Jesse was our customer service specialists. He was great from the moment we walked in the door. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and was a joy to work with. He was able to get us what we needed and nothing more. In addition, he was able to help multiple customers with bill pay and merchandise purchases. Jesse is an asset to the company, truly a pleasure to work with!

Sareeta (spelling? Sorry!) was extremely helpful. She took the time to breakdown all of the hotspot options for me that Verizon has to offer, and then most importantly worked with me to figure out which one would fit me best. She wasn’t going for the quick sale, instead she took the time to inform me, listen to my needs, then advise me and TRULY help me out. Very thankful for that type of customer service, makes you trust the business even more!

I became a customer two years ago when Jesse helped me. Since than I was happy! Last week I drove by and thought I should stop by to ask to get my screen repaired. Jesse was still working at the location and luckily he was there again. I asked him for option to upgrade and he set me up with a new phone. I’m thankful to always get helped by him. I am a young black professional who went in this evening still dressed from work although I carry a backpack so they may not have realized . They not only could not use the Verizon website to help me navigate getting a qualified upgrade on an existing plan I have had with my family for 12 years. They also attempted to extort me for $151 per month on a 12 month plan for the Iphone 13 saying this was their only option. I will be filing a complaint with Verizon about their conduct.

Just left after waiting 50 minutes to be serviced without being serviced. One employee handling 2 customers who were there before we walked in. Answered the phone after another customer walked in. She told the customer on the phone that she was not busy and had time to help. TERRIBLY POOR customer service. ZERO stars....

Zero Stars for customer experience because it was non-exsistent.3 people walked in one right after the other, 2 people working in the store, I (as the third person walking in) was not acknowledged, or even looked at. I had a little time so decided to wait and see how this would go.... .... .... 30 minutes without acknowledgement and i walked out. I am not even sure this store will be able to take care of the issues i stopped in for.

When I walked in to upgrade my phone I was greeted by a guy who asked what we were here for. I let him know that we wanted to upgrade phones. He let us know that he was a new hire so he can’t help us now but his co worker would when he’s done with the customers he’s with. We waited for an hour before the new guy let us know that they don’t have the phone in stock. If you want quality customer service avoid this store.

We are interested in changing from U.S. cellular to Verizon, we have been customers since 2009, we have not been able to get the customer service we think should be provided! Never been late on a payment EVER and we have been on LOYAL! ANYWAY I have purchased a few items that they said should work, they did not work, for example a case for my tablet, it was not the right size tablet fell off and broke the screen! So case doesnt fit tablet screen BROKE, THEY NEVER TRIED TO FIX IT OR TELL ME WHAT TO DO! JUST SAYIN, I AM SWITCHING CARRIERS, AFTER BEEING A LONG TIME CUSTOMER

I cannot remember the last time I had such a positive customer service experience with a cell phone company. Marissa at the Bayview location was incredibly helpful my company transition from Sprint to Verizon. She even went the extra mile and called to follow up to make sure that everything was working properly. I highly recommend working with Marissa!

Walked in with my girl to get a new phone. Heard cant even get a break and for the next 20 min of just standing there of feeling like an annoyance with no one saying hi or ill be with you, or any type of interaction, we didnt feel it was worth staying anymore.

Unfortunately I had to visit this store the Sunday after the 4th of July because I couldnt get my new SIM card activated. There was quite a line of people when I walked in and Marissa K. was the only one working. I was very impressed with her customer service & calmness during all the chaos. She was helping at least 3 different people at one time with 3 different things and on the phone with support at the same time. She was doing the work of 4 different people and kept up with each customer. Marissa even made sure to say hello to new customers coming in & asking them what she could help with, all while helping her current customers. She helped me get my new SIM card activated, which she had to call Tech Support for & she got my name changed on my account which was never supposed to be done 5 years ago at a different store. Not once did she seem overwhelmed or frazzled. She was smiling & very friendly the whole time. I even had to leave and come back and she still got me help in a timely matter. Anyone who can keep that many customers happy during this time definitely deserves some praise. Thanks so much for all your help Marissa K!

This is the best place to buy the phones. Their service is excellent and very satisfactory. When you meet Mr. JESSEE C, hell make u feel very comfortable and friendly, will explain the things in a proper way. Their lady staff on the other counter is also very helpful.

Marissa (Bayview Milwaukee) EXCEEDED our expectations today while assisting my brother with his iPhone. Were on a family plan and reside in different States, when clarification was needed she didnt hesitate to contact me. Above all she was Professional, Competent and Patience. Ive been a Verizon customer for a few years, and with this level of support, Ill remain a customer. And while our issue is not quite resolved (no fault of Verizon), Marissa provided us with a temporary solution until we receive what is needed to go forward.

Antonio was very helpful, he went above and beyond to help us. He was really knowledgeable about the plans and what add ons we actually used. Would really recommend this location.

Large store, but employees arent very knowledgeable about their products. They didnt know what phones were sold by Verizon nor details about the plans. Go to the Verizon by Miller Park-- they have a small shop, but the service is better.

