it turns out, the installers skipped the most critical step. We will need to remove the entire countertop, have the support put in and then re-install the sink and faucet. Summits installers ground a groove into the underside of the granite and tightened the clip so the only thing holding our sink in place was the head of a screw and epoxy...so of course it fell down.To Summit Granite - I dont have a problem paying for repairs from wear and tear. The way your response is written, it seems like your policy is to make sure its good enough to last the year--then its my problem.Reputable companies install correctly, and if there is a problem due to faulty workmanship on their part, they do the right thing and fix it. So I guess if your customers are only looking to have their kitchen remodel last a year, then you are the perfect choice. The glue and screw install will probably last through the warranty period, and Summit knows it.

Installers, sales and measuring guy were very nice. They had a specific granite I couldnt find any other place! Was alil disappointed, when I tried to paint the caulk lines, the paint wouldnt stick, as industry standard they use non paintable caulk. But I talked to the owner and we remedied the situation.

Great Granite! Great Job!

Hours stated theyd be open until 6 on Saturdays. Got there at 5 and they were closed. When you call, theres no answering service. After driving 25 minutes to get there, I was disappointed to say the least.
