Fraudulent...Scammer Horrible Experience!I went to pay my bill today and the customer service rep named will changed my pin to my account to a high security password.Did not post my payment to my account until I had an authorized customer service rep from metro call the store three hours later.On top of that, then jacked my monthly bill to 233.00!After he knew metro was on to him he changed my pin and posted my payment.NEVER AGAIN!!!!Shame pure shame.
