I love the CBD products. Amazing bath bombs, muscle pain rub ons, and soaps.Just want to add a plug for the CBD topical pain relievers. If you know someone who has arthritis, give one of the CBD lotions or rub-ons as a gift. You will become the favorite child/grandchild, niece or nephew.

Overpriced vapes, most are being sold over MSRP, go to Cents gifts across the bridge (they will negotiate prices too) or just shop online, you will spend SIGNIFICANTLY less. A couple of the Veteran employees here are very knowledgeable and kind of friendly (wish i remembered his name, wears a hat and has blondish shaggy hair and facial hair dude is the best employee there and I trust his input 100%) otherwise the staff is rather inexperienced and frankly rude when it comes to vapes.

GO TO CENTS on Center Street for a way friendlier and cheaper option. Horribly rude and uninformed employees here. this place is super close by and convenient but i personally AVOID AT ALL COST! Tried to sell me an old pen mod for the price of the newer version and acted dumb when questioned. MEGA ULTRA THUMBS DOWN!

The folks keep the store clean-like and well organized and ALWAYS offer to help me, respectfully. The lady I spoke with explained things very kindly and patiently. A wonderful addition to Riverwest!

The BEST for a reason!

I bought my first convection there 2 years ago, I remember having a great experience until I called back and spoke with a different gentleman who was standoffish and overly arrogant. It’s been 2 years and another utensil was needed. I wish I wouldn’t have called this store, the same guy was still there. When I explained what I was looking for he was again so arrogant, demanding that, unless I spend over 300 “true convection” does not occur. This guy may have had some technically accurate point, but really, such standoffish demeanor, I’ll just go somewhere else.

I absolutely love this place. Though theyre a bit pricey for certain things, theres many things to choose from. So many choices. Choose From endless edibles, vapes, pens.... 1 of the best in the city. Hands down

Having tobacco in your name would imply you sell tobacco and tobacco products which is pretty much non existent. If you are looking for cheap Vape liquid and smoking supplies for your other smokables this place is probably for you.

They will very intentionally rip you off if you arent careful. I can stand some shady things about these businesses but these people are straight up crooks.

I had always been a regular at this place. Im not sure if theres just new staff or what but the customer service and sheer impatience of some of the workers is beyond rude. I refuse deal with rude or condescending remarks, especially given the times, while Im just trying make a simple purchase.

Okay selection (I’m picky I love a big variety). Great location. People are always super nice and every once in a while you’ll catch a doggo walking around inside :) hate to see them still supporting earwaxglass, but I’ll still give them my business!

Friendly staff that is always happy to help. Their glass selection isn’t the largest but the quality of the glass is what counts. Awesome selection when it comes to wraps, glass, and vapes. I’ve noticed a lot of people around me pick up the habit of smoking from a juul. Their pod punch card program is a real money saver if you’re constantly purchasing pods.

Curbside service only so you have to really know what you want. I like to shop and did not get go inside ti see what they had available.

My friend just left here with a geekvape Aegis mini and paid $100 for it. Theyre online for $40. I understand marking things up for profit but thats absolutely ridiculous.

I come here for vaping supplies and juice. They have a great juice selection and the staff knows theyre vape section well. Theyve told me that they are always going to vape trade shows, etc, to find the latest and tastiest juices, and it shows. Im rarely disappointed with new juice they recommend to me, and it is well priced.

Called up and asked for a certain item in stock gave them the size of the piece 14mm asked for only for for quartz. They said they had it in stock went there and was given a piece 9mm and it was made of ceramic.

Went in to check out CBD options. This place is very popular for its vape products, but thought that Id give it a chance. When I got there I had to wade through some young folks playing video games with joysticks. Then the young woman who helped me was not very knowledgeable about CBD. Couldve been new, but the guys did not jump in to help her because they were busy playing games. I had to explain to her the milligram listings on the jar (it said 21mg per dose, but she didnt understand the part that said 5 pieces per dose) Then when I went over to checkout, the guy took someone in front of me who had just walked in the door for their vape juice. Apparently, only one register?

I really should have gotten the name of the amazing worker who helped me, because he was over the top amazing! Unfortunately I don’t live in Milwaukee, but if I did, this worker would have had me sold on my only place to ever go. There were a mild amount of people in the store, but that didn’t get in the way of this gentleman greeting me as I came in the door and assisting me as soon as I was ready. He was quick with ringing me up. Unfortunately in the mess of the people and the speed of checking me out he had accidentally put an extra Juul in my bag that I didn’t pay for. After realizing it and bring it back the worker was very greatful that I had the integrity to bring this back and gave me free pods. On top of the quality workers they also have amazing selection, much more than average smoke shops. 10/10 reccomend!

Small selection of juice, nic salt selection is okay, and out of the 6 staff there, the two that helped us had very little knowledge of the products being sold. There’s way too many shops in this area and knuckleheads is definitely not one of the top contenders.

If youre in the market for hookah, vaping, or glassware, this is the place for you. They also have all the zippo accessories you could need, which I found nice. However, forget about buying cigars there - they always end up dry and peeling. I have a feeling theyre not stored properly. Some employees are pretty cool, others will just sit and talk with one another and not seem interested in helping much.

Had to go here back to back days because of fault of my own and the customer service was shelled and appreciated.

Super unfriendly and not helpful at all during their transition to pick up and delivery.

I did not enjoy this service at all. They took a very long time to get help and i was not a big fan of the e-liquid flavor that they had and the flavor stared to grow old very fast. I was not very pleased with this business.

They are jerks! I walked all the way there in pouring rain to get some filters. Turns out they had closed early. That wouldnt have been soo bad, but there were 2 employees inside chit chatting away. I knocked on the window, and would not let me in! I went home and called them. The female employee told me to go somewhere else! I am taking her advice!

Knuckleheads has been spearheading the vaping gear (e-cigarettes) in milwaukee for the last couple of months now and their selection has grown from your basic start up gear (egos and durasmoke). Now they have started to carry a wide variety of vape gear that does not go unnoticed, mods, kanger protanks and replacement coils that are a great step forward. The juice selection has also grown over the past couple of months as well, nothing major or customizable to note, cant wait to see more gear to follow. Also not sure if the woman I spoke with was being rude or just didnt know about the product but when inquiring about batteries for my mod she informed me that they do not carry the batteries and that I should go to walgreens across the street.
