I was impressed by the amount of time Jon was willing to spend to help me better understand how to prepare my files for printing in a way that saved both of us time and money. Now thanks to him my trips to print are quicker and easier on everyone, because I do some weird projects and they are always willing to help. If proved the better to teach a man to fish parable or in this case better to teach a man how to prepare PDFs. Thanks

Last Friday I came into this location an hour before close and the staff there were beyond helpful. I was greeted and helped by the store manager, Jon. I needed a bunch of copies made and I explained the situation to him and he was receptive and patient. I had to have the copies done before end of day because they were needed for Saturday and Jon was able to deliver. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back here for my future copying needs.

I use DigiCopy for both my day job at a non profit and for freelance work! They are speedy and very affordable. I appreciate that they will run large orders (500+ 8 page programs for an event) and smaller orders of baby shower invites!

Weve used Digicopy on Erie for everything from thank you cards to menus to stickers. They provide fast, efficient service. They will also lend advice on appropriate materials and can order those materials for you. And they deliver as well! Fantastic!
This place is great. Super-friendly service, and theyve always offered a really fast turnaround for what I need. They offer a quality selection of card stocks and the printing always seemed fine to me. I generally order my fine-tuned photo printing and promo materials at specialty sites, but for business documents, mounting, and cards, Digicopy is my go-to.

I just left the store and felt really upset at how I was handled. I came in to get some questions answered and the older gentleman behind the counter was short with every question I was asking. Because he didnt allow me to finish my sentences, I BEGAN to feel like I didnt know I was asking. I only wanted to see if I can use their laminator to heat press red foil onto my wedding invitations so I can present them to my clients. I asked if there was a self-service laminator but before I can even explain why I need it as I was still talking, he cut me off to tell me in a condescending manner that there is no self serve laminator. He was also cutting me of when I asked about print pricing. He couldve waited until I was done asking to tell me I cannot use the stores laminator for that. (On a side note, He doesnt even seem to know that the laminator can be used for that manner either and told me that it cant do that and can only be used to laminate documents.) I only came in to inquire information so I can see how to proceed with my clients project. I didnt feel welcomed so not sure if this store is a choice for me.
Pretty good service overall. The management has always been very helpful. Long hours of operation make this a great option for last minute needs.
Im not sure what happened with the other reviewers, but I use this DigiCopy all the time with my posters and they are not only always very nice and helpful but the quality is awesome. When I got my wedding invitations done here, the woman that helped us spent a TON of time formatting and showing us examples, which I know she didnt have to do. They really want you to be satisfied, and I am so thankful for their work!

Ordered fliers for an event...they printed out a bunch of copies of a previous order so I went without for the show. To top off the inconvenience they took back the wrongly printed fliers saying they needed to exchange them instead of allowing me to keep the branded fliers they had no use for...Never again.
Great experience. Friendly, timely and the prices were WAY better than Xfed.
The staff is very helpful and their new machines do a great job of matching colors across projects even weeks or months later.
I called to find out the cost of laminating and the lady made sure all my questions were answered with a friendly, professional response! The price was less compared to Xfed.

I usually cant be bothered to write reviews, and even right after last nights ordeal at this location, I only joked about it - but what I saw then was just the tip of the iceberg. We went to get a few prints, besides being skipped in the printing line by a worker a few times- without any polite recognition, and the other worker that was helping us missing the proper paper the first time, eventually the first set of prints came out fine - about 16 11x17 color prints. The other person with us began his prints (after he had been trying for half an hour at this point), and the first ones are the wrong format, big margins, and the next few that come out get progressively worse- ink splatters, whole chunks of ink being obviously picked up by the rollers in the printer, completely matte when they should be glossy. He complained and she offered to redo them after running tests on the printer and have him pick them up the next day. He declined and decided to try his luck at a different location. We finish trimming our prints on the WORST PAPER CUTTER I have ever used, and try to pay. When we are finally helped at the counter, she slides the card a couple times and says that it says DECLINED, which was impossible. She also appears confused because if it was an issue on our end it would read insufficient funds. So after sliding it a few times, she tells me to come back the next day and pay the $31 I owe. Writes down my name on a Post-it. Thats all. Doesnt take down any other information. Just my name.So on the way home I call my bank and it says that my balance is $0. Impossible. Just deposited over $500, checks had to have cleared in the last 3 days. This morning I decide to check recent transactions to get to the bottom of it. A few small coffees, and then I find a $492 purchase at DIGICOPY. AW HELL NO. We called and they very apologetically removed the charge, and gave us the prints for free. But there is NO excuse for that lack of customer service.If you need to get some B&W self-service copies, by all means, this location is fine. But if you would like any sort of service or quality, you should not take the risk here, go to the Van Buren location.
Even if your a return customer dont show up here without a big print job unless your prepared to be treated poorly.
