Went to compare at several stores & the owner offered the best prices for my old gold jewelry! He was very knowledgeable and tested everything, explaining what he was doing. He offered me twice as much as the store nearby and was able to verify what I had was real, where I felt the other store was guessing. I went in to have a new battery put in my watch. I was immediately impressed and made comfortable with how I was greeted with a big smile and such friendliness. Then, it turned out my watch didnt need a new battery after all and he (dont know his name) informed me that the battery in my watch was still good yet. I appreciated the honesty. Cool.

Owner was extremely helpful when I went in to sell an engagement ring. He took his time to explain exactly what the ring was worth and told me Id be better off selling it myself. He even went so far as to give me pointers on how to sell the ring. All around 5/5 service and 10/5 person.

Wonderful service here. I was nervous taking my jewelry to just any jeweler, but this place put me at ease. The gentleman helped me resize my rings on the spot and was very attentive and honest. He was transparent about everything and very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to repair/resize or sell jewelry. I called to ask about selling something on Friday the guy says come back Monday and Im here today on Monday and ITS CLOSED🤦‍♀️🤬. This is very bad business and customer service its like why wouldnt he just say come in next Monday and change your hours on google.Smh what a waste of time.

So I had originally ended up in the wrong store looking for this store and the lady tried to rip me off right away when she made me an offer to buy my scrap gold and I knew the offer was off so I came down to Jrs after reading off his reviews and showed him what I had and hadnt told him right away about my offer down the road to see what he would tell me and not only was he very fair with his offer a little bit generous but he told me exactly how the system works and how much I should be offered minimum and how to calculate all that definitely will get my future business

If i could give this place no stars I would .. the website says u open at noon but u dont every time I try to go to this location its closed . I went to another gold place and they told me that u never open toll one or two. So then put that on the sign that u dont open till then . Horrible
