This was my first visit to Target Optical and I was very pleased. The Dr. listened to my concerns and prescribed a pair that were perfect for me. They have a great selection of frames to pick from and the staff is very helpful in choosing glasses to fit your face and prescription. I purchased a regular pair and computer glasses also, which I love! I will definitely return to Target for my next exam and eye ware.

My review is based on using my vision insurance EyeMed through DeltaVision. Knowing that the parent company of my insurance is the same parent company of Target Optical (all all other EyeMed providers) made it worse. The insurance provides a $10-copay exam, which ends up costing more than $80 due to administrative shenanigans. My plan offers progressive lens at $75, which Target Optical doesnt provide, although they will upsell premium progressives at a higher price. Plus add on by default, the equivalent of new car undercoating for a small fee. Frames are covered up to $200. Almost every frame (for adult men at least) is a premium logo frame. All manufactured by companies owned by the parent company of the store and insurance plan. Everything you pay for insurance, store and frame fees all going to the exact same company. So why does the store keep saying they dont completely cover what the insurance provides, when they are both owned by the same parent company Luxottica Group SpA?

Ive been to this location of Target Optical many times over the years and have been impressed each time. The doctor and staff really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and give you many options for your vision. The price is also very competitive with other local optical stores and the glasses they carry have lasted for years.The online appointment scheduling is nice too.

Excellent service, no high pressure sales pitch. Nice frames. You do get what you pay for - no matter where you go, but the staff and doctor were very thorough and easy to work with.

First time at this location and it was a fantastic experience overall. Dr. Heinecke and the rest of the staff are fun, friendly, and very efficient. This was the best eye exam experience Ive ever had. They never pressured me unnecessarily on anything I didnt want, and were very helpful explain costs and insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Heinecke and this location for your eye exam needs!

I was a little nervous about going for an eye exam and purchasing glasses again, but the staff at Target Optical on Chase Ave made me feel right at home. Becca was very friendly and sweet as well as the young man who was working with her. Dr. H was also very helpful and patient. I highly recommend that anyone visit this place for their vision needs.

I walked in simply wanting to view the selections and was given time to do so. The representative Hernando then helped me to narrow down my selections. His personal attention made all the difference and I felt I no longer needed to shop around. I bought not one but two pairs!

Myself and my husband had the most awesomest experience at Target Optical. From making the appt to picking up our new glasses and (contacts get shipped). 5 stars. Super friendly, accommodating and professional staff. If youre in the market for a new optical place, I highly recommend (obviously) ha!

So happy with my target optical experience at the Chase Ave. location! The staff members were extremely friendly, helpful and great to work with. I had an eye exam here, as well as a glasses and contacts order. EXCELLENT customer service -- I would highly recommend for your optical needs!

Both the optometrist and optician were professional and helpful. They helped me select glasses that work well on my face, found a good fit, and even fixed some ill-fitting older glasses. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Heinke is amazing! He takes the time to do a great job and make you feel very .comfortable. I have been seeing him for years and wont go anywhere else! Thanks doctor Heinke your awesome

Becca is a customer service guru! The frames here I think relatively inexpensive and they quality designer frames. Got my frames a lot earlier than expected so very happy. Thank you Target Optical and Becca.

Worst buying experience ever!If you plan to spend 200 plus here, I suggest you go another store. Their quality and service does not worth the money. I would not recommend any one go here.

My experience at this optical store was very wonderful the doctor was very patient with my four-year-old and very friendly overall I am very happy with the service
