After having a having an order cancelled by a different company, I tried Fruit Ranch and was thrilled with their customer service, and the recipient loved the basket. There was actually an employee who called to see if I wanted the delivery done on the same day instead of waiting until after the weekend! They saved me and my gift was on time instead of a day late. Outstanding.

Fruit was fresh and basket was attractively wrapped.

I sent my mother a gift basket for Christmas. With shipping, it was very expensive. My mother received it yesterday and called me last night. She said most of the fruit was in good condition, but there was one yellow apple that had brown spots all over it. I was really embarrassed to send her a gift that wasnt perfect. I think I will go back to sending flowers again next year!
