Used drive up here before and liked it. Very convenient in these covid times and also Im handicap. Ive told friends to try it. The on-line shopping app is easy to use. Items are ready for pick up within hours.

No employees at the checkouts until the line has 10 people in it, then employees wanna act like they don’t even wanna open another register. I didn’t know this was Walmart. Also nothing is ever stocked until the store has been open for 2 hours. Absolutely sucks for the people trying to grab something quick before work. I can’t leave work after 2 hours when target finally decides to stock a hot item. Place needs new management NOW!

Please fix the information: masks are NOT required. About 30% of shoppers were wearing them, today. Very nerve-wracking experience for someone from Madison where we have a mask mandate. The store has only very rudimentary supplies of anything. The cashier does not offer a greeting or a thank you. Yep. Won’t be doing this again for a long time.

My fav! Everyone is polite and don’t give me a hard time on pm. They honor their prices and as a customer I appreciate that! Employee even went to the back to get item I needed.

I can usually find whatever Im looking for at a good price.

This location had a very small amount of stock on their shelves especially in the Halloween seasonal Department. Very disappointing.

Always long checkout lines. Never stocked well during off hours and having people only stocking when open which is ridiculously dumb. I have walked from checkout lines a couple times here and have never done that at any other target. Corporate needs to hard look into this one. At least put in self checkout or get an app that I can scan and go.

This Target is janky af. In fact, Ive never been to a Target so undesirable. Ive seen it all here: less than desirable clientele, aisles covered in water (no idea why), shelves not stocked or completely disheveled, among other unfortunate events. If youre looking for a nice (or even normal) Target experience, I would take the extra time to drive to a nicer one.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The store was clean and orderly, with well stocked items.

Just started rating places since i look at reviews when i go to places. This Target is nice, some areas seem darker or less lit than others which was strange. Best Target in our area.

I think the employees are overworked and underpaid because the two separate times I went in this week, I dealt with people who clearly hated their jobs and decided being rude / condescending to a customer would be an acceptable solution.The pharmacist is rude and condescending, and who ever runs customer service doesn’t have the patience to repeat his words even tho there is an acrylic wall between us and he’s wearing a mask.Never complain ever. I love target. These guys need to chill the heck out!

Target is great place to shop for home decor

One of the cleanest targets Ive been to. Extremely organized, hard working associates. Cart attendant is always outside making sure the cart corrals dont fill up. Stockers are out all day making sure product is kept on the shelf. Staff is always willing to help you, and with a smile.

This Target is the Walmart of the Milwaukee area Targets. This store is always a disaster: unstocked shelves, carts full of inventory in almost every aisle, disorganized products (and articles of clothing littering the floor). Items listed online as being in stock are almost never in the store for pick-up. The employees are always really nice, but this location seems so mismanaged. Every time I go there Im reminded why I usually drive the extra miles to the Oak Creek or Wauwatosa locations. Also, is there a legal reason why theres not a beer/liquor department in this location? In any event, this store needs a refresh if it wants to keep in line with the imagine Target wants to maintain.

I love target because its the best place ever! $_$ But sometimes stuff are like expensive like lectronics that is my favorite place and I like belly shirts.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve tried getting a hold of guest services more than a handful of times it just keeps ringing and when I get a different department And tell them they either hang up on me or transfer me again to which it just keeps ringing over and over again. I have one question and it’s impossible to get a hold of anybody there.

I like this Target, everyone there is very friendly! I just wish (and what prevented the full five stars) they would expand grocery selection similar to what other locations have and they would install an aisle of self-service checkout which would help cut down on the checkout wait.

I split my grocery and non-grocery shopping among multiple outlets -- including four metro Milwaukee Target stores. While the Target stores are generally poor, this location is, by far, the worst.There are numerous problems within this store -- most of which can be sorted into familiar categories: poor or non-existent customer service; often-inaccurate pricing (the shelf tag lists one price; the register tape shows a higher one); poor signage; too many employees walking around with too little to do or visiting; et al.Notably, of the four stores referenced above (this location, in Milwaukee; plus West Allis; Elm Grove and Waukesha), this is the only not to have undergone remodeling. Ive periodically asked why that it -- and the pat response is, essentially, to blame the pandemic. Okay, thats a convenient excuse -- but then one can fairly ask: Will that same pandemic also delay the CEOs next stock and/or pay bonus?

