The customer service here is great, they suggest testing out disposable vapes before you leave just in case it happens to be faulty, and if it is, they will replace it free of charge for you.

Initially I rated this place lower due to an employee who just was not helpful. But because it is very close to my house, its very convenient. It would say that depending on who is working will determine what type of experience youre going to have. And it would be nice to have a better vape juice selection but thats not the end of the world.

Great store, large selection of items for tobacco smoking and for vaping. The same guy is always working when I go there and he is very knowledgeable in the products theyre selling. I had a lot of questions about vaping and he was very helpful. They have a lot of unique items if you need to buy a gift for a smoker. The cigarettes (at least the brand I smoke) were more expensive than some other places.

Bought a charger.....

I feel blessed that this place is literally around the corner from my house. All of the staff are excellent, especially Justice and the owner Jack. Plus, they have a great variety Juul pod flavors and Juul compatible flavors.However, thats not the most impressive part. To demonstrate the level of customer service you get here, there was a Juul pod flavor they didnt have. A couple days ago, I asked Justice about it, and she passed on the request to Jack. Today, I went in to snag my usual flavor, Menthol Classic, and I came to find out that Jack has it on order and will be getting in my requested flavor on Tuesday. If that isnt the best customer service, what is?So, yes, I highly recommend this place a lot.

Good selection for liquids, but the prices are high compared to many online stores.Ive purchased 5 coils that didnt last a day and they wouldnt replace them, even though they were clearly apart of a bad batch.

I was there before they closed and the door was locked. The employee ignored my mom and was helping another lady. My mom waits for the guy to walk over to the door and unlock it because it wasnt going to close for another ten minutes and he told her that they were closed but had a drive thru that didnt sell vape. She told him that they should be more clear on their hours then and he just shrugged at her. He was very rude and hostile towards her making the trip not worth the stop and not worth anyones time. You should not go here they have rude service and arent helpful at all. I wish I could rate it 0/5 stars.

First off let me touch on the kind of customer service that goes on inside this building. When I can in one of the employees was sleeping behind the counter, and the other was incompetent to his job. Very poor knowledge on what he is selling. I ended up leaving with a glass banger, and after I heated it up 3 times, on the lower heat setting possible, it broke. I called, sorry usually we check for stuff like that but we dont do refunds. Get some employees that can get through a day of work without getting stoned, and invest in some quality glass. 1/10 dont recommend

Some mods and most coils are knock offs. They finds ways to blame you and not their products. Sticking with a strictly vape shop not one that also sells tabacco products. Other negative things about this place but I dont want to keep blabbering. Find a better place, trust me
