Got a new phone here Saturday! Had the best experience I’ve ever had at a phone store! My brother and I were helped by Isaiah he was well knowledgeable, professional, efficient and entertaining. We had to back up our phones which takes a little time, but Isaiah was able to assist us with all operations, help other clients in between, and keep us entertained and informed while working through the update process. 5 stars for Isaiah and Verizon on this visit!
Im writing this review because Isaiah provides some of the best customer service you will ever see. Consummate professional and very friendly. Extremely informed and knowledgeable in what he does. Walked in having problems with my phone and walked out 20 minutes later with a new Galaxy S21. Isaiah even threw in a coupon and went out of his way to make every part of the experience a walk in the park.

Came in over the weekend to get a new phone. Isaiah worked with me, and provided some of the best customer experience Ive ever seen. He was polite, informed, and answered all of my questions. But thats not all, he even helped me transfer things from my older phone over to IOS on my iphone, and showed me how to work the phone just like an android. He was very personable as well, and kept conversations rolling throughout the whole process. On top of that all, he even gave me his card and encouraged me to reach out to him (even via email if after hours) if I had any difficulties. Great service, and Isaiah serves as an example of how customers should be treated.

I walked in yesterday with my old iPhone 6s, ready for not only a phone upgrade but to switch over from another carrier. I worked with Sam who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and polite. I walked out with a new iPhone 11 and a new account with Vz. I cannot express enough how easily he made the process. His co-worker (Isiah was his name I think?) also seemed very courteous and pleasant.This is a great store. As someone who has worked in management, I can say Sam is very good at their job and is an exemplary employee. Ill be a repeat customer for sure.

Today I purchased an iPhone 12 from Sam S. His customer service was AWESOME! Sam explained all of my purchase options, the phones available, and the pros and cons of each choice. He was extremely patient!! I am not technologically savvy, and I had endless questions. He answered every question, walked me through how to work the new phone by modeling each action, transferred everything from my old phone which was literally dying as I made the new purchase, and discussed payment options. I even called him with a question after I got home and he answered it. I have had Verizon phones since they first hit the market and I have never had service this extraordinary. Thank you so much Sam, I will never shop at another Verizon store except this one.

Worst problem EVER with Verizon, even Isaiah and Sam couldnt believe what we were being put through for 11 days. Yet they were put through the same meat grinder as we were from Verizon. From hang-ups to sarcastic Verizon employees, all the while keeping their cool (me, not so much). Many thanks to these guys for their time and patience! Verizon can thank them for us still being customers.

Had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store with Isaiah. He stayed an extra hour after the store closed the day before Christmas Eve in order to make sure our plan was set up correctly and all of our phones were ready to go. This place is amazing! We walked in here this afternoon to consider switching from Sprint. The service we received was way above and beyond anything weve ever experienced with a cell phone carrier. Isaiah was so helpful and kind. I brought in an iPhone that I bought unlocked from Apple for my mom who had been using the same flip phone for 12 years. He helped hook us up with a SIM card for her and let me stay with him at his desk while we waited for the phone to activate. I really appreciate his patience working with me. The store itself seems to be very well run too; Isaiah had nothing but nice things to say about his coworkers. That tells me that the manager has curated a great team and treats them well, which I think is really important. Shoutout to Eddie for the hookup with Verizon. I needed to get out of Sprint because their service was terrible and all Sprint wanna do is get all of your money possible and it’s network isn’t even worth it! He was extremely helpful and hooked me up with a $200 rebate coming next month. I highly recommend new customers that wanna switch to Verizon to go to this location. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

Unlimited data is a joke. They turned of my data while I was using the gps. I could search a Verizon store but couldn’t find my destination
I had an excellent experience with this store and in particular their manager, Sam. He explained process of everything I needed to do to get my elderly father transferred onto my account, get him a new phone that was comparable to his old one, and get him off of his previous plan with a different carrier, all while my dad was confined to a nursing home over 2 hours away and I live and work in Milwaukee. Because Sam explained everything I’d need in advance, my visit to the store was quick and everything went smoothly. However, I still needed to go to the nursing home and have my dad’s old phone in hand to make the official activation. Because I could only do this on a Sunday, Sam gave me his personal cell number and had me text him ON HIS DAY OFF so he could literally make this happen for my dad and I. Truly grateful to Sam and Verizon for the excellent customer service during a difficult time! Above and beyond!!!

