Staff locked door and made a sign saying store was closed then sat back reading a book behind the desk guess 7 - 11 pay staff to just chill at the storeOver night and isn’t 24 hours

There were college kids filming something without masks on?? Instead of people taking care of checking me out, they were filming. Why is this being done during business hours? During a pandemic? Everyone involved was completely oblivious. Im high risk and I really dont appreciate this. I used to go here pretty often (almost every day) because they have things I need randomly, but Im not going to anymore.

Apparently not open 24 hours... Arrived at 1020pm and the doors were locked but an employee was inside walking around. What the hell?!

I just was there with my boyfriend, who was getting cigarettes. The cashier didnt acknowledge him at all, he had to tell her what he wanted because she couldnt be bothered to speak, and then gave an attitude when he didnt take the receipt.Hire more civilized individuals.

Neither of the employees are wearing masks. New day, same scenario as always. Wish the Health Department would do something about this, especially since masks are state mandated.

I just returned from there and watched two people back to back enter the store without a mask. The cashier didnt send them back out......because I waited before going inside to see. This is not the first time Ive witnessed this at this location. The City will get a call from me tomorrow morning to report this location.

The employees are lazy ! They are always out of everything! They are supposed to be open 24 hours ! But as I overheard him telling someone he was talking to on the phone, that he needs time to himself and locks the doors ! Pure laziness at its finest ! And he’s literally on his phone at all hours ! How can someone employee a person like this !?

Horribly managed location. Different employees everytime I go, none of who can do money orders or lotto.

Customer Service could be better and theyre expensive

This place is super convenient and everyone here is great except for this one younger worker that was working tonight. Hes always bumping music on his headphones at the checkout like you dont even exist and nothing is ever stocked while hes there. Also stood outside for like 15 min in the cold because he decided to lock the door and not work...at least have a sign up or something. I get working late, but damn he sucks.

Best 7-Eleven Ever!!Normally you would expect crappy service at a 24-hour place, but not here. The employees are always so happy and nice! I drive an extra 5 minutes just to go to this one. This will always be my favorite 7-Eleven.

Perfectly nice 7-Eleven location. Ive been here at various times through the day and its almost always been a clean environment and most of the time has what I need (only thing lacking off the top of my head is yeast). Staff have been happy to assist with finding things or giving change. Never a long wait when purchasing.

The management here is kind of jerky. I parked in a parking spot, with no sign saying that it was just for 7/11, and a guy came into asian fusion restaurant thats in the same building and made me move my car. Put up signs if youre going to make people move their cars. Jeez.

I came and it was closed for 45 minutes. I knocked to see of any employee was home but nothing i came especially 8 blocks from my home and nothing
