I’ve never had an issue with their hair. Honestly, it’s the best hair I’ve ever bought. Been shopping with them since 2014 and haven’t been disappointed yet. By far the best hair vendor in Milwaukee to me.

The first time I went I had a good experience my 3 bundles I reused for 8 months, when I went back I bought 4 and went longer spending $400 dollars. This was suppose to be the same hair and I have had it two weeks and it looks like alley cats have attacked me and sucked it dry. They are not consistent at all. How does this happen in two weeks? I then washed it and conditioned it and its still bad. When I told my stylist he informed me this has been a recent issue and to not return. I told a friend the first week and her hair is bad too. Very disappointing. I will not be back and I seriously urge others to not waste their money on mystery hair. I could see one Maybe but all 4???? Thats super disrespectful... shut that place down.

Good place for exotics if Xur isnt giving out any good ones like Liars Handshake or Synthoceps. 980 Nightfalls are still premier sources.

I cant believe this place is still open and that ladies actually buy weave here! The owner had the biggest attitude and I wasnt even working with her directly. Her customer service is horrible. Then I overheard her talking about a lady that had issues with a purchase she made, the owner yelling no my problem, not my problem.... I had two other girls coming in to buy hair as well. But that owner would never get business from me or anyone else I know with the way she treating customers and potential customers. I take service very seriously. I dont support this business and recommend not going here based on the quality hair I seen (what I came for, but the hair wasnt good quality anyway) and the HORRIBLE customer servive they give. Someone had told me they cant stand that place because they always got bad attitudes in there. What I dont understand is why they so mad all the time for?? Sheesh

Wish I could give zero stars bought hair from here a few months ago and it gave me a ringworm When I took the hair out I had two of them in my head And the hair smells terrible also the waves came out as soon as I washed it