This place has been by far the best location for phone service that Ive ever frequented (and Ive tried Sprint, AT&T, and now Verizon). I have come here to plan out a month-to-month plan after a contract ended, switched details on my plan, and gotten a new phone after I lost my previous one; the staff have always been helpful and very straightforward in every case. Direct answers, clear explanations, above and beyond-type service. Verizon is lucky to have this location and these people or I might not have stayed with them for very long - if youre looking for a local place for any Verizon needs, make this your go-to spot.
Just upgraded daughters cellphone and the whole crew working tonight was top notch!! Isaiah was quick on getting us set up. Bonus was he laughed at my mom jokes. We signed up for our plan at this store two years ago. On that visit, we worked with really helpful staff and left very satisfied with a new plan and two new phones. Yesterday (Feb 2017), we visited the store and had a very different experience. We were hoping to move up an upgrade on one of our phones because the phone hadnt been charging. They werent able to move up the upgrade, but thats not the reason for my two star review.After talking to his boss, the person at the counter tried to sell us one of his phones. He went into the back and brought out some used phones that he was selling personally, insisting that we could buy one of his phones and use it until our upgrade period. I asked him and he confirmed that he was selling these phones himself, not in any official capacity from Verizon. He said we would need to buy the phones with cash.Now I have no problem with selling phones with cash, but doing it behind the counter of a Verizon authorized retailer is pretty sketchy. He made no mention of Verizon Certified Pre-Owned phones and tried to get us to buy phones from him instead. Incredibly unprofessional.So, visit this place if youre trying to make shady deals under the counter not if youre trying to interact with a respectable business.
I usually never write evaluations...but today’s experience at this Verizon store was exceptional.The customer service from Jerise Britten & Brittany Rutledge was so positive and genuine. They answered all my questions and took time to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were also very knowledgeable about everything at your company. If Verizon needs two outstanding spokespeople for a television add...please hire these girls. I am a very satisfied customer😃

I went in yesterday because my iPhone 6s said I had no service and found out that it was an issue many other people are having and I would have to get a new phone. Sam went out of his way to help me pick a new phone. He helped me set it up, figure it out, and customize it. He even showed me some of the cool hidden features on it and was such a pleasure throughout the whole process! He stayed almost an hour past closing to make sure I had everything I needed. It was such a warm and welcoming environment, I cannot recommend this store highly enough !! I will definitely be coming back in the future

See update below:Dont ever purchase anything from here if you are expecting a rebate. They told us if we purchased a second iPhone and a new line of service we would get a $700 rebate. Oops...sorry the deal didnt start for another two weeks. They have been stalling on rectifying since December. Pick a different store!!!!! Ill probably drop Verizon when the phones are paid for.Update 3/26/19I feel its important to leave the above for context. I no more than made this post when I was notified the $700 was posted to my account. To the store managers credit, he worked long and hard on this issue. My frustration was that I thought I was being ignored. In reality, Sam worked very hard to resolve this issue, and in the end, did resolve it to my satisfaction. Kudos to Sam! With that in mind, I have updated this store from one star to 5!
Came into the store, the sales clerks were attentive, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and willing to troubleshoot through a situation that could have proven to be disastrous. While not a Verizon issue, they had the resources to navigate through the problem, find the solution and get me back in business. I love this Verizon and will come back to this location for every need, I never do reviews but this was some of the best customer service Ive had!

I cannot write about how much I appreciate the help the guys at this Verizon have given me. They sat with me for hours trying to come up with a solution to my phone not turning on as well as why my number was not working. This is a licensed Verizon dealer. Not Verizon. They make their money by inflating retail prices and selling accessories. They will offer a discount, but the price will still be higher the retail prices Verizon publishes. And, Verizon didnt require down payments. Cell-vision preys on people being under-informed.Apple has a universal pricing policy, so they cant mark up the iPhone, add that is why they try to steer people away from it.If you are with Verizon, go to the corporate store at Bayshore. Even Best Buy will give you a better deal. Really, there isnt a place you could go for a worse deal.

