Cookies and cream frappe. Yum-o!! A little too thick half way through but it was made with ice cream i believe. Breakfast options were ok, mainly sandwiches. The breakfast bowls aren’t really bowls. Just egg and meat, no onions, peppers, potatoes or anything

I love it here!!! The ambiance is always mello and welcoming. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have taken Starbucks out of my morning routine and replaced Manhattan Mocha! My absolute favorite is the Strawberry White Chocolate with extra strawberry and made with oatmilk.

This is a wonderful Place Me and my kids ❤️ All the Frappe the Oreo being the best! The only thing I would say is that they need to be faster and their loyalty points should be better because I have points for treats that they never have! And I have never received a free drink and am sure I’ve purchased over 10 in the past couple months! A Punch card would be a nice add on especially to Customers that come regularly! Would Recommend to Everyone…..

I absolutely Love this place! Everything Ive ordered this far has been delicious. However, my go to is the Milwaukee Mocha and the hot caramel latte. I even Love that I dont have to ask for extra anything. All the flavor is already there 💆🏾‍♀️

The caramel frappe I had was better than any one I’ve ever had! I love that they have a wide variety of cafe drinks, smoothies, shakes & deli eats. I definitely was pleased with the customer service & attention to detail. I also appreciate being asked what type of dairy I preferred & if I wanted whip cream or anything added to it, because most places tend not to ask unless mentioned. Will definitely be switching from Starbucks & supporting black owned!

Not only were the m&m and oreo frapps delicious, the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was great. The best part about this place is the customer service. I left my wallet there and they not only put it to the side for me but met me on their off day to give it to me. Support, support, support this local business-it along with its employees and owners are a Milwaukee gem!!

Never before heard of this place, but wanted to make a more concerted effort to support black-owned businesses in my community. The employees here were so friendly and kind, especially to one another, and this breakfast sandwich is BOMB! I will definitely be coming back, and am so thankful for the mkeblack.org site for helping me find this coffee shop!!

Food was delicious. I got the Turkey sausage breakfast bowl and my daughter had the steak breakfast sandwich. We both were not disappointed with the food. I like the different options they give with the Frappes. Got food delivered will go in person next time.

There are zero electrical plugins available for working while having coffee. Makes no sense, so don’t go here if you need to power your laptop or equipment. Waste of time. Didn’t get to try the coffee unfortunately so cannot comment on that. Maybe they intentionally don’t want anyone staying there to work? Oh well.Update: the owner replied that they have outlets and that I’m wrong. I was just literally there and looked all over. After asking an employee, I was directed to a 4-plug-in surge protector about 8 feet in the air, already full, powering the front store lights and such. There are zero convenient outlets. Ridiculous reply, or else poor customer service reply. Take your pick?

I Went There Today & I’m Kinda At A 50/50 Because The Guy At The Register Seemed Friendly & Ready To Help. This is one of the newest and hottest special coffee and bon bon and desert places that you will ever see, you have to go there, they are open from eight in the morning, till early evening.. prices are decent, staff personnel friendly, and uniquely designed.. seating safe free, covid friendly and clean as can be in the bestest of places to enjoy your time there...5 Stars all day...

TERRIBLE BUSINESS, DO NOT SUPPORT. Our food was made wrong, extremely so. My husband ordered the BLT, but instead of avocado spread, they included pesto. My husband has a severe nut allergy and had to go to the ER. I called to talk to the manager about this, but he was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me that they dont use nuts because everything is organic, but he clearly didnt understand that things can have nuts and still be organic. He then started literally SCREAMING at me. I hung up on him because theres no way to reason with that man. Dont support this kind of business.ETA: More lying as seen in the response from the owner. I didnt order through Ubereats. I didnt start yelling, you did, by literally screaming into the phone. You conveniently dont address your mistakes and how you asserted that being organic means not including nuts. As for lying about how your food doesnt include avocado, your listing says:Avocado BLT$8.75Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato, with Avocado sauce.I have a screenshot of where it says that.

Wanted to give this place a try but was very dissapointed and would not be coming here again. The man did NOT greet my sister and I when we walked in. Didnt even look like he wanted us there at all and just acted bored which was rude. He took a long time making two drinks. The ice matcha latte had a very watery and bitter taste to it. Couldnt even finish the drink. Left a very nasty taste in my mouth. If you arent going to be respectful towards us then at least have the decency to make our drinks right and not nasty!