If I could leave 0 stars, I honestly would, the customer service people are extremely rude and unorganized.

Curbside delivery to my car was SO very helpful & efficient...and staff doing the work from picking stock, to actual delivery to the parking lot, have been offering an extremely important service with amazing patience & courtesy. Thank you so much!

I like this Target, Ive been shopping at this target since 2003, and I found its a store where the employees try very hard to accommodate their customers. There are things that could be improved, but thats true of any retail business. This may not be the cleanest, or most perfect retail store, however if you arent satisfied they do try take things right for their customers. I like it 😊

Updated review. It seemed for a while, this Target kind of went downhill. However, the last few times Ive been here, customer service is amazing, very friendly and super fast for curbside pick up.

Wouldnt let me talk to a manager about an issue that could have been easily resolved but instead the employee would rather stay on the phone and give you attitude. Highly not recommend not buying or even going to the target on chase. So unprofessional

Staff is more concerned about letting everyone know theyre closing in 15 minutes rather than work the registers. The line extends back to electronics like its black friday but moves even slower and they shut off the lights at 9pm

This target always has the absolute worst lines. 20+ people waiting for checkout always. Also this target has no self checkout lanes.

These people followed me and my sister around and treated us as criminals due to the fact my sister is African American. My sister felt so uncomfortable she went and waited in the car while I continued to shop. Tgey continued to follow me even after my sister had walked out. I was followed the entire time up until I walked out the door. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any store and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated.

Chase ave Target is 1 of my favorite Targets to visit they have always went out of their way to give me great service. I drove from Il. to this store to find a toy that my 2 youngest just had to have for Christmas. No other store had it in a 50 mile radius.

I like that Im always greeted by friendly staff when walking in isles or looking at merchandise. Also, always finding someone to assist me. Other stores, youre lucky to see a staff member for assistance. Keep up the great work in making my experience a fantastic one.

I honestly might be weird but Target is a vibe for me.

I am not an ideal customer to say the least. I ask lots of questions, and know that sometimes answers are not as easy to come by as we all want. Shopping at this Target store was no different. I called the store, looking for some seasonal items. The operator gave me incorrect information, assuring me that what I was looking for was In Stock and ready for me to buy. I was told this not once, but TWICE, several days apart. Luckily, I found Octavia. She was AWESOME! Helped me reach out to management, and get some help in securing the item I am searching for when it hits store shelves. So this is a very hearty THANK YOU to Octavia! And yes, I will be sharing this with the Target Corporation as well. Retail sales positions have lost all customer care over the last few years, and it was a treat to meet a sales associate who actually cared about me, about my wasted time, and went above and beyond to help rectify the situation.

I forget the name of the young woman in the electronics department that helped me but she was great. I had my 3 and 4 year old in a cart and they’re not really big into sitting around and waiting for a long time. She made them laugh a few times while we were checking out and helped me tame the “little lions” for a few minutes while she called someone to come and help load the TV into the car for me. We picked up a new DVD, a DVD player,and a 55 inch TV and we’re in and out in such a short time. The young man that helped roll the tv out and load it in my car with me was really nice too.

Customer service they went above and beyond in my todays experience

This is my Target of choice. They ALWAYS have what I need and the have the friendliest employees. I love that they have started offering both cold and frozen food for drive up. It is always clean. They constantly clean the carts, counters and key pads between customers.

Its a Target and I love Target! Its right by my house so its pretty convenient but its not the greatest Target around; in fact its pretty mediocre. Lately, Ive been having more issues with this store. First, they are not stocked very well. Many times there is a basic item I want (I really wanted some beets the other day) and they are out. Ive run into that problem a couple other times as well at this Target especially. Not only are they not well stocked, often times its very disorganized. Second of all, their customer service doesnt always live up to what Targets should be. Many, many years ago I worked at Target temporarily and they really emphasized treating customers as guest and having high customer service. This is not one of this stores strengths. I went there a night and the store was an absolute mess and there were 5-6 employees up at the front lanes just socializing. I was rather surprised and just kind of shock my head. As a franchise, Ive always like Target, but the management of this store doesnt live up to the level of service and quality that the franchise emphasizes.

