Ive been a USC customer for about 8 yrs now and Ive had Boost, Sprint, and Cingular in the past, but US Cellular is the best. I recently got my mom to switch from Cricket and shes 67 yrs old so shes not the best w/ technology but the ppl at US Cellular were really patient w/her. I forgot the mans name, but he showed her how to use the phone and apps. 👍

I had UScellular years back. I decided to go back. Staff is excellent i have no complaints. I didnt wait along time both times I was here.

So we had to switch plans because of some issues that came up and they were so helpful. Making sure we got the right deal and on the day we went to upgrade my phone they had some issues with the computer and everyone that was not busy took some time to help and make sure that everything was perfect. They were super helpful and nice!

Customer service was poor!! Do not recommend, customer service rep named Lisa was rude and not helpful at all and treated everyone like she was better than them!! Left with an awful experience going somewhere else for business!

Would not recommend going to this location for service. Customer service was so poor, was adding 3 lines to my account and the guy did not know what he was doing. He kept acting like he knew and had us waiting for over and hr. Then one phone wasn’t in stock so he wanted us to drive to 76th street and add the other line there since they had the phone. I knew they could transfer phones from different locations to their store so I asked then he lied saying no then they ended up transferring the phone anyways. Very lazy and poor service. Thinking of switching now
