This service is ridiculous! You have to call every month to add your 10$ credit for international minutes that is actually withdrawn monthly from your account and it’s supposed to be added automatically included in your plan!! This service is a joke!😂Stay far away from these crooks! 🤦‍♀️And their customer service is wasting your time by transferring you 3 times to 3 different departments because they don’t have the tools to add your 10$ credit that is included with your plan! 😠You shouldn’t even have to do this monthly, such a big headache and such unprofessional service!! 🤯FRUSTRATING!! 🙄Ughh!! 😤😤😤

Worst service I’ve ever had. They’re service stops randomly, you can’t make phone calls or access your data even though your phone is on automatic payments and up to date. If you don’t have a second line to troubleshoot your phone 3-4 times a month and lose 40 min on the phone with them then you might as well be crashed on the side of the road with no possible way to call someone, there’s nothing they can do about your service! This is absolutely ridiculous!