Was excited to order from a newer local business! I got the caramel frappe (which was delicious, although a little sweet for my taste but I really appreciated all their dairy options). I also ordered the NYC steak and eggs breakfast sandwich which unfortunately was a bit disappointing. I think it had all the ingredients for success, the beer battered bun was tasty (a little cold, but I got it delivered so I dont blame the restaurant for that) and the egg was cooked well, I just found the steak itself a bit grey and tasteless which was unfortunate for the price ($8.50) and although I was super hungry I found myself not really interested in finishing it. I think Id be willing to try again for lunch in person some time but for now just was left a little underwhelmed.

Im sorry, but never again!!!! I was just giving this place a try, and i definitely shouldve kept my money. My eggs were just crumbs seasoned with pepper. The bacon was half cooked and extremely greasy with not an ounce of taste. My waffles were completely tasteless, and the syrup didnt make them any better...... In a nutshell, all of the food had no flavor to it, except cardboard..... Im not sure who was cooking this morning, but please try again.. I threw all of it away

Love the drinks and the atmosphere but not consistent with the opening and closing times. Why cant they just be like every other coffee Cafe place and be open and closed at the times listed. It happened twice with closing to early and this morning 4/5/21 not opened at the time listed. I was really looking forward to me drink and I went to Starbucks. The manager told me last month that he would fix that problem.

I walked into manhahatten mocha and it was quiet and there werent any customers. I would imagine it was because it was a Saturday early afternoon. However they had 98.3 music playing in the back ground and they have a huge menu of food and drinks. The decor is nice and cozy and you feel right at home. If they had a couch I might of kicked my shoes off.They have free wifi and a television inside. As I was looking at the menu I really had a taste for some hot apple cider BUT they didnt have it on the menu. My server Isaiah who was very nice and helpful informed me that they are testing things out on the menu and it changes so they might have it down the road.I ended up ordering the steak sandwich combo and a oreo frappuccino. The steak sandwich was good and hot. The frappuccino was great and I had a great conversation with Isaiah.I hope the next time I come back they have apple cider. I will definitely be coming back in the future or I will be looking for them on Ubereats or Doordash or Grubhub in case there is a lot of snow and I cant make it in i can at least have it delivered.

Deshawn was super polite and professional. It was my first time in the store and I had many questions about the menu. He was very knowledgeable and patient with telling me about the menu. I ultimately decided on the Oreo and Vanilla Frappe. These frappes are DE-LIS-IOUS‼️ It was also good to see young men that display respect. I will recommend and return.

I was a bit disappointed with my latte. I’m on a mission to find the best latte in Milwaukee and compared to other local shops, this espresso just tasted kind of off in general. I’m wondering if it’s the beans or the technique the barista is using when she prepares the espresso. It tasted burned to me and very little flavor at all aside from that.

New to Wisconsin..looking for a good deli. Trying to support local businesses.But, My order lacked love... slimy lettuce, soup ...5.75 was too much for that half filled cup (which was what was delivered), and the soda was flat.I uploaded photos to share the visual. Perhaps the instore experience is different than delivery.Not a fan...will keep looking for a deli love.

They have very good cinnamon buns and I love the reeses milk shake. It is seriously good. The service is also extremely good, the woman that took my order was very nice.

Someone recommended this business to me. I waited 45 minutes for a large Oreo frappe. It was only 3 people ahead of me . Very disappointed in my drink . A concoction of heavy whipping cream and espresso which in my opinion was too much . Currently experiencing symptoms of food poisoning... Mind you I’ve been drinking coffee since I was 12 😒

I came to Manhattan Mocha for lunch today. I ordered the garlic steak and provolone sandwich. It was so large of a portion, I will be eating the other half for lunch tomorrow. The steak was very tender, though I found the sandwich overall to be a bit salty for my taste. All food is made to order so this is by no means a fast food restaurant. That being said, I waited no longer than about 10 minutes for my food. I had the conversation of another patron and some softly playing music in the background to keep my company while I waited. What I love so much about this place is the atmosphere. It is wholesome with a modern flair. As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed by a warm and cozy interior made possible by warm earth tones on the walls and tables. Its quite the stark contrast to the busy and bustling traffic right outside on a gray day. In a sense, it almost make the café seem a bit misplaced, but so gratefully so. Ms. Walker greets everyone who comes in like an old friend. The setting would make a great place to meet someone for a laid back lunch. I can definitely see myself coming back and spending my entire lunch break here or even after work if I want to take a breather before heading home.