Eli was awesome to work with!!! He helped me decide in a plan that was right for me and had me in and out quick no lines or wait time. Anthony was also helpful discussing my future upgrade of a google pixel. Can’t recommend this location enough.

I can not say enough good things about this location. The way they treat their customers with kindness and compassion is a step up from any retail service I experienced in a long time. My brother broke his phone and is really going threw a ruff patch right now and was looking for very cheap way to fix his situation. This kind man offered him an older model phone free of charge until he got on his feet if he remember his kindness when he was able to purchase his next phone. I was absolutely in disbelief of this very kind offer. This right here is an example of old school customer service. When the costumer matters. I highly recommend this place. I know they have earned a customer for life with my family. When customers matter thats where I want to spend my money. Long story short we were able to find an affordable phone and only add a few dollars to the bill for the upgrade.Thank you very much for a great no pressure experience.

I came and took out two iPhone 11s and I don’t know her name exactly but the middle eastern lady treated me like a king and set up everything in about 45 minutes. Safe to say she’s a beast 💪🏽 I even got my stepmom and dad to switch to Verizon .

Very bad service. Unorganized and clueless. Took me 5 days to get a phone and 3 visits. Went wanting an Google pixel 3. They only had pink in stock. Made me wait in store for 1 hour to try to find one in Milwaukee only to tell me to come back in 5 days. Which I did. When I came back they didnt know where my phone was. Had to drive across the city to pick it up ended up waiting almost 3 hours. Was very bad experience.

Mr. Chong Lee was the best salesman ever. He was very helpful, charming and practical. He went above and beyond to not only fix my problem but come up with an even better solution. If you need a phone and a laugh, hes your guy!! 5/5 stars

Elijah was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable with both the purchase and set up. I admired how well he interacted with the trainees that were in the store on two separate occasions. He said I could come back with questions and I did....everything was handled to my great satisfaction. I had no hesitation in asking him any of my naive questions.

Some people fear cell phone stores. Long lines. Insufficient answers. High cost of new phones. Not here! This place is great. James will give you a straight answer and is the best Ive ever dealt with. The whole staff is great. Cell phone issues are terrible when they occur, but my experience here was better than I could have expected.

Went in yesterday 04/25 around 7pm and was helped by Eli. Ive never been to a verizon store that felt as welcoming as this one. Eli has incredible customer service skills and knows how to make you feel welcomed and like you matter. He was very knowledgeable and very, very kind. I hated having to go to Verizon esp the one on 27th, and now that Ive found this location I would go with no hesitation. I most definitely recommend this location, over any other Verizon stores. If you get a chance to be helped by Eli you wont be disappointed. He has a awesome personality and knows how to take care of his customers !!Thank you Eli! You were great!

If you want a straight-shooter, then James is your guy. Was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. Fear cellphone stores? No more! I called the Verizon Store 2121 S Kinnickinnic Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53207 Ste 4 and spoke to Elijah Patrowsky who invited me in to consult on new phone plans. I met with Elijah who was friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. After consulting with him I decided to switch after 21 years of AT&T to Verizon. I am very pleased with my new phone provider!

Stopped in here a few times and have received superb service everytime. I stopped in again today to meet a private party to buy a cellphone. James was very helpful and provided a lot of information about what to look out for when buying phones before the seller showed up. He did this knowing I wasnt buying a phone from their store and he wouldnt be making any money. Regardless, he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. After a successful purchase from Craigslist seller, James hooked it up with a new case for the phone. I dont think Ive ever been to a Verizon store where the people are so helpful, truly great.

I dread going into tech stores because I often find that Im being pushed to buy the newest stuff/agree to things I know I cant afford. However, that was absolutely not my experience in this store. James helped me upgrade my phone and was upfront about all costs. He answered all the questions I asked (and even ones that I didnt) and he got me the best deal he could, all while being extremely kind. I will absolutely be returning to this location if/when I need further assistance with my phone.

I had an awesome experience with James here when trying to switch over plans! It was seamless and they offered great customer service. I would highly recommend this location.Edit:I originally had a great experience however had terrible and frustrating effects after the original review. First of all, my number wasn’t ported which had me having to come back into the store to remind the staff that I wanted this done. Second, my family members were not added as authorized users which wasted time for my family members and myself (had to call this into Verizon myself). I had a family plan and the bayview staff had recommended I add all of the lines at this location when In actuality, my family in Chicago could add on their lines on their own in Chicago at their respective stores. This resulted in 8 lines being opened and charging my account double the amount it should have been (about 600 dollars). If the kind workers in Chicago hadn’t mentioned it to my family, I wouldn’t have caught it early on to be able to call customer service. This cost a few phone calls and wasted almost 2 hours of my time. All of this was unnecessary and could have been avoided if the staff took the appropriate steps.After the poor review, James helped clear the issues and was able to fix the problem. I would say their customer service is very inportant to them and they do a great job!