The service was incredible; Im honestly surprised that no one besides myself and one other person were the only ones in the store. I personally had Jerise helping me upgrade from my self-destructing iPhone 6S to the iPhone X. In the past, going in for a simple upgrade has taken anywhere from two hours to once even four (dont get me started on that other place...). I was in and out within around 30 minutes - I highly recommend this Verizon Retailer.

Sam helped me upgrade from my Galaxy S6 to an S9, VERY helpful in describing the differences between the different phones and another staff member (whose name i didnt catch) jumped in and offered to help get things moving. Transfering the contents of my phone to the new phone took a little while (40,000 pictures of my cat and memes takes a while) but oh well. Sam and I made conversation for the duration and the time went by fast. Definitely a preferred location for customer service.
I’m not entirely certain why the previous reviewer had such a terrible experience, but I cannot say enough good things about this Verizon store.I usually dread going to a Verizon store because I hate to feel like I’m getting swindled, but Sam, Jerise, Eddie, and Brittany all bent over backwards and went above and beyond to help me out, save me money, and make sure I understood all changes that were being applied to my account.This Verizon store is pretty small, and they did have to order my phone (I actually needed to get two new phones over the course of a week because of Apple weirdness), but it came in less than two days and they called me the second it arrived.If you’re trying to decide between going to another local Verizon store and this location, I would hands down recommend this one for a fantastic, non-stressful, and seamless experience (I live close by, but the Secure Parking Kenilworth Lot is actually right around the corner, too, if you don’t feel like dealing with street parking).
What an incredible experience upon walking into the store! This store is very clean and well put together. I was immediately greeted by the staff. They listened to my questions and actually took the time to get me what I was looking for. I upgraded my phone to the Google Pixel and they didnt have any in stock (right when they came out) and the day they received it they contacted me!! HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE??? So great to see a business taking care of their customers.I would recommend this location for all of your Verizon Needs!
My phone froze on me on the job and their employee fixed the problem. I came back later and he fixed my Google maps app as well. They really helped me a lot when I was in a jam. I highly recommend this place. Staff is very friendly with exceptional customer service!

Been a Verizon customer since 2005 and this location provides me with the best service Ive ever experienced. The staff devotes their full attention to me. They will provide me with a solution- no matter how much time or effort that takes. I walk away with my questions answered. The staff are so accommodating and positive that I actually enjoy visiting this Verizon store location. In particular, Id like to mention an associate named Jon S., and a manager named Grayson (hope I am spelling that correctly), both of whom went above and beyond to help me.

I can not stress enough to avoid this so called Verizon store at all costs. I had my phone stolen and went in to get a new one. I went with a 6 and they charged me 150 dollars down payment. This didn’t seem right so I went to the Verizon store in Bayview and they informed me that all I was supposed to pay was taxes on the phone as the down payment. They also sold me the 6 at the cost of a 6s. When I brought it back to return it they gave me a 6s to avoid losing my sale. The 6s had already been opened and was missing the headphones. They make their money by saying they are giving away free accessories with the sale of a new phone, when they are in fact charging you for them as a result of the inflated down payment on the phone. Go to any other Verizon store. If you have no choice but to go to this one do your research before as to not get ripped off like I did!
I thought the staff was really friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the phones and deals! I had a great experience. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because this particular location (1857 E Kenilworth Pl) doesnt carry as wide of a phone accessories section.

Great experience! I worked with Sam and Karlie. I came in on a whim with not much hope to get help with basically a broken phone and I was passed my warranty time period. In short, Karlie not only found an alternative and very creative way to turn my phone on (it was essentially broken, with a dead battery, and with a unfix-able power button), but also helped to ensure that I could secure a new phone. Both staff listened intently as I explained the issue and then helped troubleshoot intelligently and quickly. Trust that if there is something that can be done for you, Karlie will figure it out!

