I actually had such good service, I feel I owe them a proper review. I was so impressed with the communication I was afforded through out the entire process. Brian and Roger did a wonderful job letting me know what was going on.... I feel the work performed was done quickly and efficiently.... They put us back on the road as quickly as possible.... Wrong part first but had the right one when I went back

Having a very sad experience with Kriete Milwaukee. I have a 2022 volvo vnl 860. Trying to get a quote with them about a service that i would like to get done on my truck for almost 3 weeks and nothing. Talked to Steve and service guys asking for an answer but nothing. I would like to move my gear lever from the dash to the driver seat and get a brand new legacy or bostrom lo seat for my truck. Should be a simple job. Volvo still have trucks with gear lever on driver seat for selling. So, i was expecting to get an answer soon but right now Steve dont answer the phone calls or text msgs and service guy told me that they were checking with an engineer guy to know if would be possible and how they would get this job done and the point is this not a new thing for them. Just dont understand how volvo guys dont know if its possible or not. They work on trucks with both options of gear lever everyday. They should keep customers like me posted about what is going on with my request or say that they dont wanna help. Worse customer service that i got. They are just worried about to sale trucks. After that customers become nothing. Very frustrated.

Would highly recommend, we enjoy building our relationship with this dealership and their team, very professional, understanding and most importantly they understand the needs of their clients. Steve Nieminski is the guy to go in the sales department, if he cant get it done, you are probably out of luck. A+

Most overpriced shop I have ever used in my life. $1,100 for a road test, then on a separate occasion $1,200 for 3 hours labor listed on invoice to repair a broken wire. Never again will I return, Id rather tow it somewhere else. I should have read the other reviews of similar stories first.

Best volvo Ive been to. The manager is great and they are fast and efficient.

Checked in at 11:30am(for windshield replacement and front hub leaking) they got my truck into the shop a short time after arriving. At 1:41pm I walked out to see how much longer they would be and they hadnt touched the truck yet. so I took pictures showing a time stamp on it. around 1:50pm they started to work on it. around 3:00pm I walked out to check to see how far along they were and they was still working on the windshield. finally at 3:43pm they pulled my truck out of the shop. So two hours labor I can deal with that at $155.00 an hour. but when I received the bill it was for 3 hours labor at said price, plus and miscellaneous $51.00 charge what was later called a just because charge. $116.00 labor charge to change out a front hub. (a 15 minute job at best.)And after being in a hurry to leave to pick up my next load I noticed the new windshield has a 6 inch scratch down it from where the techs tool slipped. now they can replace it again this weekend at 100% out of their pocket. I would normally let it slide but after being lied to and over charged it should be perfect.

This is the worst place, in the history of truck repair . Did not go here.

The employees are helpful but take their time before helping you, so be warned that it might take a few minutes before someone helps you. The parking lot is small, has only one entrance, and is often full, all of which make parking difficult.

Was there yesterday. My Hino truck had check engine light on and engine running kind of rough with lack of power. I had delivery close buy and decided to go there.Truck was diagnosed with bad valve pump control kit and fixed at no time. Im glad i got there. Thank you Kirk Jakovec and the young kid that did work on the truck. You guys know your job very well

Went to Kriete truck center, past we, to have my 2003 CV Gr Granite work on granite to be worked on, my Truck was in an accident two and a half months ago 90 5% of the work is done by another major truck dealership in Milwaukee Wisconsin but it got to the point I need my truck sooner than later I didnt have another month or two to spare so I took it the Crete group Rhian, I had spoke to letting her know that my insurance company was going to deal with the repairs due to an accident Rhian and whoever else told my Warren parts and I asked how do you know theyre warm parts did you take the steering gear boxs off, NO so how would you know if theyre damaged or worn tell me I repeated myself 3 times, just yesterday October 27th 2018 I was told to never bring my trucks there again I said okay no problem weve had many issues in the past with broken parts replacing without your knowledge what part you had in there and buy what manufacturing what make and I wont tell you anything so Kriete Group shop manager and write-ups dont like when you question their Authority or their ability of knowing A part may be damage? or worn out unless they take the parts OFF The truck? Right or wrong, and you rip it apart to see what is damaged or worn right or wvrong? Matt, the service manager I am no longer welcome at their location because I question their Authority and their expertise on this matter, so were going to a couple more dealerships to have the steering boxes checked out, and put it down on pan and paper for my insurance company pays for the repairs.

Not even worth it to get anything for this place

I just bought the truck n hd to fix some stuff within 3weeks n the bill was almost $10,000.00 n they drop my charge to $00.00 I wasnt even dream of. I hv no words to appreciate them enough. Thanks to kriete Volvo team.

Trucks been in there 3 times for the same issue and everytime I go in they say it’s something else and charges me an arm and a leg for it

These guys realy help me out and toke care of my problems in a very professional way for my warranty on a new quad I bought thank you again matt groot the service manager, they should have the same service at other locations like yours, I know for sure I will never go to racine volvo mack worst place ever for service and to return calls, we buy new trucks and used all the time and will be back by milwaukee mack for sure, thanks again matt

If you have 2 weeks vacation coming take your truck in at that time. The staff are great its just very slow shop service.