Lot of good products available. You dont find the same things at other stores

Dont shop here, security will follow you if you dont grab a basket & ask if youre finding everything alright while doing their laps. Funny that their laps revolved around where I was walking. They lost a sale this afternoon & what I bought earlier in the day I returned.

I appreciate how clean the floors stay during high traffic hours no matter the season. Shows they have the customers safety and happiness in mind at all times. Also good to see the dry food selection growing, Target is becoming more of a one stop shop location!

I wasnt greeted by the clerk, I actually didnt even know when she was talking to me..no eye contact, a lot of mumbling. The process was fast and I would use again but I did not leave with a good feeling.

My neighborhood Target suits my needs just fine. The greeting card selection is a pleasant surprise,they have every flavor of cat treats my critter would want and the dietary supplement Ensure is priced well. A nice addition to BV.

My girlfriend and I went to this location tonight to get a specific cleaning caddy that was listed at this store online. There were only two locations that had it in stock, as it is being discontinued. As soon as we walked into the store we noticed that a lot of the products were missing, almost as if the store were going out of business and they were trying to sell the remaining things. As we continued through the store and it began to look a little more like a Target, however it was extremely dirty. Due to the lack of organization, we could not find the cleaning supplies near the paper products like most Target stores have it. We continued to look around the store and finally found some shelves with cleaning supplies next to the makeshift chip isle which did not have mops or other cleaning supplies. After minutes of searching for an employee, who was not helpful in the end, we asked where we could find the specific product. She used a device and said it was in the front of the store and told us which isle. We went to the isle she said and I kid you not, they had maybe four mops and no caddy which she told us would be in the isle. The shelves were dirty and looked worse than most Dollar Generals. An employee was passing us as we were in the isle so we decided to get his attention to see where the caddy was. We tried to get his attention three times before he finally acknowledged us, just to tell us to ask someone else for help and pointed us in the direction of another employee. We literally yelled for (excuse me, can you help us find something?) and chased the employee and got no response. He kept pushing a cart towards the front of the store and ignored us, as if we weren’t there. After three terrible encounters, we decided it may be best to just check out and leave. I asked the cashier if she could help me since we were ignored by two employees and did not receive accurate information from the other, in which she informed us that the caddy was not in stock at the store at all. She was probably the most normal thing about that store. In the end, horrible store, horrible layout and horrible service. I have never seen bleach bottles next to chips and mops in a completely different area than the cleaners. Extremely odd. It was almost as if they put half of their cleaning supplies in one isle in the back of the store and the rest in the front. Bizarre! Never will come to this location again.

Most staff is friendly. At night not enough checkouts ever open! Always busy. Always. Good selection. Never go grocery shopping here unless you wanna spend 50-100 $ ...

I love how EVERY Target is setup the same. In the past, I have been to a Target in Orlando, FL, and just this past weekend, in Wilkes Barre, PA. Knew just where to go for what I needed. Didnt waste any time looking for the things I needed.

Wow...you go Target!! Loving the new clothing displays with large size mannequins to represent the population of people who are not a size 2!! Plus youve even expanded the selection of fashionable clothing for those of us in more voluptuous sizes.

As far as Target stores go, this Target is the one our family goes to most often. It is clesn and the staff is nice and always ready to help. I took one star off just because they dont have a big inventory. There are times when we have to go to bigger Target stores to get things because it has been sold out at our neighborhood store.

Rude security will follow you around like a shark with his blond faux hawk & harass you if youre shopping while other team members stand around the corner of shelves trying to sneak peeks of what youre doing. Wont ever shop here again & I returned everything I bought immediately.

This place has multiple items that help you and your family. It has decor to medicine. I would recommend coming to this place.

Target has great prices. This store is on the small side, so you wont tire getting around. It is always clean and the people are great.

Courteous pharmacy and optical staff. Never to packed and if checkout lanes are long, employees are quick to thin them out. Love this location!