This review is not about Verizon or the cell service.This place is always pretty nice. It has a very clean and modern layout/presentation. I come here strictly for picking up my packages, as it is a UPS Access Point. The employees (even though I dont think I ever encountered the same one) are always friendly and helpful. In this situation you might expect people to get mad or cocky because you are just there picking up packages and not giving them business, but that is totally not the case here. I come here fairly often, it is easy, I dont encounter lines of people, and its quick. Cant ask for much more! 5 Stars!
Surprisingly good customer service from a huge chain. After purchasing new phones at this location weeks ago, I stopped by to pick up a case and other items for my new device. The salesperson helped me select a case, install a screen protector and even remembered my helping my family - and I wasnt even there for the purchase!Out of all the Verizon Stores in, This Store has The most Awesome Staff to Work with. The manager, Sam, That I spoke with, was extremely nice and helpful and I just wanted to say Thank You to the Guys that work at this store for going that extra mile to help out their customers. I lost my iPhone over the weekend. When I entered the store, the service rep was super helpful in tracking my information to make sure it wasnt being used. When I ran into issues logging into my apple account, he helped schedule an appointment with Apple at Bayshore. The service and kindness was amazing and unexpected. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future and would recommend using their services!
Was not aware this was a Verizon resale store. Went in to do an early uprade and they told me the phone I wanted was out of stock. So I asked if other store had it. Was told no, all stores are out of stock. I was originally told before purchasing the phone to be shipped that it would only take two days but later found out it would be a week. After leaving the store I called another location who indead had the phone. So went and canceled the order and got a refund but the manager of the store only gave me a refund and forgot to cancel the phone itself. So now I have waisting my time and gas driving around. The manager did tell me they were doing all they could to fix the issue but when I told her she should have been more clear that she only knew the two stores inventory. Not all Verizon stores. So she (the manager) called me and had a very rude stern voice completely disregarding my suggestion and talked over me not letting me get a word in. I have NEVER been so unhappy with ANYTHING in my life enough to call customer service and leave a review. This whole situation is making reconsider even being apart of Verizon at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!

Helpful staff. Place on Miller Park way made me buy an $800 phone when my back was against the wall, I came to this one and was able to buy a $250 one instead, and now the guy helped me back up a bunch of stuff from my dead phone. A+
10 Stars if i could!!I went into this store ready to freak out. I had Assuron for my insurance and when they broke my phone beyond repair (trying to fix a cracked screen), I had no working phone. After going to ubreakifix next door since thats where the insurance is based out of, they said their system didnt allow them to do it, which was understandable. they told me to go to verizon next door. So when i did they greeted me with open arms, and said unfortunately i had to call assuron to sort it out. so they let me use their phone and when the representative at the insurance company was so rude to me, the verizon worker walked with me next door to ubreakifix and told them to take apart my phone and put it back together to do a diagnostic for free. this didnt work and i was still on the phone for 3 hours, BUT this verizon store showed me customer service that i have not experienced or seen in YEARS. I live in wauwatosa, but i will always make the commute to go to this store. I wish i got his name that helped me but i called and gave a huge thank you and compliment to the store manager. Verizon plans are a little more expensive than some but IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. Thank you so much for making a bad experience into a okay one.
Bought a used phone and needed a new sim card to activate it. After waiting over an hour, I left and went to a real Verizon store at a different location. I was not the only person that walked out. The real Verizon store was able to get my phone set up in 15 minutes. This place is a joke.
Not pleased with this mornings visit...didnt get all pictures transferred to new phone, sales guy very dismissive and unhelpful. Didnt have answers for other questions either, just wanted to get rid of me. Not sure what next step will be...

Great service! I walked in and received immediate service. I was looking to switch over carriers and start a phone plan (which I had never done before since Ive always had prepaid), both Sam and Karlie were very helpful and knowledgeable in all of the services they had to offer and helped me choose the best coverage plan and phone for my needs. They even hooked me up with a few extra promotions that I wasnt even aware that I qualified for! Sam even went out of his way to check my info. and got me an additional 17% off my monthly bill just because of the company I worked for. They made getting a new phone a fun transition and were very friendly and professional with a great attitude, I will definitely be coming back for any future phone needs and recommend it to anyone.

