I stripped a bolt on the rear suspension of my daily driver and took the opportunity to replace all the nuts and bolts with common, standard sized hardware. I went to this particular Fastenal to get 6 nuts and 6 bolts, ~$4.00 worth. Unfortunately, they were out of stock of sufficient quantities of both, but they offered to order more and that I could come back in a few days and pick some up. I came back a few days later, only to find a $16.00 bill waiting for me; they charged me shipping & handling and required a minimum order of 10 pieces each. I asked, why would I pay for shipping and a minimum 10 piece order when I could have ordered only 6 of these online and have them shipped to my house quicker ? The clerk said yeah, you could have done that. Am I upset about the $12? NO. Am I disappointed about the entire lack of common sense (both my own and this Fastenals)? Yes.

Nice, but doesnt carry everything. I would call them Fasten-Most.