I had a terrible problem with Google after a hacking on my computer and the email on my phone stopped. He tried on three different occasions to solve it and finally came up with a solution . I had,a professional tech come to the house to try and help and he gave up but Sam never did. Sam is extraordinary and is a very valuable asset to your company. This place is ridiculous. Needed a simple exchange of headphones because one kept shorting out. Three months later and still no headphones. Excuse after excuse with THE MANAGER and staff. I have never in my life had this much trouble exchanging an item. Do not go to this store. Unbelievable!!!
I asked for a quote and they said I would need a down payment for my phone, when I called Verizon they said I didnt need a down payment. I described the deal and they said it sounds like a scam to get money out of me.I asked them if the monthly payments were quoted right and they said it was much higher than normal. STAY AWAY! Plus the ginger guy was uptight and smelled like alcohol! there is something wrong with these people. Went to Bayshore and was offered a much better deal. Plus the phone boxes were much cleaner at Bayshore, I think this store was trying to pass off a used phone as new. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If the owner reads this you should be disappointed in your existence.Response to owner: You are selling phones for almost $200 above online and corporate prices. Your prices are not the same and your business is a scam! you are blatantly lying or just plain ignorant.After quick research of fakes reviews on google it seems like your business reviews have questionable entries. Everybody stay away! Theyre most likely posting fake reviews!

My daughter lives in Milwaukee and I am in the Chicago area. Her current phone failed and she needed to upgrade quickly. I spoke to the manager of the store and explained exactly what she needed which included a specific phone, case and tempered glass. He told us to have her stop in and they would take care of her. Once she arrived, however, the specific phone was not in stock and she would need to upgrade to the 128 GB version. It became very clear that they had no problem having her pay for a trip there and back on the hopes that they could bait and switch the promised product. They are an authorized dealer but are not Verizon. Unfortunately this reflects directly on Verizon as well. Very disappointed.

I thought I had great service and was so happy until I visited a Verizon corporate store and learned that Sam at this franchise lied to me on so many levels and overcharged me by at least $250 if not more.First, he claimed that there was a $250 down payment on new phones and the corporate store let me know I had been lied to. There is no down payment unless your account is in bad standing. The $250 down payment consisted of charges for the free accessories he so generously offered me. He said, Dont worry how it shows up on the receipt, its correct on the account. I looked on the account and the $250 hadnt been taken off of the price of the phone - which was incredibly inflated at $867 for the Samsung S6 Edge+ when the S7s were already out and HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper through Verizon.According to the corporate store, hes been doing this for a while and their staff has driven down to this store and has told them to stop. He also claimed he was giving me a deal on the activation fee and only charged me $20 instead of $40. Spoiler: the activation fee is always $20 for an upgrade.When I returned and confronted him, he simply processed my return in under 5 mins. It was such a hassle and disappointment. I like to use local stores, but I will never use this one again and, for your sake, I hope you dont either.

This is why you shouldnt go to verizon. This was my original post:Its awesome when your phone company charges you twice, putting you in the negative and when you ask the rep if its going to take 3 days to fix they say no... Well Im on day three of not being able to buy groceries, or bus passes for work or anything else I need. After ten years of horrible customer service this is the final straw as to why Im going to T mobile.--After talking to more than 4 people on the phone and a sorry attempt of Verizon FB saying PM us we dont want to see you go this is what I found out:I was charged twice because I said Id pay on the 21st and when paid verizon two days earlier cuz I got paid early that didnt cancel the scheduled payment. So because of this (it being my fault of course) they cant guarantee they will pay back the overdraft fee that occurred. So I cant really imagine why Id want to stay with a company that doesnt look out for their customers.

All I wanted to do was look at a Samsung S6 - but the punk-turd helping me wouldnt even show me a phone unless he accessed my account. He was very rude and adamantly refused to help and then starting asking me personal info needed to reset my account so he could access it. I wasnt giving this creep any of my personal or account info whatsoever.I left the store and called Verizon directly to let them know what happened. That is when I learned that this store (Cell Vision) is NOT a Verizon corporate store. Verizon customer service called the store, spoke to the manager and the manager promised Verizon Customer service he would call me to apologize and make amends. Two weeks have passed, no call and so my poor experience is posted for everyone to see.
